I have recharged my dad's number on 18th of auguest from my VI that recharge was unsuccessfull so i waited for 2hours and called on VI customer care they said you will get your refund in 7 working days and then again i recharged my dad's number with his own VI app now they asked for so many bank statement phonepe proof i gave them all still they are asking for morw proofs i provided them all but still till now i am waiting for my money to come back in my account but didnot get it.
