Velammal Vidhyashram — Regarding refund of money

My son studying in velammal padur branch . As I paid the full term fee before the school starts .Due to sudden transfer to abroad, my son not able to continue his studies . so I asked for transfer certificate and refund .His counselor helping us for transfer certificate. But they said refund takes more time . kindly take steps to refund the money as soon as possible.
