I had regularly serviced my scooter in authorized service centres but there is some fault in engine and the authority of service centres charged me numerous amount though its in warranty peroid. Is this company making fool to customers by charging huge amounts and not providing proper solution. I would like to inform you about my vesspa vxl red as i have took for 1st service in south goa quadros moto corp. As i mention on job sheet card they have not done anything about it. The only thing they have done is that they have only changed the engine oil it was happen infort of me. Service was very poor and needs to be improve a lots and they don't take any saftey mesures...

I am vex by using this vespa bike. The service centers also waste. If we give bike for servicing they will create one new issue every time.
When you come to spare parts those are too much of cost.
Most important disadvantage of this bike is it will stop suddenly while you drive and gives some jerks when speed beaker comes.
In short, driving vespa is like digging hole for ourself....

Purchased vespa scooter model sxl 125 on 02.04.2017 from your dealer ramtara mobility aurangabad.
I came to know that the said dealer has not generated online invoice. Due to this, no record of the vehicle is available for service and other purpose. I personally contacted to the dealer in this regards but no proper reply i got.
Hence requesting you to look into the matter and do the needful.
