Verma Travels — Parcel Misplaced, VT/MUM2/[protected]

My parcel VT/MUM2/[protected]
Is misplaced by your team, after 7 days of booking I did not get my parcel yet, they blocked my number, They are not able to find parcel, no one is helping, I am going to Consumer Court if I don't receive my parcel today. I have GST bill, e-way bill and all documents and recordings too.
