Sir I have visited in your service center 2-3 time but my problem not solve. My vespa 125 mileage given 20 so please provide some tips what I can do. My mobile number [protected] and my vespa vehicle number MH 12 PG 3370.
Today price very high and this time my vespa vehicle mileage down. Please solve the problem urgently.

    I have issue with the back tyre for the Vespa VXL where the I need to fill the air every 2 days that was purchased in 2019, and the battery is replace with original, I visited the service center and complained about it and they replied the MRF guarantees only for one year.
    The vehicle gives useless sounds while driving. it is just 2 years I am using the vehicle and many issues and service center is just trying to compromise without any resolution
    Please take back my vehicle and give my money back or resolve the issues on priority
    I used Honda Active for 5 years but no issues found
    Pathetic service by Uppal service center
    I need the tyre to be replaced

      Sir I am Siriki Uday Kiran,
      I have given my Vespa for service on[protected] with a good condition speedometer, while returning us the vehicle speedometer cable is misplaced or cut. Now the speedometer is not working, Even the speedometer reading has increased before returning the vehicle back to us.

        I bought a Vespa scooter yesterday from Lakshmi graha motors koundapalayam, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. While buying we didn't even got a proper response they didn't even make the vehicle clean for the delivery and the speedometer, kilometre is not all working the delivery agent "Naveen" is not at all attending the calls properly you should take strict action against them.

            Hi i am Sathya Bama, I bought vespa Scooter from Tirunelveli Vespa Showroom, Tamil Nadu. I am so far from the showroom location so when i went to buy the scooter i asked the dealer is there any choice of service on my location the dealer said yes we send our mechanic for home services. If the dealer said no i would have gone and bought some other brands which are closer to my location. Due to their fake promise i trusted and bought it now the service time has started and i have called them from November 1 until now they didn't provide for service i didn't even do my first service until now. The vespa tirunelveli showroom people just want to sell their scooter with whatever they want say now i feel cheated the following details are the showroom details

              I bought a brand new VESPA ZX 125 on Feb-2020 from your authorized dealer M/s Safari motors, TBS tower, Angadipuram, Perinthalmanna, Malappuram, Kerala. Unfortunately, we get our first water service only on the 4th service of our vehicle.

              After 10K kilometers, the vehicle breakdown during a 100KM trip. When I approach the above-mentioned dealer they informed me that the fuel injection pump of this model has some troubles and they suggested replacing it. As per their suggestion, we agreed to replace it. Even after the replacement of the pump vehicle ran over more than 5000KM, but the breakdown issue still persists. The dealer is not responding adequately or even not giving a satisfying solution.
              The key ignition point had some troubles from the first day of purchase. When we raise the problem to the dealer they responded that it is common in some vehicles and will be rectified.
              The dealer only has limited space to service the vehicles on their showroom facility which caused us some scratches on our vehicles.

              The previous year I had claimed insurance for certain parts such as handlebar cover and mudguard etc..as a result of the fell down of the vehicle. The dealer replaced the handlebar cover with another model cover after almost 30 days. The dealer informed us that the delay occurred due to Covid-19 restraints, and we all can understand the situation.
              However, the replaced parts are not suitable, and It caused the removal of adhesive from the handlebar and made annoying noise while riding. On 04-Dec-21 again I visited the dealer to get a solution for the above-mentioned issues, but the response from the previous service representative was really pathetic and unprofessional. One Mr. Ramees the current service representative given some hope to us and we really thankful for that.
              When purchasing VESPA we believe we are choosing the best brand in the market. But the experience was not fruitful as expected.
              I wish better service and prompt action from your side regarding the same.

