Vi — Sim not activated even after giving right address from last 3days

I convert my idea prepaid to postpaid.but card deactivated by giving reason of address varification. I am Taking follow up from last 3 days but no one resolve my issues. This is a worst experience. I am a employee & not able to communicate due to it. VI is not trust worthy now.
