On 31st july 2016 i got a call from vibes gachibowli stating that i have been selected for free consultation and am eligible for 50% discount on any of their services. I was asked to come down for consultation if possible. I went down to their clinic to know about it. On going there itself i had informed that i didnt know anything about their clinic and am depending on the information they give me. Insted of telling about their services and explaining their policies they asked me to take up weight gain and laser. However i was unwilling to take up any of it and asked for tan peeling insted. They explained me the treatment proceedure and then manipulated me to get spot registration done. At first as soon as i opend my wallet and gave my card they got ready to swipe rs.10000. When i said it had only rs.8000 they were ready to swipe that amount and when i said i cannot pay 8000 altogether they came down to 5000 and finally when i said that i needed to talk to my parents and friends before taking up the treatment they said atleast pay rs. 3000 to block the offer and take atleast 2 sittings if i didnt want to go through the whole treatment.
Please make a note that through out this process there was no mention about their policies anywhere.
They have not even given any gaurentee of the results
They have never ever made me sign any kind of form. Usually any dermatalogist or cosmetologist should take an informed consent of the client, in which he should mention all the details of the treatment and the payment for the same and also the policies of the organisation
Since the payment was by card all i have is the customer's copy and some kind of card. They didnt even give the bill.
And the most of all they neither told me about their non-refund policy while i was giving the money to just "block the offer". Nor did they give the time to make a decision.
Had they told me that they wouldnt refund the money i wouldnt have paid that day.
Please bear in mind that you are liable to be sued under consumer protection act and i can sue you for the same because i have enoung evidence on the same issue. You have played a similar trick with other people as well. They are all in my network and contact.

Respected Sir,

I had personal visited your and requested to take necessary action on above cited subject and refused to make full payment.

Hence Vibes healthcare Ltd, jayanagar, Bangalore had not given any service and refused to make my payment back due to medical background mentioned in previous email. Thus Vibes healthcare had cheated and made me great damage, loss.

Hence please pass benchmark order and protect the consumer welfare as never collect any advance payment without any service provided issuesing any bill ?
1.Please tell me, where consumer need to go and challenge it ?
2. This type of fraud need to stop ? This will create mental tension to any customer and what is utility to comman man ?
3. I had followed up for last 4.5 - 5 months with Vibes healthcare Ltd. Corporate office, but no use and attached email ?
4. Arti Kohli is not clear about her statement stated as once stated service tax will be less and after my complaint how you can collect service tax as no service rendered to me ? Later informed 10 Percentage as administrative charge etc ?
5. They render laser treatment with any Doctor and kindly verify that smt. Chetali have done MBBS. As she told me myself is Doctor ?
6. Please verify clearly before booking hair transplantation need to verify all their precheck with their experts ? This was done by smt. Chetali and when Doctor rejected due to medical background, what is my mistake here !
7. All the mistake need to punishable to Vibes healthcare Ltd. As Vibes healthcare running business since long time need to check before booking ?
8. As per consumer rights need to provide rate display and rates must be controlled by regulating authority as comman across Bangalore and avoid exploiting comman man?
9. When Doctor Chetali got updated from CI hair studio as not possible to undergo hair transplantation immediately Vibes healthcare Ltd, jayanagar need to settlement with out any delay my payment ? What service provided to customer ? Why you are holding my payment ?
10. Consumer rights must be reserved from cheating common man ?
11. Vibes healthcare is not controlled by KPME Act and not registered under ?
12. Who is authorised to provide lawful order ? This must be never happen again in future days and to expose to media like Tv9, Suvrna TV, newspaper etc.

I have already registered under consumer Helpline docket number 85053 and their gudiance is followed. Please provide valuable order need to be benchmark & remarkable to protection the consumer rights.
I went to vibes southern avenue kolkata on 21st Oct for my hairspa and facial..the person deepa done facial and was successful in washing my brain.and I agree to pay 17k for my advanced 3 sittings of hair removal ..My concern is that I agreed cos they mention that once I wil tk the treatment thn nly I nd to pay emis...and.aftr 1 mnth I m getting to know that my emiwill be deducted from 5th dec..Bdw between these days I didn't got any messages about deduction of emi..Though I didn't took the services from then I need to pay emi n need to take the services from them...I had a conversation with 'll of them, , no solution..I just requst the vibes group to look aftr the matter and pay my refund to capital float..

