I purchased vespa 150 2 and half year back and it had running off problem from the begning.
I was complaining from the 2nd service but it was never repaired to my satisfaction.
Sometimes, immediately after service I brought back the vehicle back to service center again.
Now, Dealer and RSM is telling that, engine is damaged. It was damaged from the begning but never taken care by service
Now, warranty is expired and now I am being asked to pay for repair.
RSM is not entertaining as warranty is expired and not admitting the fact that I was reporting the problem from the begning
On one hand you take warranty of 60K for engine, while mine is just 20K Kms.
I suffered with the vehicle for two and half year constantly, no body in my family use the vehicle as it stop on the road any time.
I have dragged it to service center many times by myself.
whom should I contact? Is there someonoe in Vespa who care about cutomer?

    I am doing my service at jey motors, palarivattom. This month was my 7th free service. They denied the free service and add it into 8 th paid service, claiming i have crossed 18000 km. They have done this all the time before. Now they say rules change. No one have told me so far to make appointments at exact kilometer. They have very booking and from the date of call, we usually get 1 or 2 weeks late service. We can't keep our bikes unused because of that.
    Today i faced a serious misbehaviour from the side of service persons. They were like, if you want keep it or just leave. This kind of misbehaviour is unacceptable.

    Hope the issue will be considered very seriously and soon.

      This complaint is regarding the poor service quality i felt in my nearest avaran vespa service centre.i had got many problems regarding the service of vespa. This dealership is having very bad image infront of all customers.
      I had felt discomfort several time at this service centre.
      This time 20/03/2019 i told them to check my conset and pinset of my vespa...and they told me every conplaints that i told is cleared. And by losing my time and money i went back to service centre and testdrived my vespa. So what i felt is the conplaints i told them to clear is still there and they are not punctual to give the vespa back to customer at correct time. I talked and given complaint to service manager but nothing happened. That is why i am complaining in the site.
      Anyway i will not prefer anyone to buy vespa anymore and also i am going to sell this ### as soon as possible because of your service

      Very shame on you vespa!

        I purchased a vespa sxl mat red in october, 2018 and it has been giving me issues since then. I keep on complaining the issues to the service center but i guess they are either reluctant to solve my issues or they dont know how its done.
        First it was having issues starting up, so i had to take this new vespa to the service center thrice in its one month of purchase.

        Secondly, i complaint to them that the crome plate around the headlamp is extreemly loose and it keeps falling off at even the slightest bump, as a result today it finally got crushed under a moving car when it fell off from. My scooter (See image attached).. The service center guy kept assuring me that we have fixed the issue but i never felt so.

        One more major problem with this scooter is that the petrol tank mouth is so small that every time i go for a full tank it bubbles up spilling the petrol all over, and it happens every time with every petrol pump i have tried,
        This is a major safety leak which i request you to address at the earliest.

        I have been visiting the service center quite many times but the problem seemed unresolved hence as a last resort i decided to get in touch with you guys.

        I request you to please look into my concerns at the earliest because this is not the aftersales service one would expect after buying the most expensive scooter in india.

          My name is ganesh krishnan. I had bought a red vespa sccter 125 in june 2016, from avaran associates kiriachira, thrissur, kerala. During the 2nd service the fuel gauge was not working properly and they had changed the same. Icould not go for the 5th and 6th service since i was out of the country. When i sought an aappoinment and took it to them, they said they cannot change the fuel gauge. Moreover the digital display is also malfunctioning. I said iam ready to pay for fuel gauge. But they dont have stock. There service is also poor and the way they behave to a customer is also not satisfactory. Please do the need ful.

            Respected sir/madam,

            I took my 2 wheeler vehicle variant - vespa sxl 125cc bs4 on the name of varsha pandurang thorve on 08/11/2018 from a. K motors vespa showroom baner pune maharshtra 411045 on the occasion of diwali padva.

