With heavy heart I've to inform that the condition of your internet service is very pathetic in my area. During daytime, the internet becomes so slow that even turtles can finish their race, but website won't load. I've complained numerous times in past few months, but the service doesn't seem to improve. Even a representative from the company visited my location to deal with the issue but couldn't resolve so far.
Also, I've noticed that the 4G connection changes to Edge every now and then through out the day. There is heavy ping losses and unstable bandwidth. Because of this, my meetings/interviews gets interrupted; any kind of online tests gets auto submitted and what not. With any other connection sim card on my phone, I've not noticed this problem of frequent conversion from 4G to 2G.
So it's time I believe I should seek a reliable connection with another provider so as to avoid any further losses. Before that, just wanted to bring your notice to the disappointment of one of your very old customer; that's why writing.
