No servicing was done only bike was wash ! They didn’t even clean carburettor neither changed oil !! My bike is not starting now !! After telling them this issue they were speaking to me arrogantly!!

I want to take serious action now on this!

    I have struggling for over 2years. My scooter has suffered mANY PROBLEMs, faulty engines, leakage in fuel tank, acceleration issues, broken connecting rod. It's way to expensive to get it repaired from authorized service centres and they take months to solve the issue. They are unable to provide any spare parts so that atleast i can resolve the repairing issue from outside. I am tired of this ###. There's a limit to everything. I may now take the decision to file a case at consumer FORUM against Vespa so that strict action is taken against this company and their harassment to the CUSTOMERs. Vespa is clearly taking advantage by overpricing everything, not providing spare parts in the market causing harassment to the CUSTOMERs. Please help me out here.

      No milage for vespa sxl 125cc when the vehicle is full tank it goes only 140kms

        Im using vespa urbanclub scooter last 1+Year
        I will give service for scooter 2 month Once..
        In Madurai Vespa Showroom Available ( Grandmotors ) Located on Theppakullam..
        Here all service manager charge double charges for every product like oil change cost 300 only but He put 750..
        General service cost 900
        Lot of list available
        This issue not only for me Each and every customers face this..
        Quality also very poor last week My brake cable would cut..
        Please take Strict action on Grand motors Madurai Tamilnadu

          Hi this is Anupa Jangid, I stay at Mira road East, I brought vespa in December 2019, from that time only it was little different from other Scotty to ride, from starting onwards the bike was always go automatically right but it was manageable, but from last 8-10months it is very difficult to ride on the speed of 40kmph I am not able to turn left it's going online to right side, it's threaten to my life, I have given the bike to Mira road vespa service center the problem is not resolved. Request urgent help to resolve the problem, if anything happens to my life who will be responsible.

            My vehicle got stop on the road a be vechical, this is the third time it's happening and I used to stand on the road to 2 hours every time, last time when I gave to the vespa mechanic he said the pump problem after this lockdown only he can replace it, how come the new vechical which has not gone more then 1500km would happen like this, , my parents told me don't go for this costly vechical when you have good vechicals in the market which gave good milage and all but I didn't listen to there words, now I'm realising that what I have decided was wrong, , , , I taught this is the best vechical in the market which will perform better than any other vehicles, my scooter stud me on the road for third time, I new the explanation for this and more over in this Corona time I couldn't get help from the strangers as well this is ultimately threaten for your life, , , , in the nights after my job over If I get this situations what would happen, I'm requesting the company to replace my vechical immediately after all for the conser of individual girl suffering on the road, . Thank you

              I bought a new Vespa(SXL 125cc) on 6th July 2020, it's nearly 8 months time (short period) by which my vehicle is not working properly and I took my scooter to the service station two weeks back and they told the fuel pump has got damaged and also there was some shortage of the part they said they had to order it, then I contacted near by service stations too. They said there is a lack of the part everywhere .How does that can happen ! I never expected such a bad experience from your side, I have to travel nearly 60km daily as a part of my job, and during this panademic it's really hard to depend on public transport. I have been waiting for the pass two weeks ( almost 16 days), whenever I contact them, they say it's because of the lockdown at Pune. That's not our matter because the vehicle is new and you guys don't even have a back up to rectify the problem. Why are you guys so irresponsible, you should have ensured that there are proper materials available on the service station for further rectification of the vehicles. Most of the companies like Honda, TVS are providing good service to the customers and that's y they r no 1 in the market .It reflects the bad quality of the product too, or may be u attached a damaged fuel pump on the vehicle or then how it got damaged in this short period of time. Please try to provide required accessories to your service stations before it goes out of stock, it's a request. It's really pathetic situation.

                  I have bought VESPA VXL 125, Matte balck on August of 2019 but took the delivery only by Jan 2020 ! Since then I'm facing some or the other issues, I have raised several complaints to the dealer showroom, paid a lot of money fr service but it is still not sorted out. Im now very much disappointed and frustrated as I'll have to depend on this scooter for commuting purpose to Office .But everytime I face the starting issue, I'm not sure if something is wrong with the battery or choke or Engine !! Tired of this, I want my money back if not replace it with a new one, service is also not proper . Pls address this issue . I want this to be sorted at the earliest, I bought my Scooter from P.V Motors, Coimbatore - Tamilnadu India .My Name Kausalya Vijay Murugan

                      I have gave my vespa notte to the company service center on day before yesterday 9/4/2021 in nagerciol keerthy vespa showroom . For hand bar issue one month before I went with the same problem that time the told tha one full set was broken we don't have tha set, but this time the told one nut only problem (for the same problem) I asked that to the dealer they replayed the i[censored] don't like the service u don't leave the bike hear and just kidding me I have ever seen a worst service like this. Thank you

