The Vibes Koramangala banglore service sucks. I paid for the service more than 2years back and till now the service is not completed. They said cool sculpting will help in fat reduction but it showed zero result. They also said they will provide complimentary face related services. But the lady Indra who works in Koramangala office never arranged a single meeting with doctor related either face service even after asking her multiple times nor any consultation on fat reduction progress. She just did fake promises. I pay rs145000 and didn't got any result. Vibes Koramangala has just robbed my money. I even one more sitting of cool sculpting pending along with multiple pitfat slimming sessions and facial services but no one from the service centers bothers to provide services. You members from vibes Koramangala just took money without providing satisfactory service or I should say without even completing the services. My worst experience ever.

I have joined weight loss program paid 25k for 10kgs weight loss before corona and due to corona I have not gone for one and half years. But when I approached them for continuing my weightloss program and they are asking me to pay more. I already paid 25k and why should I pay more for it. Who will be responsible for this for the weight loss guarantee results of 10kgs. Kindly help me to continue my weight loss program.

In this pandemic situation your company is not providing disposable bed sheets seriously. Every time a new excuse, this is not expected from vibes. As a client I am not satisfied with your service

Hello Sir/Madam,
I want to logde a complain regarding a laser treatment package I booked at Vibes, Siliguri Branch, West Bengal.
Since when I hv made a purchase o[censored]nderarms laser treatment package, the incharge there keeps denying with different excuses all the time like no beautician, no empty slots, parlor closed, etc.
Then once I complained them for the same that all the time they keep denying, so they gave me one laser session n I was asked to come for 2nd session after 21 days. 2 months almost has passed they are again denying to give services saying machine is under repair since 2 months.
I had taken 1 treatment session n as of no machine I as suffering with loss of regular treatment session due to which I won't get the promised results for the same till the end of sessions. Will the company bear the loss for their denials or will give me all 7 sessions on regular basis . Will the company adjust the one session I took to cover the gaps of these denial months?
Or there is this rule that customers get all time excuses n denials after purchasing big packages.
As a renowned brand, I never expected this attitude from Vibes team.
Lastly I requested the incharge on call to connect me with their manager to sort out the problem but they didn't revert back.
Hoping for a earliest n positive response from the Vibes team shortly.

I had been to vibes for enquiry and she explained the package and then rep restate was asked me to to give the card to check the emi options available
To check tht 1 rupee will deduct from your account but u will get know the emi options in that karke she told me
Even I told tht my credit card is not there but she forced to give my debit card saying tht even on debit card u can able yo check the eligibility the. Once she swiped tht one rupee the emi option has been generated without my notice immediately I told her I am not going to take cancel tht how u do tht without my knowledge and also she dint say tht if we swipe one rupee this will convert to the emi I was litera shocked and it was 60k has been converted for 5500 emi for 12 months
I called my bank immediately to stop this transactions and they said merchants can do this there I was nothing in our bank hands
I tried calling the manager of vibes many tyms to stop this and all even I mailed them but though they haven’t done anything and my emi has been started that mail also come
Now I really pissed off about these people because I went again to the branch and she said will mail to finance team and they give revert but still now there is no revert in the email nor my transaction cancelled
I wanted to inform one more thing once she did this blunder she offered me the package for 50% which was really surprising and how can she leave 50% of amount ..
they are doing this purposely for the customers ans cheating them like giving improper information and nothing has been explained properly

I have taken product from vibes but after corona no one called me in fact i spent almost 70K INR.

I have been visiting your Vibes parlor [situated at P 274, CIT Scheme IV M, 1st floor SBI Building, Kolkata 700054] since last month where 1st September was the 3rd day when I didn't get my hair styling done. The women working over there are extremely filthy & vindictive & doesn't know how to respect & care a customer. They, instead of giving me hair cut blamed me for not taking a prior appointment. They said that there is only 1 woman & that woman who performs hair cutting comes only if any customer take appointment otherwise not. This is the Government protocol. Thrice I have been to this new parlor where I didn't get to see any customers. I am sure due to the filthy & cheap behavior of the women working over there, customers refuse to come. Just like today, you lost another customer. I will never visit any of your parlor from now onwards & I will make sure to share my experience with others too so that they also avoid visiting Vibes.

This year on 8th March, as I went there for a haircut, I found myself sitting beside a woman most probably a very dirty woman (fat & black with a dirty gesture on her face) as it was very much revealed from her looks & the way she was talking & sitting. You KNOW WHAT I MEAN by her type. She is a member of this Vibes Kankurgachi outlet parlour as one of the woman took her signature in a register. Now how dare you people made me sit beside a dirty woman? You people should have arranged other rooms for that kind of a cheap woman. These type of filthy women DOESN'T DESERVE to sit with ARISTOCRATIC & CLASSY LADIES. You check your register on the above mentioned date & you will get all the information you need. Time was between 11am-1pm.

Now what I mean to say by this above mentioned incident is that your company VIBES DESERVES filthy woman as customers & NOT DECENT & ARISTOCRATIC LADIES as the woman working over there are too vindictive & filthy for having such a pathetic mentality to blame & harass customers that too thrice by blaming her for not taking appointment.

