Vi — Accidentally recharged wrong number

Hello sir/mam,

I mistakenly recharged 449 plan for wrong Vi number ([protected]) instead of my Vi number([protected]) on 27-Jul-2021 through Phonepe recharge service.
After that recharge i try calling customer care
to get any means of help from them but they Didn't respond me properly.
So, I'm looking forward to receive help regarding this problem. Like refunding money or reversal recharge process.

I have attached the screenshot of the recharge details and provided Reference ID which given by your operator.