This happened to me too. I went because i got call from them for consultation. I went to Jayanagar branch. Ms Bernali is the manager there and Ms Jayasudha is the lady who contacted. I went there for hair fall issue. Then i was told to go for some PRP and stem cell therapy and make payment they even arranged for corporate float for loan. I was never told about no refund policy. I was told i will have a trial laser comb after washing my hair. The service was pathetic even after i said i have treated hair, after sudha said condition well the hair dresser washed with some harsh shampoo twice, no conditioner and also used the high heat to blow dry. I got scared of the service they gave and went back home and checked the review and messaged both these ladies that i dont want to go ahead with anything there and i want my refund. Quickly i get calls and messages i should meet the doctor and then decide. Nothing about no refund is mentioned here also. They call me to come to their center again and again to see the doctor. I mentioned to them clearly i will choose ayurveda and i wont be going for this. Now they tell me it isnt possible to refund. These frauds should be sent to jail. Commerce minister should take some action. I will be filing a case in consumer forum if my money is not refunded.
I have proof of the messages.

    This is my second email. The customer service is poor and people show attitude towards the customers as if the customers are paying for the representatives @ vibes to show attitude towards the customers who were nice to them and don't provide the bills. Everytime there is a problem with the printer to give a print of the bill.

    Its a request for the compliants team to respond to this complaint

      I joined Vibes (Girish Park, Kolkata- Meridian Plaza) on 19/6/2016, for a weight loss programme which cost me ₹. 62000/- including the service tax. The day before the fourth day of the session, they called me up and said their Vice President has come and she wants to meet me and my mother. The next day when I went for the session, the VP checked me and suggested some sessions which were not included in my programme. My counsellor too said that such a therapy was very much needed for me and I should avail it. They demanded first ₹. 80000 more, and when my mother said that after already paying ₹.62000 we would not pay any more without seeing the results of the programme planned, they continued to force us to take the extra therapy and said that ₹. 20000 more would do the work. They constantly emotionally harassed my mother by pointing at me everytime, saying that I need it. My mother then said that she needed to consult my father first. At this, they (the VP and the counsellor) left the room nagging us to immediately call my father and confirm the therapy. My mother out of such pressure was forced to call my father, who immediately said that he could spend no more for any other therapy and would like to see the results of the ongoing programme first. When my mother told this to those people, they refused to listen, constantly nagging my mother and creating a pressure on her to avail the therapy as it would be good for me. They refused to listen to us. They kept on asking for the money and told us to make an advance as the therapy would prove really useful for me. Without getting any time to consider taking another therapy, my mother gave up an advance of ₹. 6000. They said they have some problem with the printer and hence gave us hand-written note with their stamp, and did not provide us with the printed voucher that they were supposed to give. They said next day we would have to pay the due which was ₹. 17000. But, after some consideration, i have decided that i will not take the therapy, as i will not be able to provide time for it. I study in Bhubaneswar and had come to Kolkata for my vacation. I shall be leaving next month. So, on the same day (evening) i called them up and said that i did not want to avail the therapy and want a refund of my money. The manager ignored the request and instead said that the advance made could not be adjusted to any other therapy as it was for that "specific therapy" only, nor was it adjustable!! How does this make sense? Had that been the case, they should had laid down their terms and conditions before us then and there. They simply cannot refuse to refund the money the services of which I am not availing!! My mother was forced to give the money out of emotional harassment and without getting any time for consideration. I had another therapy the next day, but they were not even ready to wait till the next day. They are a fraud, and cheating the money of the public. The Counselors themselves look like elephants and they themselves need such therapies!! They should be held liable for cheating public money. Everyday thousands of people all over India approach such slimming centers with hopes that our money shall be utilized well and we shall get positive results, but we get cheated in this way instead. Vibes should definitely be sued. They enroll their customers for one programme and while that is still continuing they force us to get enrolled into other therapies just to cause wrongful monetary loss to us. They provide no guarantee for their services nor do they make us aware of their terms and conditions, which we as customers are entitled to know. I want a refund of the ₹. 6000 that I have paid as an advance due to coercion, for the next therapy.

