[Resolved] Via.com — Ticket booking from credit shell | |||||
We have booked our round trip ticket from Chennai to Delhi on Jan 20 and the amount has been kept in credit shell for future booking which is applicable for a year due to nation wide lockdown. Now we have to book the tickets from Chennai to Delhi on 25th however there is no option in via.com app showing to enter the PNR/booking reference number to book the tickets to redeem the credit shell. PNR/Booking reference Number UMJRFA QCFJSB We also tried contacting the customer care multiple times, however it was not reachable Several emails has been sent to [protected]@via.com however no response received yet. Email ID from which tickets were booked- [protected]@yahoo.co.in roopa.[protected]@gmail.com Almost 30K amount is stucked and none of them were ready to give the customer resolution, cheaters @Via.com Resolution - We want to book the tickets for 25th Dec-20 or the amount needs to be refunded from via.com Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Mar 23, 2021 Via.com / Flightraja Travels Customer Care's response As the credit shell amount is utilized for the booking hence no refund for the same.

At that time we did not know that COVID lockdown will happen.
Now they don't want to refund, so we are trying to book travel as per their imposed conditions, but still the credit shell is not available to complete the booking process.
I hope for a quick resolution before airfares go up.
