My Vespa scooter had a damage on its body and i want to repair the scooter. I have also the bumper to bumper insurance for the vehicle. I must get a cashless claim but the company denieying it.company saying that I only get a benefit for the full cover insurance, That means 80perc. Coverage. I think company has a private reason for this conditions.. As a customer why should i paying b2b insurance premium.? Wht is the reason for the company to behave like this.? What is the difference between b2b and comprehensive insurance.?

    I have purchased Vespa 125 from a dealer st chennai with temporary registration at Pondicherry RTO till then all free services were done at Vingesh Motoreux Poondicherry- a deealer at Pondicherry. My vehicle no. is PY BV 1978
    My residence is 20 kms away from the service center. My rear view mirror broken, I went to buy from the dealer but they refused to sell the mirror instead they told me to bring the vehicle to the service and they themselves change the
    mirror. For changing the mirror i have to travel all the way 20km from my residence. So i request to ensure the selling of spares to the customers
    Hii I am Vespa owner since 2 year bt do not find any satisfactory service for it .even now I am having trouble in finding parts for it.help me out.
    It's nw very trouble to run it
    It's nw jst a waste for me nw. I jst gv 0 remarks tô vespa customer care dealing.

      I had bought vespa S on Feb 2015 at Dindigul, tamilnadu(624001) showroom. they time your dealer have ensured all things about service center. Right now they closed the showroom in Dindigul. Now we are being told to go for service center to next town which is 100km away. that made us people who all around our town to regret for buying your product, kindly help us to find a solution.

        On 26 January 2017, I enquired about the availability of Vespa VXL 70th edition in I GTS Exports (P) Ltd, ( 63/12B, Main Rama Road, (Opp. Kirti Nagar Metro Station, ), Najafgarh Road Industrial Area, New Delhi - 110015 (INDIA). Email: [protected]@urbanbykes.com.) showroom. They said that it is not available but if I book for the Vespa 70th edition model then they can place the order. In fact, I even told them that I am ready to book for the Vespa 70th edition and I can wait for a month to receive if you assure me of getting Vespa 70th edition and they assured me the same.

        Then on 30 January 2017, I booked for a Vespa 70th edition with a token amount of Rs.10000/- (the receipt is attached herewith). They told me that they have already booked for 2 Vespa 70th edition, as another customer has also asked for it. They said that they will confirm me in a week about the availability of the Vespa 70th edition model from the company and accordingly I have to pay the remaining amount.

        On 4th February 2017, they called and inform me that my booking for the Vespa 70th edition is confirmed and they requested me to pay the remaining amount in one week time. They said that they can deliver the Vespa 70th edition by 21 February 2017. So accordingly, I gave two installment cheques one on 6th February 2017 and the other one on 16 February 2017 (post dated cheque) (the receipt is attached herewith).

        I was waiting for the dealer's call till 20th February 2017, but I didn't receive any call. I called and enquired about the status of my order. They told me that there was a delay from the company side in delivering the order, and they asked me to wait for one more week (i.e., till 25/26 February 2017).

        On 24 February 2017, I called the dealer to enquire about the status. They told me that it is in transit and may be in one or two days, they could receive the delivery from the company.

        On 26 February 2017, I called the dealer to enquire about the status. They told me that they have received a damage so they again placed an another order to the company. This time, they requested me to wait up to 14 March 2017. However, they also told me that they will confirm the delivery on the first week of March.

        On 1 March 2017, I received a call from the dealer. They apologized for the delay and told me that the delay is due to up gradation in the engine to fulfill BS4 norms. They also assure me that I can get the Vespa 70th edition by 11 March 2017.

        On 10 March 2017, I called the dealer to enquire about the status. They told me that the company has stopped making the Vespa 70th edition model and they apologize for the same. They said that they can offer any other model with the reasonable discount if I wish or else they can repay my money in cheque.

        I have applied for a personal loan from the bank and paid fully in two installments. From 26 January 2017 to till date. I have been waiting for almost 2 months, expecting that I will receive the Vespa 70th edition. But I was informed that the company stopped making the Vespa 70th edition model. In that case, either Dealer / Vespa team should have informed me in advance. After giving the assurance, they disappointed me by regreting to deliver the order. I raised a complain to Vespa Customer Care as well. But there is no proper response from the dealer and from the Vespa customer care team.

          It is been observed that every time when I leave my vehicle for service the problem is not been rectified and poor pathetic service is extended from you Dealer Pillai Motors Chennai. There is a starting problem in my Vehicle and twice I took to the showroom but they give false answer and least bothered to rectify it. Even after customer care of Vespa no serious actions were taken. On account of this with all the consequences I would register in Consumer court on the Brand Vespa.

            Despite my daughter's follow up one is bothered to response for the starting problems from the day one, she has to visit many times cancelling the MBBS lacture.
            Today the condition is verse now, and the dealer is refusing to attend by giving the reason they are not responsible for battery problem
            I have to spend Rs 1350.00 for new battery
            When the vehicle is supplied it was not checked and my daughter has to suffer
            The parts are of inferior quality and we have to suffer why...
            Needs the justice to my daughters pain area and harassment and the money she spent today

            I buy vespa elegant scooter from coimbatore Sachin motors showroom .After 8000 KM my speed o meter cable has broken.for replacement of cable, with service period also I paid RS. 500.is it correct amount?

              Despite my follow up on email and on phone on companies customer care number NO one is bothered to response. I got my scooter serviced on 23rd Dec and told them about starting trouble and many other issues, which are written on their job card. But condition is verse now. Then I complaint on phone as well as on email but no response till date. Can you share companies senior heads email I'd with me so that I can escalate it.