            As we demanded for choice number ‘712’ concerning authority in showroom demanded rs2000/- in full and final payment. So we tranferred to account number-[protected]
            Ifsc code-sbin0008784 on 08/11/2018 with transaction id - s59495258 on saying that a. K motors account. Today after 3months+ after contacting frequently the authorities there say only a week more. By this last three month they have been tricking us. The concerning authority naming - bharat rajput, hitesh jadhav (Employee of a. K motors showroom).

            Hence if our complaint not resolved by next 3days before 15 february 2019 legally in pune jurisdiction the case will be filed by my lawyer.

              From the date of purchase only i had battery issue with the vehicle i've purchased apprilia 150 sr on dated[protected] istarted facing this issue when i was given for first service only and i told them to change they said battery is low we'll charge than again 3 service same problem i requested to charge atleast their duty is to check and solving the problem not making finally i fought with them to issue a new one on warranty check period i given on 16 november still not issued my battery they told me your battery came but you have charge how can it possible if it is a new one than why i should charge the battery and also my battery model is different from they trying to issue one is different so i request to take some serious action in this case where they try cheat on customers so please please take action on this

                Sub : regarding manufacturing defect with my new scooter vespa elegante 150 white (Kl.08.5045)

                This is to inform you that a manufacturing defect was found with my new scooter vespa (Elegante 150 white) which i had bought last year. I am working in mumbai but i had bought this scooter in my home town trichur, kerala (From avaran associates). I am not using the scooter regularly as i am not there. After first service, i had found a crack appearing just below the meter reader and it seems to be increasing day by day. Please see the photos attached. When i went to service center (Avaran associates), they are saying its under warranty and the part can be replaced but, i have to pay for it as i've skipped services in between. I don't understand how this matter is related with service, as its an issue with the outer part that is not connected to engine. Also in my last service i had informed them about incorrect fuel reading (Its not showing accurate reading even after filling the fuel tank to the brim), but they didn't correct it and are asking me to bring it back. Please look into this matter. I am expecting a positive reply from your side. My one year warranty will be due at this month.

                  I bought my vespa vx125 before 3 years from orange motors, anna nagar, chennai.. Since i bought my vehicle from there i give for service there itself.. Service of them is really poor.. I am very much disappointed by their service.. I gave my vehicle before 2months and got call that it’s perfectly ready now and so i arrived to showroom expecting to take new serviced vehicle but the condition was same and even worse.. They did not even water wash.. Staff there were rude and used local language.. Very much disappointed by them and they also charged 6k for doing nothing..

                    I have purchased vespa vxl 150 cc from auto lounge wakad (Pimpari chinchwad).
                    When they handed over the vehicle it was 35 km driven already.
                    After purchasing, it took them almost 2 months for them for rto passing so couldn't use my vehicle for 2 months. Further more they asked to handover the vehicle for rto passing and said they will took it to rto office by truck but actually they drove my vehicle to rto office so when i got my vehicle back it was already 85 km driven.
                    Within this two months we kept chasing them for rto passing but they were not responding at all. After this mental harassment i returned the vehicle and demanded to return my payment but they refused and then they got it passed from rto in one day.
                    They should pay me compensation for my financial loss and mental harassment.
                    I bought new vespa sxl 125 2months ago.They said the scooter comes with 3layer coat painting like car.But unfortunately some parts of the paints already gone like toys. what i need to do now..

                      Recently I have purchased vespa scooter from authorized dealer . Firstly, they gave me scooter without air . It was a brand new I thought scooter might be like this. Second, their extra fitting thing is not good. It make me to fell down . For that they said that vespa scooter fitting are not good. It would happen like same . Third, they charged 7, 300 for small repair . It would cost 500 if I go outside the streets.
                      Please help us to resolve this issue,

