Hi,
I am Facing Slow speed of internet in Vi network From long time Regarding this I have Raise so many Complaints but they close the Complaints Without any resolution They said that every time that it will Improve but its been more then 3 months there is no any improvement in speed .
in evening the speed is completely Zero or some time it works and gives speed of arround 0.25 to 0.35 KBPS speed .
I made recharge of 700 Rs and getting 4 gb per day but due to this speed i am not able to use hardly 1 gb of it and i need Net on daily basis for my Work i am get tired of raise complaints and talking to them for the same issue but they did not pay any attention .
indoor Speed is completely Zero and it is not stable sometime it gives 30-40 MBPS and sudden it goes to Zero and Net stop Working for 2-3 hrs Daily in between 7-12 PM .

Internet issues

I'm using idea network but it's internet service is totally unsatisfactory . It doesn't cross the speed 0.02kb/sec and sometimes it has no signals whole day and I've to exert the sim card and clean it.. and after all that it also has no change in its speed (0.02kb/sec) my whole data has wasted since 2019 ! You're just providing best data packages schemes but at least provide us a better internet network for using these schemes. Or we all have other options to export the Sim card into other cellular connections !

With heavy heart I've to inform that the condition of your internet service is very pathetic in my area. During daytime, the internet becomes so slow that even turtles can finish their race, but website won't load. I've complained numerous times in past few months, but the service doesn't seem to improve. Even a representative from the company visited my location to deal with the issue but couldn't resolve so far.br...

Postpaid Bill
I Purchased a sim card for vodafone Vi on 17 July 2021, the number got activated on 19 Jul 21,
I received a bill on 11 Aug 2021, stating that I had talked for 46 minutes on 51717 and they charged me Rs 600 for that
This kind of number doesnot exist when I tried calling it again.
Please take strict actions against this. I have proceeded to deactivate this postpaid number
These kind of things are being done and these companies have scopped so low just to extract money

Hello. [protected]Vi number . Owner gets expired on 17 March 2021. His mother was using that number till 7th July 2021. Deceased filed a divorce case in tis hazari court in 2018. His wife visit the Vi store changed the owner ship with deceased old address proof of aadhar card.deceased had changed his address on aadhar card. She said that lost the SIM u changed it to prepaid to postpaid . No FIR, NCR. Company done that without asking legal heirs. POA is different on deceased's death certificate

I took a vi postpaid sim and paid rs.200/- due to deposit money and continue it since last 1 year and I paid my bill within time with no bounce and when I feel postpaid connection is not required the went to my local vi store in habra(ADD- Vill Kamarthuba PO PS Habra Near Kalika Cinema hall Dist pin 743263 Habra West Bengal 743263 IN, West Bengal 743268) and said the same in 12 april 2021 and I paid 470.82 to clear all previous march bill on 10 apr 2021. I asked to the representative in VI store for refund my deposit money then they said that it will be adjust with my bill for using 12 days in april month. So that is why I give a written application and the sim is deactivated within 1 day. So I think everything is done because my 12 days bill amount is rs.172/- for the month of april willbe adjust with my deposit money of rs.200/-. Today VI collection team called me for paying the same amount when it showing suspended my number-[protected] in there system(reason-customer wants to discontinue).Matter is sim is discontinued from april but payment not adjusted .Plz look .

I mistakenly recharged 449 plan for wrong Vi number ([protected]) instead of my Vi number([protected]) on 27-Jul-2021 through Phonepe recharge service.
After that recharge i try calling customer care
to get any means of help from them but they Didn't respond me properly.
So, I'm looking forward to receive help regarding this problem. Like refunding money or reversal recharge process.br...

Yesterday, I recharged my vi number with a basic plan of ₹39 which gives ₹30 talktime and 100mb, money got deducted from my bank account, the recharge was shown successful, but still I am unable to make calls as it is constantly saying that MY OUTGOING CALLS HAVE BEEN EXPIRED.
Kindly solve the problem as soon as possible...

Too much Cross connection
Everytime I call The call gets cross connected, when someone calls me the phone is received by someone else somewhere. & This is happening very Frequently.

Data getting exhausted without using it.
I've a Vi aim and from past few days, when I turn on my mobile data in the morning, I receive a SMS that only 424 MB left and then after 1 min I receive another SMS stating only 24MB left and then again states that 9 MB left, without even using my data. I'm completely fed up of this. Please have a serious look into this matter.

Balance deducted by INR 50.

Balance deducted from my account for no reason.
Today, 7 rupees were deducted from my account for no reason. I didn't activate or used any service. I checked if VAS are on but they weren't.
I received a message saying :
Thank you for choosing to access to Games and videos. You have been charged Rs. 7.
But I haven't accessed Games or Videos. Neither do I want to access. I want my money back.

Slow internet speed as well as call unclearity

From last 2 year i am facing the problem of slow internet. Since last two weeks I'm complaining to service provider. They said my problem have been resolved by them but i doesn't feel so. Even now I'm facing similar problem of slow internet. There real Time network speed is always in kb and they advertised for fastest 4g. I'm tired of calling them again and again. Even after all that I'm still facing same issues. Many times i face call unclearity. Both sides is unable to communicate.even one time I'm unable to communicate with customers care people also.

Dear Team,
My name is Pankaj, I've ported my Airtel sim to in Vi and for new Sim activation of Vi get active for the same time. As per Sales guy commitment that sims will get active in 3 days. But the sims not fully active yet ( Not able to talk with anyone's Number. )
After 3 days Sales guy forwarded me, a Distributor Number and He's name was mentioned ( Ravi His Numer started from +919819...15 ) I called multiples Times for the same issue But there was no any response.
I May believe that Vi is Good and well
Reputed company in the world but due such services and cheap sales and distributors they all spoiling there brands and customers satisfactions. This is reasons that Vi can changing there strategy or Investing lots of money on such type of Management to prevent losses of Vi and users. ( May I consider this to ecosystem?)
As per our suggestions kindly take action on such type of Management in Mumbai Ghatkopar west, Asalfa Metro Station, Sakinaka, Andheri ).

Caller Tune activation without Consent
My mobile no [protected] is activated with caller tune without any consent from me and every month I am facing this issue on monthly basis and deducted Rs. 30 each time. I have made several calls to customer care..
but no outcome.
Now I have deactivated the caller tune from my end and the money to be refunded back and henceforth such activation of caller tune shouldn't take place without the consent of customer.
Really a very pathetic service from VI.
