This order was placed on 26/07 and this order was expected to be delivered at my address in 5-7 days. Now the company is not responding / picking calls or responding on messages. They are neither refunding the money nor delivering the order. This company is a total fraud and they are only looting people. There is no information on escalation...

I have ordered a console table from Vibe craft, they have sent defective product and now no one is responding of mail.

Horrible customer service…. Pls don’t buy from them, they trap the customer by sending damaged products and then they don’t respond on mails. You can’t even talk to them as they don’t have any helpline number.

On 4th of June' 24, I placed an order for Canvas painting with Order Number ODVC[protected]. We received the order on Jun 10th and figured that we received a defective product as the frame was misaligned. On 11th June' 24, I raised the concern and post receiving their response sent the requested photos for verification and QC on 14th June' 24. On 19th June, 24 I get a confirmation from the team that they are arranging for reverse pick up but till date I have failed to hear back from them on a confirmed date of pick up. They have been sending repetitive emails stating " Reverse pickup request is canceled due to some issue, either at your Location/Area/City/Pincode. However, we are going to arrange the reverse pickup again for your order and will make additional attempts. Please wait, as it will be picked up from your location soon".
They have also been pushing us to acknowledge two clauses such as
1) .If the product is not found in its original condition, your return request will be rejected, and the product will be shipped back to you. (Shipping costs will be borne by the customer).
2)Any damage to the product during the re-shipment process is the customer's responsibility
The above was not mentioned explicitly in their policy terms and conditions hence this is not justified that customer bears any transit damage since reverse pick up will arranged by company.
I have been sharing pictures of damaged as well as pictures of packaged product which I have packed and retained the original packaging. All I am looking for is a refund now because I have lost faith that they will share good quality replacement and would not like to go ahead with this terrible experience again of bad after sales service.

I have bought a running hors painting but due to its large size I had placed return request of this product but yet they have not arranged it's pick up. Even they are deducting 20% of my order price in case of refund.

Ordered product in month of Jan mid, they sent broken wall clock, after putting request for return till date 19 Feb 2024 no action positive from VibeCrafts. multiple followup messages and mails no resolution yet nor sending money from last 1 and half month. Fraud company

I ordered Table lamp from VibeCrafts (online) on 6 Jan 24 for 3499 Rs. Order received on 12 Jan 24. Bit product finishing and quality was not good, so on the same day I wrote email and also messaged on watsapp number for pick up and refund or replacement.
Once, call cam from their customer care and the lady said she will arrange pick up. Till date (9 Feb 24) pick up has not arrived and no one is responding to mails sent to their support team for refund.
I want them to take back the product and refund my money.

I ordered nested center table with metal legs and marble top from Vibecrafts (online) by paying 18, 619.05 Rs.
Received the product with marble top broken in to 2 pieces. Raised request on the same day for return. Also followed up on watsapp many time. on 19 Jan 24 they said they will provide replacement of broken marble top. I received replacement on 4 Feb 24 and that marble piece is also broken in to 2 pieces.
I tried many times by sending mails and watsapp messages in these days but no asnwer.

We Placed an order on www.Vibecrafts.com with Order ID ODVC24295347 in End of November and got delivered in 3rd of December but due to some reason we didn't like and wanted to return but Since then till now we've done so many follow ups but this company hasn't picked the order yet and every time they give some excuse of courier pick up which is not valid because during delivery Courier service was very smooth. their Whatsapp number is not helpful as they keep repeating the same excuse and email support is very slow. unfortunately there is no direct number to call them and resolve so I came here to see if this portal can help

I have been following up with Vibecrafts team for return/refund of order id ODVC24297192 but all the time Vibecrafts team is responding saying that they are looking into it.

Customer support is a joke for these people, please help with this matter

"I have ordered a painting from Vibecrafts and delivered it on 27 Oct. 23. The painting is actually broken. Please return the painting and refund the amount paid." This mail actually written on 28th Oct. 23 and many times reminded but Vibe Crafts did not responded. They are not bothered about customer grievances. Please make them responsive to customer complaint.

I am waiting for return for my order Id ODVC24278207 Amount rs 9280/- since last two months. In beginning customer care representative told me that pickup will be done in 7 days . And that 7 days never comes. 4 emails received from Vibe craft but item is still waiting for pickup...

Vibecrafts have no call back number or proper company address to reach them, they mailed me that my issue is escalated on their top priority but till now no response or update about my refund
This type of scam company should be stop they are cheating customers by showing beautiful pictures and scamming others hard earn money

I have placed online order to Vibe Craft portal for the three paintings. My order number is ODVC24284127 which is in the name of Mr. Nilesh Trivedi. Frame was broken and damaged of the painting. After sending so many mails to [protected]@vibecrafts.com there is no response from them.

It's really pathetic after making payment customers have to take so much follow up for the refund. I think its fraud company.

I had ordered a painting from this website, on the website the painting looks all shiny and nice however when it got delivered it looks extremely dull and is out of proportion for the space I got it for hence I read their return policy and followed the procedure to write an email. I wrote the email on Saturday 6:00 pm till now there has been no response from Vibecrafts. I have sent several chats on whatsapp as well as email top ups even contacted them on facebook but they are not bothered. I feel the returns and refund on their site is just a hoax and a way of phishing customers. I would want to suggest users not to go ahead with vibecrafts products, even if they are to procure them from 3rd party sites like amazon, definitely not their site as they are complete hoax, they will sell the product but not do returns.

I had received a wall clock from them on 4 Feb 2023, the product was defected and I raised a return request on 5 Feb 2023 itself with photos and video as mentioned on their site. I have been following up with them since for return pick up and refund since four months today and they have failed miserably since 4 months.

They are neither picking up the return product nor processing my refund. Useless calling their customer care number, watsapp complain interaction and sending mails as well.

This is definitely a fraud company fo not buy from them.

I'm tired of following up with the team of Vibecrafts.com from where I made a purchase of a scenery worth rs. 3200/-. They are not giving me any resolution, response doesn't come on time. It's been more than a week that they are not giving any clarity about the replacement pick up etc.

I'm tired as a customer because of their worst after sales service. I want a solution please.

I ordered a canvas painting on 21.11.2022 with order number ODVC24232521 and it was delivered on 2.11.2022 after 12 days and let me tell you guys it was not canvas at all. Very poor digital print with white marks here and there and bit torn at one of the corners. I dropped an email for exchange and WhatsApp too but they did not reply. I even tweet but no response. Now i feel like they looted my Rs. 3000 for a garbage ###.
Guys it is my humble request please save your money and never buy anything from Vibecrafts.com. It's a group of 2 to 3 people who are looting people money in name of Canvas painting. Shame on you vibercrafts. You are pathetic.

They delivered a dirty painting in instruction they have written to wipe of any dirt with wet cloth or soft cloth when i did the same color came off from the painting, now the main problem with these guys is they have on of the pathetic customer care the VRS does not connect you with a representative no matter how many time you call it will always come buys and the call will end, they don't revert you back on email same with their WhatsApp...
