Refund is not generated till now, and status for refund says "no refund information found".

    Hi I've booked airline tickets and raised cancellation on 28th Aug 2021 with reference number FMNAA3IP2QUWX.
    Out of refund amount Rs. 31900 I'm refunded with only 3555 amount.
    This is fraud. I've spent total 59000/- for flight ticket and after cancellation refund amount was Rs. 31900/-.
    Please help me to ger my valuable amount refunded ASAP.

      I booked a flight ticket in via.com and my booking PNR NO is P5HZHF. I flight no G8-386 for dated 25th June 2021. I got a message from airlines that flight has got cancelled due to technical issue on 24th June 2021 therefore I rescheduled for 27th June 2021.However, This flight again cancelled and airlines has sent confirmation of refund of amount to via.com. Till now i did not get refund. Airlines is telling tat they gave refund to via.com. Via.com is not responding neither on mail and nor even on call. their customer care call is long waiting then this automatically get disconnected. I tried to dial 3 to 4 times on[protected] but did not get any success. sent 2 mail reminders but did not given any response. Plz help me to get the refund. Customer care executive did not give a proper reply.

          FMNPH00RHE4V9X my booking hotel number, i went to the hotel and ask but the hotel declare that they did not get any amount from ours booking since my 2 clients did not fly success fully to phillipine because of the lock down on last march...until today via always told us that we need to wait 6 months?what the hell?the hotel didnt get any amount from the transaction and u told us need to wait 6 months?have mercy pls to innocent people...u getting and scamming innocent money for ur own happiness?

              1. Even though Goair stopped a flight from Delhi to Kolkatta sector and paid all the flight money to via.com ( the travel agent) for flight cancellation.
              2.It’s been 4 months of following up, Via has not returned that amount to us.
              3. Please find attached details of Goair refund of the flight tickets on 14 Jan.

              Request you to please consider my complaint.

                Until now i didnt receive my refund the cancelation is already made on march u.went to hotel but they said that they didnt even get single money from our booking...

                  I have received a mail from Spicejet that they had initiated my refund for flight cancellation.

                      Due to lockdown, my tickets got cancelled and the amount is on their credit shell.

                      For the last 4 months, I am taking follow ups from VIA.COM for my refund they are not supportive at all. In the email, they told me that they will take follow-ups from SPICE jet for the amount but after 10 days when I asked them status, they said like you only have to ask the spice jet team.

                      They have credited the amount to VIA.COm but they never updated me on this, today I got confirmation from spice jet that they have refunded the amount to VIA.com on 16 April 2021

                      After my enquiry they told me yes we have received it just now and we will take 15-20 days to refund back.

                        My Finnair flight was cancelled in September 2020 and I've been chasing VIA.com for a refund, constant emails to their Singapore office without any avail. They claimed that it is still processing but it has been more than 6 months since my cancelled flight! Their template answers are pissing me off!

                          I had booked flight for travel from Bangalore to Bidar for travel on April 26 2020.However due to Corona lockdown last year all flights were cancelled.I asked the booking website via.com to refund my money, at which point they said since flight was cancelled refund was not possible but booking for another flight was possible later.They then asked me to contact flight operator truejet for full refund.one year later no govt has asked all flight operators to refund the fare fir flight booked during covid19 lockdown period.I contacted truejet for full refund and they have told me that they have refunded my fare as on April 9 2021.After this I contacted via.com, but I have not even received a reply from them.even after mailing them multiple times.This is fraud bieng done by via.com.I want a full refund as soon as possible.Do not use thier site for booking any tickets.

                              Sir/Madam,
                              I had booked my flight on 10th may 2020 but due go all pandemic situations all flights are suspended.
                              Then i am requesting you to plzz refund my amount which i had given to your travel agency.
                              And today i talk to spicejet customer care they had initiated my money to your travel agency. I am requesting you to please refund my whole amount.
                              When i checked my refunding status it shows that it available in form of creadtshell.
                              But we don't want any type of credit shell i am requesting you to please refund my money back in same mode.

                                I have been contacting via.com since 4 months to refund my amount but they are not refunding airlines have transferred the money to via.com long back on basis of medical emergency. My mother is undergoing medical treatment and I need money for that very urgently I am continuously contacting via.com through mails on via care but they are just saying that they forwarded the payment to account department but still I have not received it’s been 3 weeks now they are giving same reply. There is no customer care also I requested them a lot begged in front of them on mails but still same reply you will get money in 7, 5 working days till the date they have not transferred the money neither they are showing any proof of it.                                   I had boiked a flight on 12th March through via.com, it got canceled on 1th March. I gave a call on the same day to Via spoke to Ashutosh, who said he is raising the refund request. I did not get a refund till today. Gave a call again today spoke to Adarsh who sd that they did not get the refund from the airlines so they cannot give a refund to me. Asked him to esc he gave his colleagues email id atiqur.[protected]@via.com for writing a complaint email, he also promised for a call back from Manager in 1 hour, it 8s more than 2 hours now. No call so far.
