[Resolved] Via.com / Flightraja Travels — Tickets refund

I had booked tickets by Via. Com for the PNR no. FFFWQF... Indigo PNR no. NQCD7B...lndigo PNR no. T5E8VV...Goair. Due flight cancelled we unable to travel in the month of March 2020. I raised my compliant to the airline, but the airline inform that they transferred the amount to the via.com agents. But the via.com is not responding regarding the issue and they careless the customers. Even not lifting the phone calls and responding email.
