My vespa 150 brought 2 months back now does not get started suddenly.I had a similar experience after the very first day of first service.The service centre does not have any idea about the issue and did'nt fix properly and the issue repeats..kindly help me to get out of this hell

    Today, i went to purchase spare parts of vespa byk for my friend at Radar motors dealer code INS4TLR170. I took spare parts and got bill of 2448.00. They have charged labour charges for purchase of spare parts..I thought it was mandatory of labour charges for purchasing. I kept signs on three papers where they asked to keep on the bill as i was important work and in hurrry.
    After coming home i saw the bill.i was shocked to see that for the parts i purchased they billed and made as if the vehicle is repaired there. They asked the byk number for checking model and made bill on that byk number..it is totally deceiving.

    U can check the cc camera in that shop for confirmation that byk is not there.byk in warangal but billed as if it is repaired in hyderabad for purchasing spare parts.
    Please take action on dealer and cancel dealership

        Prevously On December I Bought Vespa Sxl 125 matte blue Colour from alwaye motors aluva...Am so Satisfied About The Bike But After My Second Service Prevously Done On Saturday At Avaraan Associates Kuriachira And Monday See Aa Crack On My Handle bar Kit...I dont Know what Happen..And Why...I Just Call Showroom and They Just Told Change It On..I want To Know What Is The Reason Behind This And Need To Change Immediet...Soo Reply Soon...Please Make It Clear and Fix It

          HELLO TEAM
          I am consumer of your scooty vespa SXL 125 along 3 years, everything just going fine as for me. but recently my headlight cover was crack and when i was reach to authorised service center i got this black headlight cover, and personally i did't like this on my white scooty. They told me that chrome finish headlight cover was discontinued. ... please recontinue your chrome finish headlight cover, i am sure that every vespa consumer will dissatisfied by this black cover.

            Here in Guwahati there is only one service centre and from the beginning only I am using this service centre only.
            I used to receive calls very frequently from the service centre and when I agreed to them for making an appointment I clearly mentioned that I would be travelling from so far hence you re kindly requested to keep my scooter in first preference and in first appointment and they agreed to that and today when I came here and reached at 9:08 am and till that time they already received 5 customers as per to the receptionist and when I got the enrolment form there I received 8 th in number and now after complaining again and again about the time they behaved me in very ill way and rudely as if I am eating their meal...
            Please try to maintain the professionalism and value your consumers...

              Few days ago, i went to the vespa show room for service of my scooter but they not responding correctly and not given spare of such parts.
              They talking not correctly and not taking seriously, just make my time wasted and I'm visited many time.

                Front handle bar is broken I purchased this scooty before 6months only but front Right side handle bar is broken when we told this to dealer he told it's not his issues he told to complaint and he not responded & we not used this much but it's parts broked VESPA company manufacturing it's bad quality parts it's creating more problems to customer. I[censored] are doing this type of service means it's not good sign I recommend that people don't purchase this scooty it's waste of money & services not providing in karwar pls do sure when people think to purchase pls make sure that u purchase other company like activa it's good we have & we are usings since 10yrs &its no part's are broked like this.&this scooty purchased before6months only it's bad quality product s are selling.

                  M/S Lakshmigraha vespa, Coimbatore.

                  In have pre booked the scooter on 04/12/2020
                  With an token advance from the date of booking i was enquiring for the month and year of manufacturing for my scooter..

                  In this after completing the finance formalites on 18/01/2021 i again enquired about the month and year of manufacturing from the showroom executive he said it was October 2020 after his assurance i took delivery by 20/01/2021 Wednesday, in this i enquired for disclaimer form for fancy number allotment by today then only i came to know that th vehicle is an older one of manufacturing 03/2020 is almost an year old vehicle by today the Market value of the scooter is below ₹ 75, 000/ as i purchased it for ₹1, 18, 000/ know who gone to bearing the loss of my hard earned money in this i was literally fooled by the dealer and the executive.

                  After i reliazed the fraudulent made to me by your showroom i complanied in vespa customer service they connected with the showroom manager his reply to me was due to pandemic curfew lock down your company was still selling the older stocks makes and models till today your 2021 models will be available in market only after march 2021 as you aware that vespa models are availed only by the customers who knows the value of its classiy and quality of the scooter even though it's very poor in resale value due lack of awareness i decided to buy it on my own interest.

                  In the above said matter i was fooled and hooked by your dealership hope you will consider the matter in an serious manner and get an possible solution for me

                    Dear sir, I wanted to tell you that today i.e 19/01/2021 I had gone for servicing at taliegao goa India and they refused to repair my vehicle as there was a very little issue, and they sended me to mapusa which is 25 KMS far from taliegao, so I request you to look behind this.

