Velex Logistics Pvt Ltd — My pan card is not delivered.

I received a message that my PAN card has been delivered but I have not received it yet.That is urgently needed by me and it is such a important document.Velex is such a poor service company.I need my PAN card asap.plwase look into this matter and do not give responsibility of such important document to such a company.