I have my haircut done that too in a very high profile parlour whose staffs are not VINDICTIVE, FILTHY & CHEAP like those women in your showrooms. So many hair stylist were present in that showroom & they behaved politely too. Even gave me discount of Rs.200 on my haircut.
They have also new equipments for performing haircut & were so hygienic that they were using disposable sheets & towels for customers' safety. They were sanitizing everything before using those on customers.

Vibes should Learn to behave from them. They were maintaining the best Government protocols & standards than you people. I suddenly visited their parlour WITHOUT ANY PRIOR APPOINTMENT BUT THEY TREATED ME SO WELL & got my job done. Simply WOW !!!

Your parlour should be banned for maintaining this cheap standard of hygiene. I will make sure to inform about your standard to everyone I know so that they stop risking their lives visiting your dirty place.
Your dirty women staffs only knows how to harass & play blame game with customers only.

These women from Vibes also threatened me & said they know my name, address, contact information & also has my call records. This proves what kind of women they are & what is their ACTUAL Profession.

SHAME ON YOU VIBES. CONTINUE ENTERTAINING FILTHY WOMEN BOTH AS
CUSTOMERS & AS STAFFS. No decent lady; if ever get to know your dirty reality; will never visit your parlour.

I am an old customer, I paid 70k, no results one year, now you are trying to upgrad to cool sculpting, I agreed, in JP NAGAR, but they said amount might increase if done later, even though I said I am unwell ( high fever, have to get covid test done), but if I pay later, charge increases, I requested a lot, but no, this is the heights. Especially, to loyal customers, more than health, you think of money, targets. I actually want to go somewhere else, but just cause I already paid so much, I am sticking here.Please resolve the issue or refund my money. You lost one loyal customer. It might seem one now, if this continues, you might lose more.

My name is Darshana Sonawane. I have paid for my services for body peeling and body polishing with which i was told to be given 1 full face rf and manicure pedicure complementary... I took body peel service and couldnt make time for the rest of the services which they told that i can take any time post pandemic. Post pandemic they say that their centre at Bhandarkar road Pune is closed due to short circuit and i have to take my services at Kalyani Nagar Centre of Pune. When i went at Kalyani Nagar Centre they told that we have no services mentioned in our book and that Dr. Sandhya and Dr. Kirti both have left the job so we cannot give you the services. There is absolutely no kind of professionalism. Also Dr.Sandhya and Dr.Kirti made me swipe my credit card saying that we give 0 % interest service on icici credit card so you can pay with it where you will not be charged a single extra peny. Later i keep getting charged for it when i told them about this they said you share screenshots of the statement and the amount you are charged we will give you services for that amount from our side so i shared the screenshots and still haven't received services for that amount. Vibes is pathetic with its services, i paid for services more than Rs. 600000/- till now at this centre but never got satisfactory results..the last time i took 3 lip fillers, the dermat didn't do it properly and so my lips went disproportionate to which they later called me and removed the product but what about the money i invested, i spent Rs. 88, 500 on those lip fillers and got nothing out of it.They should have returned my money or should have given me any other service worth that amount. I am requesting for a refund or services to be provided.

Its the worst service ever... They have charged me around 40k in total for both laser chin hair and electrolysis...after few sessions they have terminated all the staff bcos of their internal reasons... They have no staff for my service, instead of recruiting or replacing, they kept me waiting for a month or so and they started telling that they don't even have the service in any of their branches after me following up for several times...
Am I fool to pay such a huge amount of there is no service and people who treated me in their branch ..now I am suffering alot with my growth and they left me in mid of the sessions ...this is the service from Hyderabad Kukatpally branch ...and branch over currently over there...they do not answer your client calls ..after calling them 10 time we get one reply...they don't bother to call u back and remind u also ..I have called everyone incl branch manager in hyd and manger in Delhi the same response with everyone...I need refund ...they don't for this as well...

Think before you join vibes ..my honest suggestion to all those planning for ...

This people are a big time fraud.All there centres in Chennai are closed and absconded with my money paid for laser services they have not refunded the money after repeated complaints.

I stay in Sodepur (Kolkata)& The nearest vibes centre to my house is kankurgachi which is 19km from my home, its really difficult for people from my area to continue there weight loss program in vibes, request you to open a centre in Sodepur. Please.

For preserving theses ingredients, some chemicals and preservatives are to be added, but product ingredients list does not show all ingredients, how we trust that it is sls and parabens free

I used to go to Preet Vihar vibes .I paid 10, 000 for a package of 5 services and i havnt get complete services. I have called on your customer care number and filed a complaint too but nothing has been done till yet.its been 6 months and no action has been taken, either gove me my money back or provide those pending services to me

They give you lots of offers and make you feel that you are getting half prices, in reality they looted you without ur notice, they are good at their marketing skills so that they extract lakhs of rupees and if they see anyone with IT salary then they see them as a Bakra.. unprofessional..
