Misbehavior by persons from m/s bony travel (Rajendra nagar boarding point)
I just asking about arrival of bus, but the answer was shocking, he rudely behaved with me... Persons name mr. Vinod
He was said that giving a small ticket money you can not expect that you have purchase us.
He also use some abusing language.
It was worsed experience from named like verma travels
I was traveling from indore to ahmedabad

My bus from indore to bhopal was cancelled but the call center didn't inform me after 1hour of the schedule departure of the bus. I called many numbers but no one know the status of the bus. With the carelessness of verma bus my train from bhopal is missed. Called many time but instead of accepting the mistake they are talking rudely. My ticket amount was also not refund and my train to raipur is also going to depart. And i missed that because of verma bus carelessness.

Please note that, we have cancelled my ticket 10th june 17 from indore to bhopal.

We have continuously follow-up your bhopal office but till date not received.
We have call to your office on 25/06/2017 for refund but your office person demanding bank details.

We have book ticket through online and cancelled ticket through online why demand accounts details, my refund amount directly credit in my account.

Earlier we have ticket cancelled and my refund credit in my account why this case you demanding my accounts bank details.
Please credit my refund amount in my account

I have booked a travel ticket in cheater verma travel volvo seater bus 5 days ago, its departure time was 6:30 pm on 6-5-2017.
When i reached to their boarding point at isbt then at very last moment ticket checker has informed me that now i have to travel in a sleeper bus.
Then these cheaters also told me that they have done favour on me, instead of saying sorry.
I am very disappointed by this kind of behavior. I am feeling cheated. It looks like its their regular practice.
I am very much surprised that they could have informed me earlier but they do it at last moment so that passenger do not have any other option left. They force to accept it by this way. Really verma travels are fraud and cheaters.
I lost my faith on them.
I had w1 seat in seater bus but they have provided me l8. Which is also anither compromise.
Shame on them.

I booked three ticket by via app and for mumbai to bhopal in verma travels and i want to tell... This was the worst journey of my life. Bus was too worst there is no cooperative staff in bus. Via app mentioned that ac volvo bus but they are totally make fool to their customers, ac is not working or when we complaint about it staff were switching off ac in 15-20 minutes. There is a side window near by my seat where in bus doesn't have side glass they only covered that place with a hording banner.

This is a second instance within one week. I had a booking in a bus from indore to bhopal at 5am from radisson square. Peoples whose contact nos are given to customer are highly unprofessional. They never tell the actual status of bus arrival. This is 5:45am now and the bus has not arrived. When the bus reached, operator said it won't go to bhopal. And he lies this comes from shirdi and it never goes to bhopal. And then says some work to be done on bus so wudnt go. And his behaviour was so rude as well. Operator contact no was [protected]/[protected]. If there is any delay or any issue, it should be properly communicated to customers..

Whenever I have booked a ticket from a particular stop near to my place, they have always changed my boarding stop and they inform on that day only that too they dont behave properly to the customers, they just need their money. I have to travel always 15-20 kms away from my stop and board the bus that too not in my choice of seat. I prefer bus because of the nearest boarding bus stop, if they had to change the bus stop at last moment, then its better to take a train, its far better than VERMA TRAVELS. Also they dont refund the money which i had spend while travelling to the changes boarding bus stop, because its their mistake for changing the boarding bus stop, its not customers mistake, and when I confront them, they just behave like they dont care what customer is saying, they are just concerned with the money.
Also the driving is very rash and they dont listen to the customer.
This case is not the first time, also not multiple times, its everytime whenever I travel, Not a single travel has been safe and without any problem.

Verma Travels operating between bhopal to pune and is the worst experience . Zero on bus quality. AC not working. the bus faced some Pickup technical issue so its almost 4hr late arrived Pune. Even when police stopped the bus they dont have proper documents of bus fitness.
Not recommended, Felt cheated with the price we paid .WIll never recommend Verma travels bus with the discomfort provided.

I've booked a single seat in the bus but they have changed it to double seat without asking me and now they are not even cancelling the booking, i cannot adjust to the double seat that is why I've booked the single seat. They are claiming that the new bus is arranged and their is no single seat available in it. They have done this without asking me and now I'm forced to adjust with some stranger in the double seat.

Bhopal to chhindwara in ur bus (indore to balaghat ) scheduled at 9.30 pm date 3 sep 2016, my complaint is regarding the services that u r offering for a new way or travelling., here in this bus ur conducted and 3rd person had over filled the bus apart from the available seats in the bus due to which we people r facing uncomfortable even after paying 300 per seat, plz let me know Sir is this the promise done by u for providing better service to ur customers...iam totally disappointed by this activity...and this will make ur name fame dull in market soon...
Still u have time to clear this problems...
If my complaint is not taken seriously iam sure this will reach to higher level definitely...

I made call your customer care before 1 month and customer care given me number which is [protected],
I have given him all details of my online payment transaction on this whatsapp number.
He told me, he mailed and will infomf me within 2-3 day,
Now almost 1 month gone I haven't got my refund.
Now This number [protected] made me blocked from calling and whatsapp.
I am sending you screen shot of whatsapp chating with him.
Now i am sending you both transaction screenshot which is successful and which was being refund to me.
Give me proper reply or told me procedure to take my refund.
I am waiting.

On 5th June 2016, we were travelling from Bhopal to Pune by Verma travels 4.30 PM bus. Bus was 2+1 AC sleeper category single axel. After 2 hours of travel, there was bus breakdown before Indore on a highway. Driver called for a mechanic and they tried for around 3 hours to fix the problem- all 32 passengers were standing on road during this time. We tried reaching out to travels office but they did not pick-up the phone, and asked their drivers to not to hand over phone to any of the passengers (refused to talk or take any responsibility). Passengers were asking them to send a new bus but no one listened. We dialed 100, police van arrived. That helped putting pressure on driver and co, and eventually our bus got repaired at around 9.30 PM. Passengers, including ladies, were standing highway side for 3 hours in night time.
After an hour journey, driver realized that bus will not make it to Pune and called for replacement bus. Verma travels sent AC semi-sleeper bus instead of sleeper. They said we will get sleeper bus after some more distance but it really was not in their plan. All passengers had to travel 800+ Kms in sitting position. We all had paid almost 2000/- INR per seat of original AC sleeper bus and eventually travelled in semi-sleeper.
Complaints:
1) For such long distance journey, only good condition buses should be used
2) Very irresponsible behavior by travel office as they refused to talk with passengers after breakdown, driver was rude too
3) Need refund: They provided us semi-sleeper bus so all o[censored]s should get refund of at least 1000 INR per ticket.

I, Yashmeen Kauser, travelled from Bhopal to Balaghat on 30.06.2015 by Verma Travels bus started at 8:45Pm. But after 10 mins of journey, AC were switched off and whole journey, staff was telling they are trying to repair. Whole journey was suffocating and uncomfortable.
