Airlines has refunded the complete amount of Rs 10872 as i cancelled the flight and I have confirmation email from airlines. I made a payment of Rs 10872 and whole money should be returned.
I did mail several times they stopped responding the call, and yesterday executive says you shouldn't call us we can't resolve these kind of issues, mail us. And This is a scam and must be brought to everyone attenty.

Please log a complaint against them I don't want other to suffer in similar way. these issues must be addressed these agents are earning in crores by such scam.

Airlines has refunded the complete amount of 6052 as their flight was cancelled due to operational issues. I made a payment of 5290 and whole money should be returned.This is cheating by VIA and it is deducting additional 1400+800 ( convinience fees) and has initiated a refund of 3890. Via not refunding the entire amount as they received 6052 from gofirst airlines.This is a scam and must be brought to everyone attenty.

I had booked flight ticket from MAA to KUL. Amount has been deducted from my account but didn't get any confirmation and ticket too.

I have been contacting via.com since last two days for refund of my entire amount but they are not refunding. Airlines have transferred the money to via.com immediately . I have been continuously contacting via.com through IVR but calls are dropping and if get connected they are just saying that they have refunded my payment. There is no proper customer care, executives are shouting on customers. As per rule they have right to keep 1200 Rupees cancellation fees but they deducted RS. 3600 ruppees from my payment when I asked why hold my Rs.2400 extra but they don't have proper explanations. Till date I haven't got any refund from this firm. I think this firm is having malicious intentions. Please take some action against the firm. My booking id : FMNLA3JUFYY1X.

I have booked a flight ticket in via.com and my booking details FMNLA3JN82PT2. I booked a ticket on 2nd OCT 2021 for 30th NOV 2021 date of travel FROM PUNE to Cochin. I and i have cancelled the ticket on 4th OCT 2021 due to change in program and book the ticket again on 04th oct 2021 for date 27th NOV 2021 ticket no FMNAA3JP6Q136.But i have not got the refund amount of 30th nov cancellation amount of 11913/- i have tried to call the customer care but not attaending my call nor no message or chat available.
KINDLY HELP ME as i ugently required of full amount. IF i dont recive the full amount we need to take action against th VIA .COM and team.

Plz help me to get the refund. Customer care executive not attanding my call.

I have booked Chennai to Mumbai flight for 15th September 2021 in Spicejet through Via.com.

Flight was cancelled by Spicejet due to operational issues. They refunded full amount to agent Via.com on 25th September.

I had been following up with Via.com. They neither confirmed when they will refund my amount back and nor what will be the refund amount.

This is really frustrating, because the flight was cancelled by airline and I'm not provided clarity when I will be refunded.

Money has been deducted from the account, but ticket status is showing 'Not confirmed' and the PNR number is not generating.
Tried to contact with the customer care but there is no response.

The total booking amount is Rs. 6, 426 for the flight booking which they cancelled from their end.
So far only 1 mail that said refund processed but till now, DID NOT GET ANY REFUND WHATSOEVER.

Please give my money back and refund the amount

I booked SpiceJet flight from Dehradun to Goa on 2nd Sept for the travel date 11th October 2021 with price of 11, 302 through Via.com. After some days SpiceJet changed the flight timings and the layover on Delhi airport got 15hrs which is not feasible for any traveler. Hence I cancelled the flight as SpiceJet was providing full refund within 15days as they change the flight timings from their end. After 1 week I dropped a mail to SpiceJet and they said the refund has been provided to the travel agency account(Via.com). Now Via.com customer support is not replying my mails and calls. I wrote 5 mails and none of them were replied. I want to get my hard earned money back. Please help

I have not received PNR after 6 days of booking confirmation on 9th September 2021.

On 14th September 2021 I booked a flight ticket from Indore to Bangalore by IndiGo flight 6E-6658on to travel on 17th September through the via.com website.

Full payment of Rs 5897/- is paid through credit card. The website provided the Booking ID FMNAA3J7U2V7H and notified to wait for 5 to 10 minutes for ticket confirmation from Airline.

It is now more than 12 hours since the flight ticket is not confirmed. Tried to call the customer care number [protected] as provided on the via.com website but the line is continuously busy. Sent an email also but no response yet. Meanwhile, the fare of the flight of that particular date is increasing and I am still waiting for the response from via.com.

Seems the website via.com is a fraud, which collects money for booking and does not book the ticket on time, resulting in a lot of trouble to the travelers and an increase in cost due to delay in booking.

Via.com is also very irresponsible to provide any support to customers after booking and there is no information or any assistance for the delay in booking.

I want my booking for the 17th September on the same flight should be confirmed at the earliest.

The online booking was done on 12th sept 2021. but it has been more than 48 hrs still PNR isn't generated for the booking inspite of complete payment. The worst part is no one is reachable at via.com either on the customer care number. we have been trying consistently for last

Rs. 823 refund was promised after the cancellation,
but nothing till now

I booked a flight from Delhi to Port Blair with the booking ID FMNAA3J5AJL70. Status is showing as In_progress. PNR number is still not generated. Please assist me regarding this issue.

My self Jyoti Ashade I booked tickets for 25 sept i cancelled that buts still i did not received refund for same. Whenever i call Viacom they say they did not receive refund form Airline and it will take 30-60 days. Now they saying refund you will get in 22-25 working days and we have emailed you. But no such email has come from them and the customer care is really pathetic they do no the information at all . Kindly help me to get my refund ASAP.
