I have active plans on my number and I also have the main balance in SIM but still, I am not able to send the message. I called Vi customer care but they are asking me to recharge with another plan.
If I do have the main Talktime (Other than the active plan) why do I need to recharge to send an SMS? Was this information helpful? |