                        Worst experience ever i had it with you . . .i have given my bike for service as there was some wiring issue and vehicle fuse was blowing up again and again. .. so I've gone to shrey automotives they said it will be charging around 950/- for checking it up and the estimated time for delivery was 3-4days. .. .they kept the bike for 3days and after 3days I've contacted them and asked the status about my bike they said that they will be delivering my bike next day. . .then the next day i contacted them they said come and take your bike its all ready.. . .then i took my bike from there paid the amount 2750(wiring and bike service charges). . .and went home(25kms) from the showroom. . . Then after 2days again my fuse was off . . . I've checked it and found that they have kept a copper wire around the fuse so that it could not blow up again is that the way to deal it with. . .i could also do that thing by just wrapping up the fuse with the wire . . .such a worst service centre . . . I've ever seen for any vehicle .. .never ever going to visit or buy a new vespa . .they all are just the theifs. .. . NEVER BUY OR GIVE YOUR VEHICLE AT SHREY AUTOMOTIVES
                        I had replaced a part regarding fuel issue less than 2 months and again they are asking me to change the part .its has not been even one year purchase of my bike.
                        Sir I want to complaint about your the rated that the service centre lay on customer.
                        Sir company has make a rate chat about the services but the service centre never show the rate chat n every lay any where.
                        How the customer know that the service centre charges the rate to customer is correct n when we asked them they told such on Google

                          In sep18 the service center (Shrey vespa, jubilee hills, hyderabad) replaced the nin functioning battery with the brand new one by charging the cost of the battery. The new battery also stopped working within 5months from the purchase date. When i raised a complaint at the service center, they replaced the battery without charging anything from me as it was under warranty. Now the replaced battery also stopped functioning within 8 months of the replacement. When i raised the complaint the service center is asking me check with the battery supplier directly. I am not sure why i need to check with the supplier when i bought it from the service center. Also not sure why the service center is so reluctant in the complaint raised with them. Please help me in resolving this issue.

                            I was at the above said service centre today
                            I went inside enquiry desk and my vehicle was parked outside and the employee asked me get the vehicle inside by myself which should have been his job to do.
                            Also when i asked them to change the vehicle mode switch they clearly refused to do it and said it would take a lot of work to change it.
                            The employees weren’t trained as well.
                            Very disappointed with the service and their behaviour

                              I anil vishwakarma purchased vespa sxl150 last year dated 26/3/2017 by your dealer kayani motors of vishrantwadi, pune. I was told that the engine was of bs 4 model.
                              But when i started using it i got to know that there was defect in both the tyres alingment. I got one tyre replaced but not the back one.
                              Because of detected tyres which wasn't replaced it became prone to puncture.
                              Not only this as i wanna sell the scooter, now i got to know that i was cheated as the engine was bs3 and not 4. I am just getting rs.30000 of scooter which i purchased for rs.1, 04, 000.
                              Now that agency is shut and i can't get any help. It have been a bad experience with both your scooter and agency.
                              Hope u will take this into consideration and help me.

                                I gave my vespa elegante to savirro motor for servicing air leakage from the rear wheel. Later, they informed me that my vehicle was not used daily so, the air may leak. So, i told them that if a vehicle was not used daily air will leak definitely but, only few points may leak. But, my scooter's rear wheel air was leaking around 12-15 points. Later, they told me to leave my vehicle for servicing and they told me that there was some problem with the setting of the wheel and informed me that they cleared that issue. Still it wasn't rectified. Again, i went to savirro motor and asked to rectify the issue, this time they told me that they would fill air up to 40 point and they wanted me to leave the vehicle in their service centre and informed me to come after 4 days and check if the air is still leaking so much. Later, when i went there after 4 days, air has dropped to 24. 16 point has leaked in 4 days. This time they told me that there is some problem in the valve stem of the wheel, but i had already checked it earlier and told them that that's not the issue, but they didn't accept it. They argued with me and told me that that was the only issue. Later, i took my vehicle and checked in xl tyres and they confirmed that there was an issue with the rim of the wheel. Then, i went to savirro motor and showed them the video of air leakage and this time they told that they would change the tyre and see. Main problem is that why couldn't they find the problem in the first place and they didn't even listen to the facts produced by the customer and still argued and took so much of time. They couldn't even rectify the issue till now and they spotted the issue only when i showed them a video of air leakage from my scooter's rear wheel. Why couldn't they spot the issue before. Very poor service work.
                                All these issues have been told to vinoth (Service manager of vespa), but, he only argued with me that the issue i've told them was not the real issue.

