Vi — Poor connectivity

I recently switched to vodafone (Jan 2023), and to this day I experience poor connectivity. Upload download speed, 4g availability, call quality everything is pathetic. I have also paid for a whole year, so can't switch to another network. I also contacted customer care, raised complaints several times, but avail no improvement. This is my last resort. Please help.