                I Purchased Vespa Elegant 125 in May 2015. But it is giving too much Problems.Very First is that it don't have indicator or automatic lock for Petrol Tank..every time I go to Fill Petrol its Overflowing. Secondly its not giving Mileage as what was given in Their Catalouge. Also Service Centre Staff is too casual and almost least Bothered about Customer Complaints. Too much Sound is coming and also Start Button is a major issue.Stops all of sudden in between...

                I request you to look into my case and do necessary service to rectify all defects or Give me a new Vehicle without any defects.

                  The service of this vehicle with a change of tyre was conducted in december 2016. Ak motors - vespa dealership baner pune.

                  Jan 03 2017, my tyre is stuck, it is not moving at all. Luckily it happened in my place-or it would have been a very bad accident.

                  The mechanic who came to repair, says that there was water in the wheel, left behind after washing. This is wrong and could have been potentially deadly

                    Satbara for the land purchased is not updated online. Its been 3 months i have given the details to the thalati of tandulwadi, Baramati, dist pune. gat no.8/9/A4. please help. As per thalati, the matter is held up due to internet problem. But how long can there be a internet issue. I really do not understand which generation we are living in. Internet/ online systems are introduced to make things faster, simpler & easier. but this is taking lots of time. I am not able to start my construction. Please help.

                        On 2nd October 2016, my Vespa met with a small accident so the Handle was not moving so i took the vehicle to a local mechanic.

                        After opening the Handle found that the break wires and accelerator wires were crushed. However this happened 80Kms away from the Hyderabad City, so there was no chance for me to take the Vehicle to Authorized Service Center.

                        I went to Shreya Vespa to get the spare parts like break wire, ball bearings etc. I got all the spare parts but i didn’t get Rear Break Cable, Accelerator Cable and Shockobzar Pin. So i was told to go to another dealer i.e. Ashwam Vespa at Masabtank.

                        Ashwam Vespa was having the spare parts but they were not ready to give them because the vehicle was not sold by them. After arguing they were ready to give the parts only after paying the labor charges along with spare parts rate.

                        There is a person named Vara Prased calling him as Area Manager of Vespa, he was arguing with me to pay the Labor Charges.

                        Vara Prasad - I am attaching the photo of him.

                        Can you please give me valid explanation on why to give labour charges when the Vehicle is not getting services at the Ashwam Vespa service Center.

                        I have not paid the labor charges and took the spare parts only after a serious argument with the staff. Invoice NO - SO[protected], the Invoice was generated not with customer name but was raised with different Name "GG Sunil Sunil"

                        I am attaching both the Invoices for your reference, please explain me the reason for the behavior and take necessary actions.

                        I am still need the below spare parts, please let me know from where can I collect them.

                          I am a user of Vespa SXL125 and everyday used to go office by this scooter.I am so irritated that I am writing this mail standing on roadside and kicking my scooter.

                          I brought this scooter from 3S motors, Bhubaneswar, Osidha on 19th April 2016.
                          After the 2nd service on 4th July 2016 on the same service center the foundation of getting issues started. I am listing the issues below.

                          1. After servicing suddenly engine had stopped while I was coming back to home. Later I found oil pipe was open and tank full of petrol was totally wasted.

                          2. After 2-3 days I found staring issue and self start stopped working. I took the scooter to the same service center but they told battery problem and sent me to EXIDE to charge the battery.

                          3. Now when returning back from office an 8 pm suddenly engine stopped. Trying to kick start the engine in lonely road for half an hour its still noneffective.

                          4. Now scooter kick is jammed and very difficult to kick. if kicking forcefully it sticks to down near ground and not moving back to original position.

                          Tried almost 10 plus contacts of same dealer cum service center as well as vespa customer care. Did not get any positive response. Service manager is out of station for a week.

                              Hi i have vespa motorcycly and i leaved in wardha in our city there were no dealer of vespa company but one subdealers which name is meera motors which are subsidiary o[censored]nnati vehicals pvt ltd nagpur, i have speak with vespa's coustomer care officer yet yesterday they give yhe contact no. Of nagpur dealers no .Viz unnati vehicles pvt ltd i speak with them. Actually i need the horn button of vespa scooter i speak with them he told me the actual price. But when i reached in mira motors wardha they said the the price of horn button is double as said by the dealers price.

                              It, s a bed service ou your vespa company your dealers and sub dealers are no give the proper service to the customers.

                              It was the rediculas thing.

                                Our workshop reached a complain, scooter not starting on dated[protected], we are properly checked his problem then we found battery problem. This battery send exide service centre (New bye-pass road tps compound anishabad patna 800002 bihar[protected] on[protected] with documents, after 2 days told me this battery is internally problem we give a new battery in 2 & 3 days in warranty, after 4 days trying to contacted exide service centre but till date no any proper solution. Customer creating big issue,

                                    Vechile was purchased on 27/7/2012. Vechile num GA08 Q2134. Engine was faulty on delivery of the vechile, main key lock was broken on delivery. I had asked to replace the vechile but they didn't do so. Till the date engine problem exist but the service from Quadros motocrop is very bad. They have all the details till date which parts of the vechile begin changed after purchased.

                                      I own a Vespa VX. I had a minor accident and I tried to do some minor service in your registered service station at Thrissur. The response from the service station was so bad and abusive. They said, they won't be able to service this, as the parts are not available from Vespa and their contract with Vespa is about to expire. Few days back here in Thrissur, new Vespa showroom has opened and I contacted them. They said that they don't have the parts yet, so that they can't service my Vespa. What should I do with my Vespa?. I have mailed several times regarding same issue and tried to contact through your toll-free number, but no response from your side. I am waiting around four months to repair my Vespa :(. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                                        I have the same experience. Very poor response and customer quality. Now they have opened showroom in Kuriachira somewhere. so I have to drive around 40 kilometer to service my bike. I am ashamed to have this type o[censored]tility.
