Dear sir,

We made the booking for vgn, fairmont, guindy (Flat no:b1-7e) on nov 2018 and applied for the home loan at state bank of india. The loan was not getting clear and we came to know about the court case and ed issue. It was a huge risk and we discussed this with mariyam. She assured complete refund as it was the case of ed. We canceled our booking on 2nd feb 2019.

We have been waiting for our refund for a long time, 7 months. We have sent multiple emails & have been meeting them pretty frequently. We have not got any proper response. They insist on buying another property from vgn which is impossible for us. We have purchased another apartment and there are many other responsibilities. We are salaried people and now we can't afford to buy anything more. It's not right on your part to hold our money for so long.

It's an extremely annoying and unpleasant experience with vgn. Please look into this matter and help us in getting our refund.

Vgn is actually a secure place to live and i accept all these facts. And, the spaciousness, ventilation, everything is too good at vgn. Car parking area and children play area are superb. But yesterday, i ordered a product online, securities are checking them for a long time, and i feel very much irritated towards this activity. Vgn please rectify this issue.

I booked a flat vgn-royale and paid in advance rs20000 after one month i cancelled the booking due to my personal problem and the same was explained with manager so they committed to return the full amount without any penalty after listening to my story and more than 5 month iam following with vgn but not responded, and today i received mail from vgn full amount was deducted for cancellation charges, i have not signed any agreement with the builder. I would like to know, if there is any way to get the amount???

Area-wise it is superb. And, vgn is the best place for happy living! I accept all these facts. The amenities, ventilation, spaciousness and throughout every single aspect of vgn is adorable and comfortable for a happy stay. But why there is always a signal issue. My mobile is not at all having a proper signal throughout, it is a major drawback, please vgn take some steps to resolve this issue immediately.

I am staying in vgn stafford, thirumalaivasn nagar, p1-207. The flush water is not coming from last two days. Please send plumber to solve this issue by tomorrow before 11 am. Its very difficult to flushing water. Due to this every time is creating problem. Other bathroom its coming. But the bathroom connecting to room is creating problem. Please do the needful.

We have completed 2 years as a VGN customer... On the construction side theres no issue. They have gave us a decent home for the price. But their other services (amenities) should and have to be improved. Its outdated. seeing other properties they have updated their residents amenities.. as we have children and women it would be great for them to enjoy new things. and the amenties now are poorly maintained I hope they soon find our calling and make a step on it. The problem remains unresolved despite several reminders.….

Good place for happy living is none other than VGN. I accept this, because, there are many good amenities, the location benefits are appreciable and it is a safe place to reside. But I don't know why tower problem is maximum in this area. I am really fed up because of this, I convey this to VGN for immediate actions, please do the needful VGN team.

I have booked a flat in vgn temple town project 4 years back.
At the time of booking, they promised that handover will be in apr 2017 but the projects is just intimated in mar 2019 only. 55% of the payment in oct 2015.

I couldn't even think vgn has poor in commitments. I even recommended vgn builders to two of my friends and took them to visit the project. I feel back for doing so and i would suggest them not to go for this builder.

Really disappointed. I am even thinking whether i had made wrong choice in going for vgn.

Actually, i chose a flat at vgn. The flat was excellent, spacious and the amenities present was good and very useful for a comfortable stay, so i decided to book the flat with vgn. And, the cost was also budget-friendly. But once i approached them, i did not get any prompt replies initially and after that on further dealing they were really good. So i wish their team to be more responsive.

We are living comfortably and happily in vgn homes. Facilities and location are fantastic. Recently we fixed mineral water container in the kitchen and due to some mistake water starts leaking. I have informed maintenance department in our residential community to send the plumber but till now the plumber has not come. Please rectify this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

I want to share my rather painful experience with vgn. I booked a plot in vgn mayfield park more than 3 months back by paying 5% (~ rs. 2.75 lacs) in advance. At the time of advance itself, we clearly mentioned in writing that we agree to cancellation rules only upon successful legal verification of documents. It took vgn 3 months to even accept the fact they don't have some of the very critical documents and we did not want to proceed after...

VGN is super, all the facilities and the amenities are good. Construction is excellent, the residencies are spacious and ventilated, but one thing I feel that can be improvised is the availability of Guest house inside the community because at times we are experiencing more number of relatives visiting our home and we cannot accommodate, so if there is a guest house we'll book those and utilize them. Please take steps VGN.