                        I gave my Vespa vxl at d service centre in Rajahmundry on 18th of this month for some engine issue n the service people there have stolen my bike keychain which is a pocket button knife which I got as a gift from my bestie for my security n self-defence.this is d 2nd time they've done this to me...previously in d month of December they've done the same when I gave my bike for general service.at that time I didn't bother much n my frnd gifted me another...but, they keep on repeating this n when I asked they became aggressive on me...saying that it's just a keychain worth 10/- or 20/- rs y would d service people have to go for d keychain when it's d bike I gave them for service...they can't just lose it when they went for test drive coz I've never lost that for months even when I ride the bike so rash...why do they keep on doing this?I'm completely dissatisfied of our service people and their attitudes

                              This is Pritam Singh Bagduwal from indore i work for department of atomic energy india. I bought a Vespa yesterday from ARJ automotive Indore. I paid the 1, 39, 270 online. But has been handed over the bill worth 1, 26, 000 only when i asked about the remaining amount dealer representative saying that bill for full amount can’t be provided. I urgently need the complete bill as I have to submit this in to my department.

                                In last three services we have complained that fork suspension is not working properly. There is noise always when we drive. Inspite of insisting to look into the problem the service team not given enough attention to rectify it. We keep following to get this done once again but still it is not received proper response from the team.

                                  It is with great regret i am logging this since i have not got my vespa scooter registered KL7 BX 1391, dropped at Jay Motors, Ambattukaavu, Alwaye, Kochi, Kerala on[protected]. My scooter was not turning ON one fine morning and the service centre agents are claiming that the only part pending is to change the 'Ignition Coil', scooter have not turned ON until now and at present they do not have the parts available. Its been over 2Months now, today when i ranged the service centre they are conveying that it has done come again and would have to wait until[protected].

                                  I would request your kind assistance in getting the issue fixed at your earliest possible convenience. If you are unable to fix the issue then kindly have it replaced, I would glad paying the difference. Thank you very much.

                                    My name ia manisha .i have purchased vespa vxl model on 15 sept 2020 it has been 5 months...from last 1 month this scooter is giving excess problem like it stops functioning by itself doesn't starts for hours even when i show it to technician then also it doesn't start for more than 18 times it happened...in middle of the traffic or in deserted locations...more than 5 times i have shown it to technician or on service centre...i am feeling cheated... Have roamed half of the city by dragging this scooter ...every now and thn i have to visit service centre for servicing...i am just pissed off... Thr subdealers are also ### they don't know how to talk with CUSTOMERs...in case of emergency i dragged the scooter for 1 km to the subdealer's shop nd the subdealer told me" it is yout fault that you purchased this scooter ...i ddn't came to ur house for convincing u to purchase this...handle ur prblms urself" ... I can't help"...this scooter is so waste...i just can't handle this situation anymore please ...return or exchange this defected product...evn now also the scooter is in service centre for servicing...you people sold me a pathetic scooter ...i don't want any further repair please exchange your product or you people leave me no other choice except...for going legal. And yes your CUSTOMER service is worst of all.

                                      Hi this is praveen, I bought new vespa urban club on chennai . 5.03.2021... from savitri motors . Kovilambakkam Branch... They collect from total amount of vehicles Rs.112653. I asking to the sales executive for breakup the total they say like this ... Ex.showroom Rs.95034+insurance and RTO charges ... Again I asking split up for insurance and RTO charges... They say insurance amount Rs. 5764 and RTO charges don't says how much... Third time I asking again I need RTO Charges bills... They connect the call to manager ... They said no bills provides for RTO side .. how it's happened again am asking... They say we pay online through no receipt ...again I asking they given a reference for the payment right .. that one I need ... The manager say no one can share the details about RTO charger. .. I know all about RTO regulations in india new two-wheeler registration 8% of road tax and registration fee only Rs. 300 only. I asking to manager to calculate the total amount ... They say additional of transportation charges Rs.2500 of vehicles In and out and RTO brokerage Charges Of Rs.1000 ... Why I can pay transportation and broker cost ... I summited all govt documents ... Ex showroom cost is all inclusive of transportation and tax right ... Why they collected hidden charges... Can I file the criminal note ...

                                        We have bought a new Vespa ZX on 12st October 2020. After our first service we have observed weird issues that Self Start doesn't work most of the time and even we have to use kicker 2-3 times to start the vehicle. 1 month ago it stopped all of a sudden in the mid of the road and didn't start at all. We took it to the Dealer and they said fault in the battery and they fixed it. But now the also the self start doesn't work. Moreover when we accelerate the lights are dimming out and the Horn sound fades. There is some serious problem which either vespa dealer couldn't find it or fix it. No other bike gave us any trouble even after years, but this is brand new, costly, reputed and it gives us nightmare.
                                        Sad part is I am not able to raise a complaint in vespa site.
