Verma Travels — bus seat map is different from app booking and passenger doing debat

S-3, Second Floor, Malti Residency, Krishna Nagar, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, 462010

I am traveling from indore to bhopal by 5:00 pm bus,
In this bus seat numbers are different from there app booking map,
Bus staff also don't have any chart,
Now somebody sitting from Dewas and told to stand,
I show him seat map and request to sit there seat but he is doing debate,
I also called customer care but he is talking casually,
Thi kind of bus service I can't tolerate,
If I have booked my particular seat so then they have to provide me.
Please do something as correct.
