Verma Travels — Changing the boarding always and not behaving well with customers | |
Whenever I have booked a ticket from a particular stop near to my place, they have always changed my boarding stop and they inform on that day only that too they dont behave properly to the customers, they just need their money. I have to travel always 15-20 kms away from my stop and board the bus that too not in my choice of seat. I prefer bus because of the nearest boarding bus stop, if they had to change the bus stop at last moment, then its better to take a train, its far better than VERMA TRAVELS. Also they dont refund the money which i had spend while travelling to the changes boarding bus stop, because its their mistake for changing the boarding bus stop, its not customers mistake, and when I confront them, they just behave like they dont care what customer is saying, they are just concerned with the money. Also the driving is very rash and they dont listen to the customer. This case is not the first time, also not multiple times, its everytime whenever I travel, Not a single travel has been safe and without any problem. Was this information helpful? | |