                        I am Dhrupal Patel from vapi Gujarat india
                        I have a vespa since 2013 Scooty number is GJ 15 AQ 4024 .
                        My vespa is broken down on way before diwali and I contact legacy italiaa vespa Suart (Vapi, Gujarat) dealership/service centre they said that CDI (Capacitor discharge ignition) is blown!
                        I told hime to change it and turn on my scooter but they said that they don’t have that part called CDI (Capacitor discharge ignition) and they said that We have placed in the order but we could not take responsibility for when the item arrives!! And they also said that the thing called (CDI) can come from fifteen days to a month or even two months.
                        So I have to leave the scooter until then?

                        Already It's been a week since Scooty stopped
                        How much longer do I have to live without my scooter ?

                        That’s how you treat your customers ?
                        Everytime Legacy italiaa vespa dealership/service Surat (vapi) centre said that they don't have the parts

                          I am complaining about my Vespa bike(scooty)

                          Address: Sri SR motors, opp Punthalo Musalamma Ammavari Temple, K.N Road, Tadepalligudem-2, West Godavari dist, Andhra Pradesh.

                          I bought my Vespa bike at the end of Nov, 2020 in Tadepalligudem Vespa showroom. But, my bike didn't started after few days o[censored]se(nearly 20-25 days). I have called to the showroom and they came and checked my bike and said that there is an issue with petrol pump. We need to order for spare part and replace with it. They nearly took 1 to 1 and half month to get it repaired after continuous calls from my side. Again in Feb, my bike headlight...

                          I have given for servicing every two months and got a repair of sound in engine, I have given for repair, it's not even three months since I have given for repair there is a sound again in the engine. It has been just loss of money. My vehicle is a complete new vehicle, it's not even been 1 yr since I have purchased but yet I'm facing many problems due to poor servicing and their negligence. I really need a serious action to be taken on them.

                            The vehicle given for service has not done properly and professionally. They don't even check a broken wire which caused circuit shortage and lead to breakdown. we were shocked to see the wire as it is very much visible and they just ignored or else the service person's are not checking anything. we lost our time and energy. we spend extra for toying. and also a huge service charge they charged by claiming that they done the servicing.

                                I met with an accident on 6/10/2021 in Rajahmundry itself while going to the work. My bike was purchased on 2/01/2021 only. One of my assistant took the bike to the service center in Rajahmundry and I spoke with him over the phone, The person in the service center is so rude that than accident it caused me pain. He said that half of the amount only will be reimbursed by the insurance company and remaining the customer has to pay. We accepted...

                                I have booked vespa club on oct18. at the time of booking they have told me that within 3days they will give vehicle deliverd that means oct 21/22 thats maximum but till today october 25th i have not received my vehicle i am completely unsatsfied by your vehicle delivery from calicut tiruvanoor showroom they are telling that registration has not done till today
                                If delivery is like this means your service will be weaker than this
                                I need to get the delivery by tommorow
                                Evng please 🙏🏻 make it please

                                Before recieving intial payment they were very intrest now they are not intrested to give the delivery

                                    I bought brand new vespa in Jan 2021. Had first free service in feb... After that no service for my vehicle til September...
                                    At the end of September the vehicle got switched off while driving... Took it to the nearest vespa showroom with the help of road assistance...
                                    There I really had a very shock news that the vehicle's spares were theft by the dealer itself at the feb month itself... We were unaware of the theft until it get switched off suddenly while driving... When I asked for the same to the dealer they were not accepting the fault... The vehicle is with the dealer only for past 25 days.. No response yet...

                                    My vehicle have crossed just 2000km in the past 9months ... Even on the first free service itself we found 2faults that the light under the seat cover was broken and the vespa logo was changed to old one
                                    We immediately enquired they accepted the fault but delayed to change the new light... Until now it was not changed..

                                    Hereafter, I can't believe on vespa
                                    Totally exhausted about the thing happened

                                    Can't believe that the vehicle I bought was a new one... I think it might be a secong hand one they remodeled to a new one...
                                    Shame on u vespa..

                                    Only one free service was done... But they mentioned that they did a free service for the month June, July, August month...
                                    This too fraud...
