Today we visited panchkula automobiles industrial area panchkula to take the delivery of vespa elegenta. The dealer of vespa scooters asked for payment of differential amount for taking higher model of vespa as they suggested to take this model instead of basic model decided by us, which was rs 18031. It was made very clear by the sales head that no card
Charges shall be applicable even if the payment is made by debit/credit card. Accordingly credit card was used to pay rs 18031. The finance person pressurized that you have to pay 2% additional charges as card transaction charges. It was requested many times that it is unethical as your own sales officer has confirmed that no such amount will be charged. Moreover, as we know rbi guidelines also say it as it is an agreement between dealer and merchant bank not to charge transaction charges from the customer. But the finance person was adamant and not only misbehaved but rather said that i am giving in writing on the receipt that additional amount of rs 360 charged by him are "charges of bank transaction of card" and issued receipt no 2205 dt[protected] with the mentioned remarks. He was very harsh and even threatened to lodge complaint anywhere.
Since i along with my family had to face humiliation due to misbehavior of the official. The amount of rs 18031 and card transaction charges of rs 360 total amount 18391 was swiped from our card. Also, we have not taken the delivery of the vehicle, as the finance person did not budge from his stand and charged us inappropriately, as mentioned above.

    I have purchased new vespa scooter an 29/11/2017 at ora motors g-1 atr towers, harbour park road pandurangapuram visakhapatnam.
    Model:vxl-125cc engine no:m449m3159823. Already 3 company servises as per the schedules given in your vespa service book were done. Everytime i have reported at service company for poor mileage and low pickup of vehicle but the problem has not solved even after completion of 3 services. Since from purchase i have observed mileage but the vehicle is giving only 25km/litre. Hence i request you to give suitable instructions to your company people to solve the above problem.

      I had purchased vespa vxl125 from arj automotives indore, there is no proper service or solution to the problem, after 1 week of service my scooter stopped its not even start by kick or self and there is no road side assistance for the problem, afterward they said there is oil in spark plug and they changed it, every time der is problem after d service only the things get damaged, my scooter fell down from side stand every time i complained it to them they said it is like dis only there is noise from head light mask or some where from d front side of d scooter or from engine, they don't have the proper answer and solutions for the thing.

      Make the proper solution for the problem which i am facing i am satisfied by the service of their service center.

        This is regarding my purchase of the vespa vxl 125 in the month of february’18 at the velgee motors, panaji goa. Felicity apartments, near hotel shell top, taleigao goa, panaji, goa 403001 contact number [protected]
        Ever since i purchased it i have been having issues. The very next day of the purchase the bike did not start and starts only once the choke is pulled (Until today) took up the issue at the dealer the same day but was told this will happen as the new bikes have start up issues and the choke must be pulled. Hence issue number one is still not resolved.
        Next is the fuel issue, i can’t fill the tank up to its maximum level because then there is some pipe that leaks out all the fuel. I check with the dealer he tells me this. At the beginning of the purchase i was not told all this. Another issue is with the fuel indicator which does not indicate the exact fuel in the bike. Even when there is more than sufficient fuel it shows empty. So i really don’t know how i am supposed to know the fuel level of my bike. The dealer again says this is a defect of the company and vespa is still working on these issues.
        In less than two months i notice that the side of the bike is been faded and after taking it to place i purchased it, i was told that it will be replaced during the servicing. But i took it earlier and got it done. But after notifying them that both sides were being decolorized only one side is being replaced. The other side now is still left to be done.
        Yesterday while i was riding the bike. It stops and fails to restart even after the manual kick start or pulling of choke. Had to call the vespa on road service and after several attempts and calls to the dealer service centre, a technician arrives after 1 hour 45 minutes. Something got stuck into some pipe. I was also told that if the bike is heated up i need to open the fuel tank cause of some gas being formed.
        How many issues does this bike have? The service is bad. The bike is giving me issues from the beginning as i said earlier and all the complaints are yet to be solved. The helmet as well has broken without even falling off. It can’t be replaced according to the dealer. This bike needs to be fixed or replaced. It seems like i have been given a very old piece. Kindly check into this matter and revert. A copy of this mail will be forwarded to the consumer forum. So kindly act on priority on this matter.

          We purchased vespa black colour vehicle from ashwam auto services in the month of april 2018 at the time of booking we told that 2018 model we want. With out saying anything they delivered 2017 model. Yesterday we are checking all the docs at that time we saw manufacturing year and month 9/2017, without intimation how you people delivered. Resolve this problem.

