[Resolved] Via.com / Flightraja Travels — refund of flight cancelled by airlines due to covid | |||
I have been trying to reach via.com since the past month to process the refund for my lflight booked through via. I have been trying to call them every day for almost an hour but there is no response. I have been dropping them an email every day. There is no response. Where is my hard earned money? I have already contacted indigo and they have refunded the amount on 16th august. I have not received any such communication from via. If i try to cancel my tickets on the via website, i am being blocked from proceeding there also I have to reuse my credit shell to book other flights, but am unable to do so.
