Vi — Not receiving message on vi sim

I am complaint last week against the problem of message is not coming through my vi no. its token id is[protected] and[protected]. But, still no action can take regarding it. I didn't received my messages regarding my exam & result, otp etc. my no is connected from my bank account. even i can't check my status of complaint because it required otp for it. kindly do the necessary regarding it.
