[Resolved]  Vi — Postpaid Mobile bill post porting out

I have ported out from Vi to Jio. As required, I did pay full amount to enable the porting. I have not received the bill yet. When I try to download the bill from Vi website or Vi App, the moment I enter the mobile number it says the number does not belong to Vi and I am unable to download the bill. Need help in getting the last bill which I paid before porting out. Thanks
