[Resolved] VGN Developers VGN Homes — 672 families cheated in vgn platina | |||
I am a flat owner in Platina and VGN's reply are completely wrong and they are continuing to cheat the flat buyers and public. Panchayat sent notice one month back and till now VGN is not coming forward with all the approval drawings for cross verification at site. As per approval there should be 5 feet gap around every building they constructed which means gap between two buildings should be 10 feet, but here in the site the maximum gap is only 3 feet between 2 buildings. VGN has utilized this space illegally and they constructed around 150, 000 sq.ft illegally. Every building has this setback deviation. Even a blind person can identitfy this deviation by simple measurement tape. As per approval every building should have septic tank. To build a septic tank it will cost around 2 lakhs. the project has 140 building that means it will cost around 2.8 crores to build septic tanks in all the buildings. But VGN has given a STP that costs around 30 Lakhs. Civil works for the same is covered in the construction cost. Also they have collected Rs.75, 000 towards STP/WTP from 672 owners totalling to 5.04 crores. But they spent 30 lakhs for STP and 20 Lakhs for WTP. They made a profit of 4.5 crores illegally by not building septic tank. If they had built septic tank as per approval they cannot collect any payment from customers since the civil works cost is covered in the construction cost. so VGN did not do any favour to us, infact they have cheated us by illegal STP construction and collecting extra payment from us towards that. There is no provision for disposing treated water and causing big problem for us. Septic tank would have avoided this problem. VGN to make more money they gave STP and not in good intention. Till now they have not produced approval copies for STP, WTP, Entrance Arch, Club House and commercial building. The letter is signed by a lower level person who is taking care of maintenance works like house keeping and cleaning here in Platina. if they have not done anything their MD Mr. Pratish should have signed the letter since the panchayat notice was issued to him. He is aware that details given in the letter are false and he does not want to get involved and he can always claim innocence if the issue gets bigger that he is not aware of this letter sent by his staff. VGN is caught red handed and they cannot dodge us and the authorities for long and they are creating more evidences against themselves. As per CrPC case can be filed against them for Criminal Breach of Trust, Cheating and Forgery against VGN and their Promoters. Association us exploring this option seriously since they not feeling guilty for what they have done to us. Their own staff at site are saying that there are lot of deviations in the project and they have been instructed by HO not open their mouth. Was this information helpful? | |||

Can't understand why almost all the builders behaving like this. God should save buyers from these kind of cheaters. They take our money and treating us very badly. They dont have heart. They simply cheating every buyer. I dont know what this RERA or CREDAI doing, why cant they black list these kind of builders and issue public notice for awareness? .

We would like to reconfirm that the entire layout has been approved by CMDA. All the 672 apartments have been approved by the local body and CMDA. The 672 families and 3000 people living there are a living testimony to this fact.
