[Resolved]  Via.com / Flightraja Travels — Refund of flight tickets

My experience with via.com has been horrible. I booked tickets for my father on via.com website which was a biggest mistake. Firstly my total amount of Rs. 4538/- got deducted immediately but I did not receive any email confirming the booking. I called their customer care and emailed many times but no response at all for 4 days. I somehow got in touch with Star air and because of them I spoke to Touheed Nazim from via.com. He said that if the booking is not done, the amount would get refunded. Imagine the audacity. I'm here waiting for the booking confirmation and been in so much stress for the past 4 days and he says that it's no big deal. I told him to just cancel the tickets Because I did not want any more stress. He cancelled them immediately and said that I would get a refund within 2-7 days. But I did not receive any email confirming the same. Now I called him many times and emailed him and others working in via. He is not responding nor anyone from via has been helping me. This has caused me much anxiety and stress. I would go legal for your incompetence and irresponsible staff who have no courtesy to even respond to any email or my hundred calls.

I need full refund for the booking I made and also I would claim compensation for the distress caused.
