Verma Travels — complaining about staff of verma travels

I was travelling from bhopal to pune with my mother on 26th dec and bus got stop for 5 mins on wagholi parking for break. Same time i got down with my mother to take milk for my child and my purse having gold items got lost from bus. I am sure this is done by bus driver and conductor only. They are thieves. Don't use verma bus service at all. This is my lifes worst experience. This bus service is not at all safe. They are chor. Not secured for any one. Please dont make mistakes which i have done. They have stolen all the gold item. I m feeling very sad why i boarded in verma bus.

Don't buy the ticket of verma travel
They are just going to take the advantage of whose using the verma travel only
I have buy the ticket from vidisha to indore

All the passenger who are coming from sagar to pune they are also don't know that the bus are connected bus..
At the bhopal stoppage bus not going anywhere, then verma bus driver service asked the verma office, and they said the bus are connected and time consuming, after that we got another ticket of Nugeo bus, with same ticket of 2, 3 person, with same seat number everything, but they were not from ISBT verma office to baiaragarh stoppage comes from and the conductor also not going to arrangements the seats also not listen to the public said ask the from who given the tickets to you.. All. Are fake verma travel don't take the ticket
