Vgn Builder — STP - Issue

My Name is Vinod i am staying in VGN Built House in Ayapakkam, VGN Platina. The builder Promised to provide STP plant as part of plan. As promised the builder provided the STP plan but was not a capable one. The STP build malfunctioned very early in about 2-3 months. Since this was not built as per the standards. We have complained this through association number of times but of no use and the hope of getting this rectified was gone in vain. I request you to take necessary action against this So called super builder VGN. They are not even responding to or questions or e mails. They are not visiting the site and still have not handed over the project to the association. This is complete cheating by the builder. This project should have completed and handed over to us 25 yrs before. But this was still not done.