              I had regularly serviced my scooter in authorized service centres but there is some fault in engine and the authority of service centres charged me numerous amount though its in warranty peroid. Is this company making fool to customers by charging huge amounts and not providing proper solution. If there is any scheme that no solution found of problem then the engine is replaced then please assist me for this problem

                I have ’ aprilia sr 150’race bearing registration no br01dm2646, chasis no - met0001aavj034617, engine no m911m30335200. Yesterday i handed over my above mentioned scooter for 3rd service to vespa auto moda service certre whose dealer code is ins2bra125 address : 11/2 patliputra industrial estate behind p&m mall patna -800013. I went there with a problem of mileage, they told me that they will change air filter oil filter engine oil etc. Service delayed 1 day to deliver my vehicle. And some how they delivered today 27/04/18 with a problem of petrol leakage. It’s only 5 min of taking my delivery i was told by street people that my fuel is leaking very fast i lost my 3 litre fuel & i returned back to service centre immediately within 15 min i showed my problem to general manager named ‘chetan’& supervisor ‘shamsher’ instead of solving my problem both denied to take responsibilities regarding leakage problem & misbehaved with me as well.
                I want apologies from both of them & wanted my fuel back which is leaked by their mistakes & suffered serious tension due to their misbehaved behaviour..
                I request company to kindly take action on the service centre or their manager & supervisor. Brand like aprilia or vespa being a customer i will never suggest to anyone of my colleagues or friend to buy vespa or aprila just because of the service centre or their peculiar behaviour towards consumer.
                Kindly register my complane or take serious action against the service centre.
                For this act of kindness i shall be ever obliged to you...

                  I purchased vespa with registered number of ka 09 hn 0335 and an vespa helmet from mysore. I am happy with vespa vehicle performance, however my concern here is with helmet. My helmet got damaged (One of the lock of front glass holder of the helmet is broken and i tried in vespa showroom to get it fixed, but they informed the show room don’t sell the broken lock holder, so they suggested to contact some local shops, but in vain, i am not finding any replacement of the childpart. I am disappointed with after sale service of the product. I am unable to use the helmet and felt consumer forum could be helpful. Please address my issue.

                    Dear sir/mam,
                    I am an owner of piaggio ape mini and i bought (On june 2012) it from a local authorized dealer of my city chhindwara (M. P.) where the current dealer is m/s satkar auto. Chhindwara. I am not getting any spare part of the ape mini at any nearby authorized piaggio service center. The vehicle is in idle condition for few months where service center executive told me that they can not help me because company has discontinued the ape mini model so, you won't get any spare part of it.
                    My work is getting affected due to it and i want to know if the company discontinue any model than it means there is no after sales service responsibility of the company. What about the hard earned money i have spent on buying the vehicle. Kindly provide spare parts of piaggio ape mini to my nearby service station as soon as possible.

                      I gave my vehicle vespa s125 to repair for an accidental case to arj automotives indore (Vespa workshop), the damage is small nd has a work of 2-3 hrs nd they r charging me labour 1550₹. They r charging 2800 for dent paint, 4-5000 for other parts as well, which m claiming in insuarance, bt the labour charge is too high. They r saying me that work may b small or big, they charge the same.

                        I had an appointment at 9 am for servicing. While on my way towards the service center i managed to get myself into traffic. My vehicle's tyre even got punctured and i somehow managed to get to the service center by 11 am. The service incharge didn't inward my vehicle for the service and rejected it saying that i was late. The behaviour of the service incharge was too rude. My was told to come back on monday. The reason given was that i was late and the service bay was full with other vehicles. It was a very frustrating experience.

                          My concern strt from 2016 i have vespa scooter hr 26cg8708.in 2016 service center closed from gurgaon haryana location without any information and i file a complaint for the same they didnt reply me or solve my pblm even i have no service center near by me not even for normal service today after so many mails n call to customer care finally my scooter is almost, vechile is not start at any how and the vespa india scooter didnt solve my issue i used to sent mail again and again and they provide me only compliant no. Again nad again all attachment are attached please look into u knw the all scenario please do something for me... Thanx

                            Sir,
                            I am working for central ministry of labour & employment and am stationed at trivandrum. I have purchased a vespa - lx scooter in march 2013. I am facing few prominent technical issues with my vehicle since the day i have purchased this scooter. I have approached the authorized service centres, to rectify the complaints but none of them couldn’t appease my problem. I am stating these persisting problems below:
                            1. The self-start function of my vehicle is not effectively working since the day i have purchased the vehicle. I am a lady and i prefer to rely upon the self - start function. But, self-start won’t work if the vehicle is idle for 2 or more hours. I am a working person and all the time i use the vehicle, i am bound to kick start the scooter. This is giving me physical and mental strain in all events.