      I have spoken to the Center Manager. She said that she would let me know by the end of this month as to how I can utilise my 6000/-, and she also said that as long as she is there, my money won't go a waste.

        I went to vibes gachibowli hyderabad on 12/2/2016 they made me subscribe for 6-7 different packs which included skin peeling and other lazer treatments with some inch loss programme.
        They made me pay through my credit card and made it a EMI. They forcibly made me do this. After paying and discussing from my friends and family they told me about the side effects those treatments have.I paid 45K. I called them same day evening asking them to refund my money they refused to do so.I have not taken any services from the package yet .I went to the center and asked for a refund, they said they cant refund the money they can change the package or transfer it to some other person.Now i will be paying EMI for services which i am not even taking.I don't get a way out of it.I am not going to take any services that is for sure.Even the bills they provided me are duplicate.Why cant they at least give original bills.
        I went there to redeem a free voucher and lost 45K in return .These peope should be taught a lesson they are just sitting there to fill there pockets up by our hard earned money .Guys never ever go to this place .

          I had paid money for my sessions but they are least bothered to call back and fix an appointment even after several calls. I had taken the package in indra Nagar and requested for transfer of services to sadashivnagar but even after several request they are least bothered to reply back. When I go to sadashivnagar they tell me indra Nagar branch has to send us mail about the transfer in service from indra Nagar branch

          I took services from Vibes Jayanagar for laser hair removal, but, unfortunately, I lost my bill and now staff is asking me to take treatment package again rather issuing duplicate bill. I’ll try to post messages in all the social sites and try to make others aware of this incident and let others decide whether to go for Vibes or not…

            Hi,
            I am regular customer of vibes Bihar centre from approx one and half year initially I took 30 tucks for upper body reduction and 10kg weight loss they committed for get it done within 3 months but today I am really sorry to say that it's been more than a year it's only 5 kg weight loss done with a proper regular diet followed by me the results are highly dissatisfactory I have spent lots of money but now a days no body in the centre bother to attend the customer after taking the confirmed appointment This is not at all acceptable to me.
            This is my humble request from you that if you can't give me the results then give me then please refund my money. I can't waste my money and time anymore.
            Please revert otherwise I will socialise the experience.

              I have already spent 24k for 10 sessions. Initially they advised me to for 10 sessions. No results were seen even after completing the sessions. Now they want me to go for another 10 sessions that is again spend 24k. I got all my medical test done also so there was no reason that laser therapy won't work in my case. They are just trying to make money irrespective of the results.

                Hi,

                3 months back I visited vibe centre at DLF Phase-1 just to enquire about there weight loss programes. The lady sitting there told me about the programes and she was giving me a lot many false promises like we are 100% sure about the results and also she said they will refund money if there is no weight loss. I wanted to take a days time and think but joining but she was forcing me to pay immediately otherwise there will not be any discount next day. I took there minimum packege of weight loss of 5 kgs which costed me 27500 Rs. She promised me that they will refund money in case of no results. I told her about all my medical problems. I was not carrying any cash so they forced me to pay by card and after paying i got a receipt in which at one corner there was wriiten in small letters which was hardly readable that money once paid will not be returned. I went there for 3 months and there was not even a weight loss of 100 gms rather my weight is increased by 1 KG. Now they are not ready for any refunds. Please help me. I have already waisted my money and I cannot waste my any more time in visiting there centre.

                  Hi Team,
                  This is to bring to your notice that I had taken a slimming package at the VIBES outlet in Indiranagar Bangalore.
                  I was asked to pay 48000 +40000rs a total of 88000.(which included an insta uplift and smart fit program)
                  Both my transaction were not converted into EMI by the outlet though they were clearly advised to convert it.
                  Now they are going on to blame the bank for the mistake done on their side.
                  This is not acceptable and I have had 20% results paying 88000rupees
                  They have been fooling me every single call.
                  Dr Anoop has been saying everything will be taken care of, but looks like as a client I'm being fooled here .
                  Please can this be treated as an urgent request and accordingly escalated.

