I purchased tree canvas painting frame from Vibecraft (Order: ODVC[protected]) few days back. Upon receipt I expressed my dissatisfaction about the product quality on the same day through to their official mail. They acknowledged the complaint and asked to share the images. I shared the images. They agreed to arrange the return pick up. Even after 1 month now, the return pick up has not been arranged. I kept asking them over the whatsapp chat and through emails. They only give automated replies. No action is taken to arrange the return pick up. The product is lying with us since more than 1 month now. Very pathetic service. Was this information helpful? |
