Hello, I have been using Vi since long but it has lately started deducting my account balance in the name of VAS services which have never been requested or used by me. First time after complaint they returned my money but since then they have been regularly charging me unnecessarily and I am fed of calling and requesting them again and again to return my hard earned money.