To whoever it may concern,

I am a tenant in vgn southern avenue. My flat is c418.
The facility managers here, who are supposed to takecare of the welfare of the people, has disconnected the power in my flat c418 for over 48 hours for not paying eb bill. Mr. Ramsubbu and mr. Thirunavu karasu claims that it is not their responsibility to inform to us before disconnecting our power supply. We have not been informed about any pending payment, nor have we been informed about the fact that our power has been cut off.. It is only after night fall and after 8hours of powercut, when i realised that my flat has no power while all the flats does. When i enquired about the reasons mr. Ramsubbu claimed that they have no liability to inform to us about the issues. Mr. Thirunavu said that "i only talk to owners, and not tenants". We dont disagree to pay any pending bills, but it is their responsibility to tell us about all the outstanding dues prior to taking such callous steps. If you have such incapable managers who are more wrapped in their egos than being concerned about the welfare of the dwellers, then very soon you will have a huge mass o[censored]nsatisfied customers who wont have any faith to stay here in comfort and peace. The faith that we had on vgn association for so long will soon lose its meaning.. I hope you understand the situation and take some necessary steps to remove such incapable self-absorbed people from such positions of great responsibility. Thank you for all your supports over the years, we are pleased with all the facilities that vgn provides to us, but not with such incapable mangers that you employ..

I was told by vgn stafford that the generator will be fixed only if there are more than one families residing in a block. I then spoke to ms. Vijayalakshmi and she mentioned that there is no such thing and generators will have to be fixed no matter what.

However, there is still nothing done on block l. We are still experiencing power cuts and it is really inconvenient during this summer period. My family were the first to officially move into this block and we have been very patient with all the vgn representatives.

Kindly fix the generator asap.

My name is rajendran from vgn stafford (L-104). Yesterday, there were technicians from tata sky fixing a dish for a resident living in l-101. The technician from tata sky cut my cable connection to test another connection for the resident. I knew this as i went directly to them to ask if they had anything to do with it, in which the technician agreed it was him. The technician refused to reconnect my cable connection.

He also refused to give me his name and was very rude. As i called tata sky to file a complaint, they requested for his name. I went to vgn stafford's main gate security to ask for the visitor's registry, the security mentioned that they did not file the technicians name and told me to visit vgn stafford office.

I went to the office and they told me that they can't do anything as the technician's name was not registered by the security guards. The security system in vgn stafford is not up to standards and has caused me great inconvenience.

Who would take responsibility of this situation? How shall i resolve this issue?

I had a great experience with vgn team. They are very professional and i was never rushed at any point. The vgn team provided excellent advice and kept me informed every step of the way. Finally, we have purchased a home with the help of the vgn team and it is very near to my office even though to reach office on regular days takes so much time. It is a beautiful project at thiruverkadu with top class facilities.

I bought a new flat an vgn. They are construction wise perfect, communication very well and quality wise excellent. There is a good atmosphere. Infrastucture is very pleasing but one bad review was street dogs problem. Street dogs wandering our locality is annoying, that increased day by day in our locality. So we are feel inconvinient and can't moved on independent. Otherwise it is a very well construction.

After so much search, we thought it’s difficult to find out the right builders but my neighbours suggested us to meet the vgn builders.in our first meeting with the vgn team even we didn’t satisfied with the details of the project, we made our mind to visit the project first and then will decide. Vgn builders were very polite that we got impressed and finally purchased a flat.

It was a year ago, i purchased my new flat with vgn. The flat is built in the perfect location, it is near to the bus stop and many transport hubs, there are many schools and colleges nearby. Also, the amenities in our flat are good, it really makes our stay comfortable. The one main issue that i find here is the stagnant water, which starts growing during the rainy days, we cannot move out anywhere because of this, and during this time there are many mosquitoes also. So, if possible, vgn please take immediate actions to solve this problem.

I am a resident of vgn. A few months back, i bought my flat at vgn and moved into this happy atmosphere. The location benefits are extremely superb. Construction wise, i am very content. The design, the amenities, and the infrastructure details are very pleasing. One thing i find as a con is that the street dogs, that increased day by day in this locality. We cannot move out independently, can't allow our children for a walk or a ride, we are really afraid of those street dogs. So vgn please take immediate steps to avoid this problem.