                            2. The front wheel tyre is evidently worn out and there is a distinct possibility of the scooter to skid off and high risk of accident while on road. I have pointed out the problem to the service technicians, and they have left me disappointed by claiming that ‘all vespa scooters have the same issue of front wheel tyre wear-off and it is vespa company’s manufacturing issue’. I have purchased a vehicle for safe riding and why should i risk my life by paying you a big amount for a defective vehicle model.

                            3. On 16.02.2018, i have contacted the showroom itself on this fear of risking my life, and they are claiming that if the front shock absorber is replaced the problem of tyre ‘wear and tear’ will be rectified. But the last time which i have replaced the front shock absorber was on 22.06.2017 and this replacing procedure cost me around 1400 rupees. I can’t digest the claim because life of a shock absorber is, not this much short on normal roads and i myself had learnt that with 8 months use of a new shock absorber, the problem of tyre wear-off continued much to my surprise. Apart from this, the money i had invested to rectify the problem was wasted and the belief i had in your company’s service was ruptured. All the time i approach your authorized service technicians, it costs me great money loss in the name of servicing and replacing parts.

                            I am presently in much grief and frustration on your services. Apart from this i am anxious on my safety driving your company’s vehicle, which i have owned. I would like to inform you that i need an urgent remedy for this problem from your end. I hope that all the afore said problems will be at once addressed and rectified for me and you will ensure me a safe vehicle, unless which i will be forced to undertake legal action for providing me a defective vehicle.

                              With reference to the above I had purchased one VESPA VXL 125 from the captioned dealer vide Invoice No:JMB/G0072 dated 02.08.2017. Till date I had availed 3 services as per schedule and i have no issue with the vehicle or with the dealer.

                              2. Last week I found my rear mut guard hanging it also had the number plate - when I checked on it the whole thing came off - it appears to have been glued and looks like it has been struck to the entire mudguard - The number plate bearing mudguard came off and when I checked with the dealer which opinoned that the entire mudguard has to be replaced – which will take about 10 days to receive at the point to change the same. I request you to kindly look into the matter and sort out the issue and arrange to supply the mudguard at the earliest and replace the same at free off cost if possible.

                              Looking forward in hearing from you at the earliest. In this connection please find attached images of the mudguard and scanned copy of the invoice being the proof for purchase of vehicle.

                                I have purchased vehicle from kavya motors nasik. It’s having daily starting problem since it’s purchased. They are suggesting me for
                                1. Give choke in the morning.
                                2. Open fuel tank in the morning.
                                3. Start with kick in the morning.
                                4. Don’t give choke in the morning.

                                And so on...
                                Recently i admitted it for 4 days for the same problem but in vain. Today in the morning same problem happened. I don’t know what to do now.

                                  I would like to inform you about my vesspa vxl red as i have took for 1st service in south goa quadros moto corp. As i mention on job sheet card they have not done anything about it. The only thing they have done is that they have only changed the engine oil it was happen infort of me. Service was very poor and needs to be improve a lots and they don't take any saftey mesures

                                    I am vex by using this vespa bike. The service centers also waste. If we give bike for servicing they will create one new issue every time.
                                    When you come to spare parts those are too much of cost.
                                    Most important disadvantage of this bike is it will stop suddenly while you drive and gives some jerks when speed beaker comes.
                                    In short, driving vespa is like digging hole for ourself.

                                      I wanted to share my vespa sxl 150 review, after researching so much i had purchased this scooter, the look is very cool its feel like ur in some european country comfort pickup every thing is good except the mileage part, it was mentioned that it will give a mileage of 40-45 kmpl, i was shocked it has given me a mileage of 23 kmpl, i got frustrated so much that decided to sell it of and purchase a tvs jupiter classic which i use to have before this scooter. Vespa service center located at masab tank hyderabad in which the technicians and workers are like similar to an mechanic no experience and qualified people and the supervisor also doesn't know any thing if we wanted to ask he will say it will be like that only, even the parts are also not regularly we get example a seat cover is not there in the workshop and when its come they doesn't know. No customer satisfaction at all, being its an international company i think it should act immediately, i hope my address will be resolved asap.

                                        I came to know that the said dealer has not generated online invoice. Due to this, no record of the vehicle is available for service and other purpose. I personally contacted to the dealer in this regards but no proper reply i got.
                                        Hence requesting you to look into the matter and do the needful.
