I am vex by using this vespa bike. The service centers also waste. If we give bike for servicing they will create one new issue every time.
When you come to spare parts those are too much of cost.
Most important disadvantage of this bike is it will stop suddenly while you drive and gives some jerks when speed beaker comes.
In short, driving vespa is like digging hole for ourself.

    I wanted to share my vespa sxl 150 review, after researching so much i had purchased this scooter, the look is very cool its feel like ur in some european country comfort pickup every thing is good except the mileage part, it was mentioned that it will give a mileage of 40-45 kmpl, i was shocked it has given me a mileage of 23 kmpl, i got frustrated so much that decided to sell it of and purchase a tvs jupiter classic which i use to have before this scooter. Vespa service center located at masab tank hyderabad in which the technicians and workers are like similar to an mechanic no experience and qualified people and the supervisor also doesn't know any thing if we wanted to ask he will say it will be like that only, even the parts are also not regularly we get example a seat cover is not there in the workshop and when its come they doesn't know. No customer satisfaction at all, being its an international company i think it should act immediately, i hope my address will be resolved asap.

      Purchased vespa scooter model sxl 125 on 02.04.2017 from your dealer ramtara mobility aurangabad.
      I came to know that the said dealer has not generated online invoice. Due to this, no record of the vehicle is available for service and other purpose. I personally contacted to the dealer in this regards but no proper reply i got.
      Hence requesting you to look into the matter and do the needful.

      Hoping for your quick response and co-operation.

        My name is t. Murali unfortunately accident happened to me, so i give my vespa s scooter in last 3 months before, but still they don't complete. They are so negligence to give answers.. Even i willing to pay amount. Upto now 6 times went to showroom, because of this reason i dont recommended to take vepa to my friend, please take action immediately...
        I have given my vespa scooters to service but they not done any service on my scooters

          I have been waiting in the cochin vespa service centre for the past 3 hours and i haven’t received my vehicle yet. I called them yesterday and confirmed about my today’s appointment. Gave my vehicle 9 in the morning and the receipt which they gave says the delivery at 4. It’s 6:30 in the evening. I’m a girl and now i have to go to my home alone at this time. Yesterday they promised to give my vehicle today itself. Morning also they promised the same. Worst customer service ever received. This is the third time i am facing this same issue
          My two year old vespa got engine complant.. piston got stucked.. Really one of the waiste engine provided by piaggio..
          Within 2years engine got repair they saying to change New one.. Regular service made to the vehicle though engine got repair.. It cost too much.. Do provide good service..

            I have purchased vespa-vx on dated 11/11/2014 from unniti vehical pvt. Ltd c. A. Road nagpur. First servicing is held on 11/12/2014. I. E free & after 1st 2nd servicing free. Form 2nd servicing i found trouble in vechical that it was off in running condition & can't start about 15-20 min. It was happned lots of time in watrranty period & i compilent to service engg many times in job card. But it coul'd not get satisfaction & still this problem is exist in vehical. But now we are habit to put 2t oil in carbouritor & get started the vehical. But this practice is possible with only men ladies can't do this work. After expiry of warranty engg 1st suggest to change the petol tap. I am not aggred with this then now he suggested to hange volve because of low compressor. But i have no problem in pick up. If this problem's is exite in vehical privious so why they did not rectified in warranty. Please check the servicing record attached with this requiest.

                I would like to tell u few things about my vespa sxl 150 mat red as i had taken this from my friend and dont know about vespa much, i had given servicing to vespa service center after the servicing, it cost 5200 replaced shick absorb etc while taking delivery they haven't explain me the problems why this was happen and simply telling it will be like that, being its an international company we trust that customer satisfaction was not there.

                  I have given my vespa for servicing at kayaan motors pune.

                  Address: s-3, epicenter, 64/c/1, wakdewadi, old pune - mumbai road, shivajinagar, pune, maharashtra 411005

                  Since then, i was observing a sound while using hand break. Later while riding something was hitting the front tire. I checked and found that my mudguard was broke. I took my vespa to showroom after 10 days approx, as it is too far from my place and my bike was not in the condition to ride.

                  They refuse to take any responsibility.
                  They are charging me 1650 rs to recover this damage.
                  Why would i pay for the damage which they did?
                  Asked fr replacement of some broken parts two months ago but due to unavailability, first they asked fr a week time to restock the parts ...since thn till now i have gone there fr several times but till now parts r not in stock ...Is this the response u do to a customer, u guys r proving to be bad at everything...disappointed VESPA

                    Despite my follow up on email and on phone on companies customer care number no one is bothered to response since 5 years. I am getting the scooter serviced by you but the starting problem remains as it is. Now i got got my scooter serviced on 9/11/2017 next day on 10/11/2017 in the morning the scooter did not start up to half an hour any how i went to the showroom and told them about starting trouble while coming to wardha from nagpur the scooter did not get pickup porperly. But now the condition is verse now. Then i complaint on phone as well as on email but no response till date. Can you share companies senior heads email i'd with me so that i can escalate it...

