I booked bus Verma travel from Bhopal to Kota Rajasthan time 10:15pm . Bus was delay got message before half an hour from timing of bus with help no. [protected] but No one attent call on this number . I asked verma travel office local boy about bus they don't have idea and their authorise person was not present during those hours . I waited there till 12:25 am with a kid of 2 years who was sleep at mid night . Then I called customer care they told me go back home with a complain no 21977166 and you will get refund in 8 hours
