Vibecrafts — NO return

I am waiting for return for my order Id ODVC[protected] Amount rs 18399/- since lastone months. In beginning customer care representative told me that pickup will be done soon, . And that soon never comes since last 15 days never call back to me. first response emails received from Vibe craft on 21st June 2024 but item is still waiting for pickup.
I express my disappointment with Vibecrafts poor responses.
