Had booked my tickets on via.com on 31dec17 and carrier was air canada. Name of the traveller: sanjay kumar pandey Booking reference number: fmnaf2jko4cch E-ticket number:[protected] Travel date: 03mar18 Travelling from chicago (Ord) to new delhi (T-3) via toronto canada The website provided tickets for returning from chicago to new delhi via canada (Toronto). However, the website did not provide any information about transit visa requirement for passing through canada. No such information was provided both on the website or on ticket provided. Owing to above, i could not travel via the ticket issued. Very unprofessional support team at via.com did not even help in guiding. They washed off their hands saying that they have no idea. They did not help with cancellation and refund. It was very stressful last 18 hours. Finally had to book a new ticket in air india on emergency basis and hence hiked up fares Website must compensate for the harassment done and strict disciplinary action is requested on the website so that no other passenger gets harassed the same way.
