Vibecrafts — Order ID : ODVC[protected] - Broken product received; No refund even after 3+ months

I have recieved a faulty product 3 months ago; since then i have been writing emails to vibecrafts support email id and whatsapp number. I keep getting standard answer but no one has bothered to call me up even once. I have sent all details - photos and videos of broken furniture i have recieved. I have asked for cancellation and refund. Nothing has been done so far.

I have lost faith in them after trying for 3+ months. They are genuinely fraud company. I advise others to NOT buy any thing from them. I have lost Rs5000/- in the process.