                      I have given my vespa scooter for 1st service at sivaji vehicles trivandrum at 9.00 hrs on 8 dec 2021 friday. My vehicle was taken at second in the list of vehicles for that day. They told me the vehicle will be delivered at 5.30 evening. When I reached service centre they told me that washing Is not over. Then i asked him why don't you inform me. I left the vehicle and said inform me when you finish washing. On Saturday they again rang up and said that washing could not be completed on that day also. Today is monday and they didn't call me
                      I wonder how many days will take to wash a vehicle. Since they are the only dealer of vespa in trivandrum they are simply harassing people. Vespa is very good vehicle but service of sivaji vehicles is horrible. They are very reluctant to attend phone calls. Let me see how many days it will take to complete the first service of my vehicle. If I m not getting my vehicle back within two days I have to approach consumer forum

                          Our vehicle hande rear dome had crack and we have complained that during the 1st service itself but the service personals are postponing the replacement every time .
                          Which haven't replaced yet. But it's feels so bad when such a reputed company like yours maintaining and providing such a worse service than any.

                            Bought Vespa Zx125 on 25th June. On the same day while taking it home, scooty stopped thrice by its own. The mechanic came twice but for the third time i had to push my new Vespa till my. I had to request them to take my scooty.
                            It was a very bad experience.

                            AUTO CONCEPT RANCHI dose'nt have good service. I went for my first servicing n they just poured water n gave me back.

                            I went for my number plate. They kept denying n postponing dates saying maam please come tomorrow. I went thrice then I got the number plate(after 2 months)

                            2nd servicing I went their at 10:30am n they said they will give my scooty back by 1pm n when I came back 12:30pm, i saw my scooty outside only by then they didn't even touched my scooty and when I complained about it they said that maam you'll get the scooty tomorrow i mean how was i supposed to get back home. After doing wrong the service manager n staff they still had the audacity to argue with me. It was another bad experience.

                            They gave me my RC after 5 months.

                            I went for my 3rd servicing yesterday. After receiving the scooty my scooty stopped again after 2 km. I called them n the mechanic came n started the scooty n went back. After that within 1km my scooty stopped again in the middle of the traffic. I had to push my scooty aside. I again called them n asked them to take the scooty back to service center.
                            Within 5 months I had so much problem because of them. It was not at all good experience.

                              its very horrible service from your end, one week above i complaint for my new purchase vespa urben club from Alway motors Cochin regards painting issue. Last Saturday I visited & spoke to the showroom . I got a reply that this is not a showroom mistake from Manufacturer. Vehicle price is 1.12 lk who give the proper answer and solution for this no one attending for this, i ask to i need a letter from showroom regarding the painting is damaged unfortunately i didn't get that letter due to service manager Arun ask to me this is not showroom mistake mistake from vespa don't give the letter for this arun get this information from area service manager Mr. Sreejith . How can trust vespa I am going to court for this issue and revert back my money for this cheating i get vehicle from this month 09

                                Good day.I purchased a Vespa SXL 125, white colour from Savirro motors, kovilambakkam, Chennai.I picked up the vehicle from the showroom on the 21st nov 2020.
                                Within a week of purchase I started seeing corrosion spots on some of the chrome coated parts such as the
                                1) Front bumper
                                2) Rear bumper with foot rest
                                3) kick start lever

                                I took vehicle for my first free service on 11th dec 2020.Reported the issues to the service manager.No steps were taken to resolve the issues.

                                  This is really pathetic. It's just two years and I am having lots of issues with my vehicle. On 19th of this month my Vespa vehicle stopped without any reason. I contacted the nearby dealer around 3pm and after many calls they came to check after 7Pm. After the check the mechanic informed me that the battery suddenly started to take high volt because of some issue with the regulator. This resulted in result caused damage to battery and digital meter (full damage) and I am not able to start the vehicle. From the service centre they have informed me that I need to pay around Rs.6500/- for my only two year vehicle to recover the damage.

                                  Is this the quality of the vehicle which you provide to the customer. I am a user of other brand vehicles also from the past 20years. But never faced any issue like this

                                  Am sending this mail due to my frustration, I was a hard core fan of Vespa Scooters, but now I understand Vespa is not a reliable scooter, I bought Vespa around two years back in the month of October and last day my scooter fell down, when I examined the reason, I was shocked to see the only two year old Vespa's side stand was completed wrapped buy rust. Due to the poor quality of the side stand offered by Vespa my vehicle is damaged. Moreover, two days ago I had given my vehicle to the authorized Vespa service station for the normal service and they didn't check the vehicle properly. My question is very simple, " why should I take my scooter to an authorized dealer for service" ?? and "Why did I pay for the service"??? for negligence from the dealer. I need complete replacement of the side stand and damage happens to the scooter due the damaged side stand.

                                  As I am a totally frustrated customer, I need the best from your end to satisfy me and I need a complete recovery of the vehicle with no cost from my side.

                                  Also would like to inform you that, when I visited the service centre, I found they are not following any mandatory conditions for the most reputed international two-wheeler vehicle. and also for your information the most wanted protocol for the Pandemic situation is not followed in the service center.

                                  I need a reply in personal for my queries as soon as possible.

                                      We purchased a vehicle from kings Auto showroom that's vespa . It's been a week and we still didn't receive any of the documents related to the vehicle. And while we are trying to contact them, there is no response from the guy of the showroom.

                                        Yesterday while traveling the back tire of my vespa came off in a national highway.its my lucky I was in low speed .if I was in high speed I can't even control the vehicle by applying the front brake .it's the clear quality issue from the side of their genuine parts.