                    Hello. I am from Bangalore. I have taken upper lip laser treatment for 4 sittings in Sadashivnagar, Bangalore. There was no continuity in that 4 sittings because of Laser machine problem. Every time when I called to take an appointment, they were telling machine problem is there call after 1 week. If I call after 1 week, then again same dialogue they told. I am not happy with the Vibes service. Kindly help. I lost my money . I want solution for this.

                      Vibes healthcare in bangalore, sadashivnagar branch has made me pay nearly inr 65, 000 for slimming programs and laser hair removal. Neither their slimming programs are showing any results and nor is their laser treatment for which the machine is always under maintenance.

                      After having paid so much money, i'm left to deal with rude receptionists who give different information every time i talk to them

                      Don't allow them to cheat others. Take legal actions against them. File complaint in consumer Forum. Atleast they should know the value of the hard earned money.

                        I approached vibes for full face laser treatment and now i'm all left with the facial same hair and lots of scars.I paid to get ugly! is all I can describe it as.It was a package of 8 sessions.I complained no hair growth reduction on which I got a couple of sessions more.But most of the time when I needed the treatment, the machine would be under repair for high frequency treatment.
                        My skin is all dry now. I'm under medication from a dermatologist and doesn't look like its going to be fine anytime soon.
                        I had planned a year before as I had to prepare to go Abroad.But now its all in vain!! my 21, 000, TIME AND SKIN!

                          Hi, Myself Manju and I am undergoing treatment for skin whitening, removal of acne and pigmentation.. I met one middle aged north Indian lady in Vibes, New Thippasandra branch two month before and she suggested to go for "Skin Laser" Treatment with 7 sittings and she told that 100% cure and took 12000/-. They started doing just face massage with some ayurvedic cream which will be available road side and told that they will do that for 7 sittings... and after two sittings I realized that they are cheating and I shouted on them... And they told me to pay another 15000/- to give another treatment which will give 100% results... I didnt agreed for that...
                          after one week one more lady came from Delhi, her name Sumita and she told that I was completely cheated by previous management and she told that she will help me to the get the proper treatment... She told me to pay 10, 000 ruppees extra to go for another treatment and finally she agreed and took another 3500/- to start the new treatment... By that time my total amount spent was 15, 500/-... after collected the money she told that she will give some different medicine and started repeating same same massage which is not useful at all... After one session of face massage, she disappeared...
                          After one week again I approached Vibes again and surprisingly new people started asking about my treatment and they explained that all the treatments which I was taking are not useful and if I pay 15, 000/-, they will start some Retises treatment which will give 100% result and money back guarantee... after so much argument I have paid 15, 000/- again... By that time I have spent total 30, 500/- for the treatment and started with the treatment as they gave money back guarantee...
                          First session completed by applying some cream and sent home saying that that is to clean the face... when I went for second session, surprisingly they started talking about new treatment and they are telling that if I pay another 5000/- they will give some face massage before starting the retises treatment... I didn't agreed and asked them to proceed with whatever they agreed for...

                          Finally I decided to take whatever treatment they are giving for 30, 500/- and depends upon the result I will take action on Vibes, New Thippasandra branch.

                              I'm Revathi, an irritated n unhappy customer of Vibes. Actually I have been to Vibes, Kukatpally branch for Upperlip hair removal. Bt de lady over there Ms.Preethi (said to be an Ops Manager for A.P) spoke in such a way that i got convinced with her words n offers, n paid the amount of 22, 450 in a single payment. Here starts de drama. When I have been to my first session they said, laser machine in Kukatpally is under repair, so I had to go to Madhapur branch. Well I had gone. Bt after going der, they said, I need to visit Gacchibowli branch, as they have some issues at Madhapur. Well they have taken me to Gacchibowli branch n performed de session. Jus for a 10min laser session, they have consumed 4hours of my time. For de second session when I have gone, they sent me back, telling that I don't have appointment, although I have taken it, prior two weeks before itself. Later I have gone again, bt they jus rejected to do de session telling dat I have acne on my face. The lady who claimed to be a laser specialist Ms.Nusrath (she don't even know de spelling of Side locks) have taken my Vibes agreement n haven't given me back. Even I forgot to take it back n left de promises. Soon after noticing it, I jus called them through phone asking for de agreement letter. The receptionist answered de call n said that she had it n promised to mail de screenshots of it. Bt they didn't. So I directly went there n asked for it, bt de lady says that they will not be taking any receipts, bills or agreements from customers. She completely messed it up. Anyway I had de debit card payment receipts. So they can't play wid me. Yesterday when I have been to Vibes for 5th session (with appointment) they said dat de laser machine is under repair. They don't even have minimum courtesy of informing de customers who have taken their appointment.
                              After completing 5sessions, hair growth in upper lip n side locks are de same. No change. Vibes is Completely a FRAUDULENT company.