                      I purchase vespa sxl 125 from alibag. Aftre passng on 13 th oct i observed vespa giving low milage. At 1st servicing on 2 nov i told the subdelar st. Anthony about low milage. They told me due to carbon deposition it take time to free. They give assurance about it to get somewhat improved after immediately on 2 nov i filled tank full and till 12 nov it ran upto 76 km showing only 3 filled fuel indication out of 5. Is this okay or not. Are they cheat me? Please help me

                      It is 3 out of 7 insted of 3 out of 5 please correct it hence it is between 15 to 20 average please refer this corrected complaint and previous complaint. Will i complaint about misguide of delar on consumer court or wait till deposit carbon get free. Please please please help me

                        I given my vespa for the first service that was also a failure and their be done with the first service but the problem has been fixed and i completed on the second service the problem still remains with the breaking issue and i waited 2 days to fix it up i am unhappy with the second service also the problem still remains with the breaking and and noise from the rear brake and noise from the front concert
                        The worst place to service your vespa is in kochi is jey motors
                        GST not yet regularised as per Govt of India circular.. being in Govt service in Ministry of Shipping .road.transport and highways. serving as Supdt in Mumbai port. GST has already regulate from 15th Nov 2017. Thanks. ... need me to write an essay on G S T...

                          For the last 4 yrs i am using vespa scooter purchased m/s. Rajarajeswari agencies madurai through i am residing 100 kms away (Theni). Now they have stopped monthly once service at theni. As my speedameter cable is cut & to change oil brought my scooter recently. Pl note 1. No water to wash 2. No efficient mechanic to expected service 3. Abnormal charge rs.600 (Water wash-outside, oil change & spark plug check up) in addition to oil cost 4. Improper guidence 5. No official (Gst) bill etc... Please start a new agency to cover wast area. If same condition prevails the good name to vespa will ruin when other peer level players are very aggressive in the market. Inspite of higher price, distance we opted vespa hence do not spoil our hearts.

                              I putchaes a new vespa in oct16 & it's rto reg no. Is mh12-nr 5500

                              During last 11 months we are facing many problems in the vechicle.

                              Your service center people not doing any proper action on this

                              Mainly very low average, smoke high volume & noice problem s there.

                              So require to be take inspection call & do action /replacement.

                                This is to inform you about the service done by kp motors at kannur (Kerala) under the supervision of their serivice manager. The vehicle has been sent to me without brakes risking the life of my friend who took the delivery. The manager has already informed me that the vehicle will run another 2000km without changing the back brake shoe which i didn’t believe and insisted to change the brake shoe before delivery as i am a staying very far from the service centre and also asked him to go for trials in order to find other complaints. Due to your agents’ irresponsible action now the vehicle is with me without the back brake. I believe that you to fix this issue immediately.

                                  I’m an aprilia sr150 owner and my bike had an accident two months ago, i have put my bike in vespa/aprilia work station “kayaan motors pune”. They have taken almost a month for the repairs. Then i have paid the bill. Insurance has still not been claimed form their side. I have done all the required paperwork’s and already handover the necessary documents. I’m taking consistent follow-ups from showroom on regular basis. They never call back or provide any acknowledgement from their side. After a month when i directly spoked to their service manager “mr. Dinesh raut” they have provide me the details of insurance company with policy details. I have contacted to the insurance company “bharti axa” and ask about the claim, they told me that they still did not received any bill form showroom. As i have already paid the bill about a month ago. While taking follow-ups from showroom (Service dept) they keep telling me that we have already done from our side and it is pending from insurance company, but the truth is that insurance company still did not received any bill details.

                                  Can you please look into this and help me. I’m too frustrated and showroom people specially service department they never give satisfactory answers. Many time they don’t pick up the phones or hang.

                                    I bought a new vespa sxl 125 on supreme motors, tirupur, tamilnadu on 30/03/2017 with ready cash, but in showroom they mistakenly endosed my rc with icici bank, now without noc rto not cancelling my endosment in rc book i have waited over 5 months for the person from supreme motors manager who taking care of this issue but now the manager asking me to get the noc from icici bank that to i have tried but without loan they are not willing to give the noc. Please solve this issue from your lazy manager who will not able pick my phone too.

                                        I have purchased it from some of my friend and facing a major problem for past 1year and complained the same at the service station regarding the same but their is no good healthy hearing regarding the same.
                                        I have a major problem o[censored]nbalancing of two wheeler.
                                        This complaint was told everytime but they showed some or the other fault at our end.
                                        Now after getting hurt several time and loosing the patience i discussed with some good local mechanic who tested and came out with the fault in the engine swing and bush. Which was always conveyed by me that it is having fault and the service station people and head mechanic their always told it is perfectly fine.
                                        Now after shouting and complaining in front of other customer they simply said yes we will do this and some of the inner employee told that this part is what we were not having in stock for past few time and the amount of item we receive we usually sell and not look for people who ask in warranty.
                                        Also i have given my two wheeler for some accident job under insurance claim, for the same they used very poor quality paint and other material which has totally ruined the look of the vehicle and these people charged me for the change of parts in the bill and just changed 2-3 small parts and done only repair and paint job to rest major parts.
                                        Have many faults which are just like i am stuck with the faulty piece.
                                        Kindly look into the matter else i am moving to the consumer court regarding the same i am fed up of the service by this service station.