                                  I bought vespa vxl125 2 weeks back and it's already having trouble with back tyre. The tyre is staggering while driving. The response in that serive centre is very late and ive been asked to go to another service centre and not even assured that issue gets resolved. My vehicle is in service centre since past 2days and issue is not resolved yet. The response is very bad and services are not at all good. Its very very disappointing as it's not even 15 days since i bought and already facing problems and not resolved yet
                                  I am M.M.K.Raju from Visakhapatnam, AndhraPradesh had recently bought vespa SXL125 model @Ora Motors in Akkayapalem branch.
                                  They have committed to provide vespa brand helmet at time of buying vehicle. But they are saying that there are no vespa helmets now, & giving other brand helmet.
                                  We need only Vespa helmet.
                                  I gave my V sxl150 yesterday they did not do anything to it but they use me to pay 450 rupees .i told them to not change the oil as my V is only 1105 km

                                    Me & my friend had a real bad experience with vespa on 28th oct 2018 night whilst returning back home. My vehicle's back wheel tyre just went flat while i was riding & applying break did'nt help. Since it was a gravel road, we fell off the bike dragging ourselves to a certain distance. Both me & my friend were left with bruises & pain all over the body. Later the next morning when i took the bike to a puncture shop did i learn that there were'nt any holes on the tyre that might've lead to the puncture. When the tyre was opened to see what might've caused the flat tyre, it came as a shocker to see a bent metallic key which was found inside the tyre. This bent key was inside the tyre ever since i had bought the bike early this year. Just 6months that i have bought this bike & this key has been there ever since then. I was been given a manufacturing defective vehicle. This key had bursted the rubber tube which was inside the tyre. On 30th noon when i had taken my bike to avanish piaggio - vespa & aprilia dealer in bangalore, the service guy just threw the bent key which i showed. He said that it's not vespa's fault & blamed it on mrf tyre. I was shocked & worried about the entire incident at that point of time. They charged me 2, 950.00/- to replace the head light & to fix the paint & side rim of the bike. But there are still few things which has'nt been fixed yet.
                                    The whole point in me reaching the vespa customer care is that when a customer spends his hard earned money in buying something expensive which is out of his reach & buy's the best in the market, it would definitely be after looking at the reviews & the feedbacks given by other customers. It's also due to the brand, quality & safety. When such an incident occurs how could anyone rely on vespa??? Whom do you expect me to blame?? Am i supposed to blame myself for having chosen vespa blindly by its brand? Why the hell don't you guy's check the quality of the vehicle? I bought the bike from vespa not from mrf to blame it on them. I bought a bike assuming that vespa would stand assurance of the spare parts included in it that includes the tyres as well. How stupid of vespa it is to do the blame game on the tyre manufacturer. Don't you check the quality of your spare parts?
                                    I would've lost my life had this incident occurred on a highway or had it happened on a road with traffic. I would never advise any person to go for vespa henceforth, as an experience of this kind is something that i had never heard from customers who have bikes from other companies. Shame on vespa!! My reviews had been good till this experience of mine but hereafter i would highly recommend customers to get their life insurance done before choosing vespa bikes!

                                      This is to inform you that i nisha kumari visited at your showroom on 17/10/2018 to purchase a vespa notte finance from hdfc bank and paid advance of 2000 rupees to your showroom but the hdfc financer called to verify very late and started misbehaving that i was faulty then i visited to your showroom to say that i do not want to purchase the vespa notte just because of misbehaving and late verification by your showroom employee because the hdfc financer and your showroom employee including the manager started shouting and misbehaving when i told that return my submitted documents and my advance they told that they already submitted the documents to the hdfc bank and not ready to return my advance. I do not purchase the scooty just because of the delay the verification and then after very bad and rough conversation by your showroom employees and the hdfc financer.
                                      Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. I am highly annoyed by this type of hospitality.

                                        I bought vespa vxl 125cc on 15 sep 2018 & then i became very worried as the scooter cant climb up with my two little child while going to school. Other coy 110cc scooter can climb this up with two child. Coy may suggest me how to improve pickup of this worthiless scooter. I m in shilling madanriting. My contact no is [protected].
