I have purchased Vent Air Chimney (Ocean) and have booked docket No. 098269 dated 10.2.2017 for maintenance and have booked another docket No. 149733 dated 14.4.2017 for Auto clean mode not working. Till date no service personnel of the company visited my house inspite of several requests made over phone. So, I request that do something as I have an aged mother at home to look after her due to non functioning of Chimney I have facing lot of problems.