                                Dear sir In the name of slimming, they opened fraud centre. Most Woman are greedy about health and beauty so I joined this but no result yet. They make us fool in the name of slimming. I paid huge amount which they said and they promise that it's guaranteed programme.after giving amount they showed the real face of the slimming centre.                                   Pathetic treatment and services by vibes... I have taken laser treatment by paying 50k at madhapur, hyderabad but i haven't happy with the service... and they were very hurry about to complete the treatment ... The concern person Ashiya have convinced me very much to join in vibes... but their is no use with laser treatment and infect i lost my money... so i have complained same to the lady (ashiya)... then she said that she is not responsible for that... before joining to vibes she used to call my regularly... now she is not even responding to my calls... i can say it is fraud service... and the people who are working in that are just want to reach their targets...

                                    My experience with vibes adyar centre has been extremely disappointing! I want to warn everyone who are planning to take up any service there...pls pls don't go, they are cheaters and robbers! This is the most unprofessional place I've seen in my life! They'll be after u till u pay up (there's no fixed rate for any treatment!), & then forget about you, no records no reviews no reminders on appt...nothing! Even the doctors (thats what they call themselves), keep changing every month & there r no records maintained to chk ur progress! I have paid for stem cell hair treatment few months back, for 10 sittings, 1 in every 15 days. They don't call you even if you don't go there for months, & even if you fix up & go you'll never find the same ppl to even complain!!! Please don't get fooled by them however attractive the offer may look or sound!!! You'll be devastated!!!

                                      I was forced into taking body sculpting program at Vibes Adyar. The manager said I am the only one so far having max discount., snatched my Debit card and lo behold 45000/- gone. None of them any idea how the machine has to be used. They took me to a room and with very little clothing on me, there were 8 of them having a class as to how to use it. I developed rashes. The therapist are so unclean, They keep on eating something and with the same hands massage us. All the rooms are occupied by the staff almost all the time chatting or eating. I asked for a Pedicure. The manager immediately booked a foot massage for 5000/-. No pedicure. The dietician herself weighs around 100 kgs. I am a doctor by profession. The Adyar Vibes have very arrogant, careless attitude staff. I did not complete the treatment. My friend had booked for body sculpting program which she couldn"t make it. So they did a facial for me . The cheapest facial in my life, I developed generalised rashes and fever the same night and wheezing too. It was diagnosed to be due to some chemical used in the cream. Till I paid up, they used to call me once in 4 hours. After the program started, they treat us like stray dogs. If the machine beeps or something goes wrong, how many ever times you ring the bell, none turn up. Vibes, Adyar, Chennai has illiterate, arrogant and irresponsible staff, I never completed my session as I was scared to put myself in such unexperienced hands. Lost 50000/- They are just money suckers.

                                        Hi I took a laser hair removal package with vibes adyar. Initially the way they made me pay the money at one shot was very cheap and worst behaviour. I was told it will be 5 sessions + 2 complimentary sessions ( default). They didn't get this to me in writing saying 2 sessions will be available for every client and so notrequired. My bad time the person who handled my treatment and registration left the company. Note they are telling there are no complimentary sessions for me. I have paid the full amount totally for 7 session and not just for 5. They are cheating now.. And about the hospitality wow.. They don't care a bit once u register for a package rude behaviours careless responses.. They don't care once a client has paid money. Now I want my addl sessions as promised. Please help. Corporate manager is one atrocious rude woman. .. Please help
