Uncomfortable journey:
(1) not in position to sleep whole night because of noise of discharge of compressed air just below to my seat.
(2) led not working.
(3) shoe rack not available.
Reported to verma travels, bhopal by mail [protected]@gmail.com and on helpline no of verma travels [protected], but no corrective action taken by verma travels during the journey.

Solution:
Need compensation with refund of paid fair from verma travels.

I have booked bus tickets from indore to mumbai for my children

Bus not departed from boarding point (Radission square) till 12:30am instead of departure time 10:30 pm and conditions of bus was very bad whole bus was wet inside and bus was not multi axcel volvo and ac of bus not working, nobody was taking any call altimately my children left the bus and caught the flight to mumbai at 6:10 am

We were completely misguided about the seating arrangement in the bus as per shown over redbus, the seats were highly uncomfortable, very compact. Also the sheets and bedding were very dirty, holes in the window side, continues smoking smell all around, an overall bad journey and provokes me to drag this to consumer forum. Such unhygienic services can just not be tolerated.

I was travelling frm bhopal to pune on 25th may 5pm. My seat no. Was sl11&12. The bus service was nt up to satisfaction. I hd paid 1800₹per seat for a/c volvo bt my compartment a/c was nt at al cooling. Also ur bus had some cracks as many passengers noticed leaks causing outside air enter in.. I complained driver n cleaner bt they as usual nevr responded. Then i called customer care of verma travels bt even they neglected.. Sending pics of air leaks..
Plz reply wit genuine ans.

I hd booked verma a/c multi axel volvo tickets for bhopal to pune journey on 25may 2018 (Departure 5pm). Bus no.3273. My seat no was sl11&12. I had paid 1800₹per seat. Bt compared to rates there was no service provided. There was no cooling at all wit leakage of air from cracks in ur bus. I complaint to the driver n sweeper bt they did nt resonded. I hd called fr complain at verma travels bhopal, bt it was neglected.. Plz do reply for my complaint..

I had traveled between pune to bhopal on 11th may evening. Seat no. 17. The bus was good but i found some service related issues that i would like to mention, which would stay me away from using verma travels in future. The issues are-
1. The timings were not adhered to. The bus was stopped in between & some courier stuff kind of was loaded, which took almost 30 min of loading time. Due to which the bus was delayed.
2. The bus was stopped for the dinner at such a pathetic location that the toilets were stinking. You can imagine going for dinner after going for loo in a stinking place. The quality of food quality was very poor the dining area was very hot and humid - no ac.
3. No water or any other thing was served to the passengers.
4. Some hassles and again unnecessary time waste for passengers boarding mid-way.

So i booked a verma bus from bhopal to indore... First and foremost... The bus condition is like super disgusting... Second... The operators are so non responsive... People like me who stupidily booked tickets are # because while we were asking queries to these operators or wanting to get the ticket checked they were busy shouting and gathering more passengers... Seriously..? Ever gave a thought that people who have taken all the pain on earth to book tickets a day prior should also be entertained..? Anyways... Going to the worst part... After much struggle finally an attendent picked up my luggage and literally threw it in the cabin... I went inside the bus to look for my seat n whoa... The seat doesn't exists... Again after much struggle for finding my seat i came out... As of course no body to listen to... Coz all were busy marketing the bus...#... I had to go all way to the shop... Showed him the ticket... He came with me till the bus and asked me to wait... After standing there for good 10 mins... He didn't turn... Finally i being a female, still had to grab an attendent from his arm and tell him that i'll go to the police now... He went somewhere and called someone who came with me and finally gave me a seat... I still don't know if this is the one which i booked coz seats do not have numbers... Oh yes... And the seats are not adjustable coz they are broken... Let me tell you... This is the worst bus experience i ever had despite paying so much and i'll never choose this bus operators again in my entire life and nor let my friend and family too...

Complaints detail of passenger. Peeyush shrivastava, date of journey - 27/01/18. Bus service-panchmari-indore. Pnr. 1393269.. I was traveling to indore from bhopal isbt from verma travels service of panchmari indore bus. I booked my seat no 2. When bus came conductor ask me about my seat. I told him no. 2,, he told no u go on other back seat and gave me 37 no. Last seat. When i booked seat no seat was booked.. Then how and why u gave my seat to other one.. Why.. Gave me answer.. And very ryde staff in bus.. He abuses with me.. Shame on operator of verma travels.. I tild to isbt verma office bhopal/habibganj. But they ignored me. Because they also mixed with conductor and all staff.. Thats why they are doing this cheap work.. Be careful mr. Md of verma travels.. These person are rust nd harmful to ur bus and passengers.. Mainly for ladies and girls.. Who are traveling alone.. They never feel safe in your bus... Ok gave me answer in my phone.. Search my pnr...

Today i was traveling in verma travels from bhopal to indore. My seat was 2. That i booked on 26/01/18 on 10:31 pm. But when i start traveling. My seat alloted to other one.. And conductor abuses me that he don't want to gave me my seat.. Nd told me to go on back seat... Worst bus service in this country is verma travels.. I will soon highlight this travel agency in news channel..

Today 19th of jauuary 2018 i m travelling from ahemdabad to indore in verma travels multiaxle volvo bus! I give fare of 1500 rs for me and my little child... Thw bus was reached late and their tire was also punctured at ahemdabad! Idle timing of bus was 11:20 bt bus starts at 12:40 at night and i think ture was repaired now i enjoyed my journey bt i nt knw dat there is somthing more horrible was occur... Their led and tv are not working and when i say to their ticket checker... Ticket checker say "sry fuse uda hua hai and wo chala gya" are itna paisa lete ho... Fuse uda hua tha to bhai repair krwana chaiye na sir ticket bechna aata hai xtra fare lena aata hai bt bus maintain nai krna aata... Ap sb jo bhi isse pdh rhe h plz mt travel krna is route pr is bus me or is driver ko kaho itna rough na chaliye!

I am jitesh karamchandani, every monday i travel bhopal to indore your verma volvo bus at 6:30 am. At lalghati bus reaching time at 7:00 am. But every time bus reaches late apr. 7:15 am and 7:20 am and departure 7:30 am from lalghati and reach late at indore apr. 10:30 am or 10:45 am. And bus condition is also very poor. Some times seats are not good condition and ac are bad condition. Bus maintenance is very bad.

On 22nd oct i have booked ticket in verma travels from bhopal to ahmedabad, i paid 5340 rs for 2 ticket for ac sleeper. I was complete waste of money as in high season they charge more than anything and then alos they cannot provide basic amenities. Bedsheet was completely torn form between and they were giving single blanket for two person. When i asked for second blanket they said "ek hi milega", they were just making good out of someone's emergency.
I am never gonna travel in verma travels again, and recommend others too, that dont travel in verma travel bus you will surely waste your money.

I was travelling from bhopal to pune. The duct of the AC was broken due to which a lot of pressure of AC was coming which made our seat too cold to sleep or even sit. On asking them to fix it, they inserted towel in it. Even that couldnt stop the air from coming. The bus even broke in the middle of journey and caused a delay of 5 hrs. Charging points or led were not working. Never choose verma traveller. They are other options way better than verma.

I had booked 1 seater and 2 sleepers in 6.20 pm ac bus from indore to balaghat, journey date 20 oct 2017, in the afternoon i received a call from verna travels mentioning that bus stands canceled and my seater is shifted to 7.30 pm bus, i told the lady that i have 2 sleepers also, she replied it is also shifted in same 7.30 bus. Sms was received only for seater seat about change of bus and nothing about 2 sleepers. Boarded the bus saw the chart and confirmed the names in the chart also, when bus reached bhopal we were shocked to know one person claiming 2 berths that were occupied by us, we refused and showed them the names in the charts.in this period the conductor changed in bhopal and he called some number & informed me that sleepers are booked in earlier bus about which we were never informed. We asked the conductor to stop that bus. It means they spread my 3 seats in 2 buses? Shocking. When boarded the new bus we found it completely filthy and non ac and this bus also not till balaghat it was only till seoni. We asked conductor to book tickets in any bus going to balaghat which he did. We completed this horrible journey by changing 4 buses, shocking journey of lifetime.

I'm complaining to verma travels as their service is very poor to the customer i booked ticket from pune to bhopal bus departure time was 4:25 pm and now at 11:15 pm we crossed ahemadnagar bus delayed by approx 4:30 hours, only because of poor condition of bus engine and wipers also not working properly most disappointed by their bus driver and conductor as they are continuously take unauthorized stops for boarding people's without booking for earning extra money.

Hi

We encountered massive accident at 33km away from indore near rasool naka and daga petrol pump by drunk driver of mpo4 a 3157. I was travelling to mumbai today at seat no 17l and pnr 1125760 arrange refund in full immediately.

I spoke no of times at following nos on 27/08 and 28/08 and i was given assurance that full refund of rs 1929 will be done and will be reflected in my account within 7 working days but nothing has been done even after 15 days of accident.

As i was injured in leg i broke my journey at indore at around 12:30 am. If you want we can provide the fir copy of the incident from nearby police station.

I had to spent another 2000 rs for journey to mumbai next day and was in mental shock.

Hii i travelled from bhopal to indore, i booked a single seat in ac sleeper of 5.50pm but my seat is shifted to 5.00pm bus from single to sharing..

The person with whom i shared my seat vomited during journey and spoiled my aal the journey, driver conductor refused to give me another seat and i did my all journey without sleeping and i wasted my money.. I want a refund of atleast 250/-

Misbehavior by persons from m/s bony travel (Rajendra nagar boarding point)
I just asking about arrival of bus, but the answer was shocking, he rudely behaved with me... Persons name mr. Vinod
He was said that giving a small ticket money you can not expect that you have purchase us.
He also use some abusing language.
It was worsed experience from named like verma travels
