Myself aishwarya DN. As I was really oversize I had to take slimming session for my weight loss in vibes jp nagar. I went for 10 days I couldn't see any changes in body and I got job at the same time I couldn't go for some time meanwhile I requested the vibe's clinic member to hold on to the treatment they agreed to it. As I paid 21000. Later I took 1 time treatment in February. And balance was 16000. Later just because of all lockdown I lost my clients. As IAM a fashion designer. I design dresses they all cancelled their function and canceled our orders. Now iam jobless and it's so hard as a middle class family. So o contacted this vibe clinic for refund my money as I wanted my money back to lead my life with 4 people in a family. Then rejected and they where so rude so I request u please help me to get my money back as soon as possible

I got a coupon for a discounted offer on weight loss for which i approached vibes in the southern avenue branch in kolkata, west bengal. From the moment i cashed in my coupon to the time i left the first day, they have been trying to sell me more packages. I was naive and didn't realise that they were body shaming me and telling me i absolutely needed the packages or i'd continue to gain weight so i bought more sessions for weight loss. Along the way and in the course of a year, they forced me to keep buying sessions and beauty packages that i didn't need. My weight decreased only 2 kg in a whole year and presently it's back to normal. I spent over 2 lakhs there. When i tried to get out of the whole deal by saying i didn't have money so i don't want any more services, they forced me to sign up with bajaj for emi payments. Even during the middle of my sessions, they didn't care that i was not even clothed and not decent, they barged in and tried to sell me more packages or talk about payments and only left the room after i got angry at them for not showing decency during session hours. They forced me to buy these beauty packages knowing that i have very sensitive skin and i cannot even use them after appearing for the first session because it hurt so much. I asked them for a refund for whatever package or session was left and they refused. I lost all my money, i'm back to where i started. They kept telling me i'm looking so thin even there was virtually no change in my body and now i'd like a full refund on the grounds of malpractice on their part and selling lies to consumers. I have receipts and bank statements proving how much i spent. I'd like to get my money back because these services are temporary and they are expensive and the people at vibes will coerce into buying devices we have no need of. Please help me get my money back.

Very bad service in this salon i want my money back becoz they done photo facial on my face and they totally burnt my face by this i want my 5000 bck they done my photo facial and burnt my face by the facial machine so kindely refund my money anyone and my treatment is going on every month and the charges is also paid by me i want my money back my 5000 which i given to them for photofacial

Taken money for beard lessor hair treatment but not given proper service from vibe ttk road chennai.

Dated 3.3.2019 i have visited vibe and i have been told that your hair is hard so to remove and clear beard hair you need to take 10 session and you get clear line on your face and you have to pay 30k for that, i was agreed after long discussion and paid same day.
After taking 5 session i complaint verbally but miss hasina and doctor told sir it will remove by 9th or 10 session and doctor will personally check my laser treatment and she did for 2 session.

Then after 10th session i told them, i am feeling like coming for shaving but not any effect. Then they told we will give more sessions and you will definitely get results but not even getting results for single hair reduction.

And then i discussed with available madam (Miss afreen) she simply told that doctor and miss hasina left job i don't know what was promise for treatment as per her it was for removing extra hair not possible to make any beard line (Which is available on thier website that they can make line) so now your session are over and you will not get any more session on beard.

My skin is getting blackish not getting results and i have paid for service but she simply denied to give refunds as well as services.

Kindly consider my complain on high note and refund the amount.

I am raising complain here to get refund and also people can aware that whatever available on website are just fake advertisement to attract more people to get more money.

Being such a reputed company i have been an old customer in vibes karkhana branch for about 2-3 years now. I have done my face laser for hair removal there and my sister is also doing her full body laser there. I also had tried retises chemical peeling process in vibes.

But due to shift in my address i requested for a transfer of my peel sessions from karkhana to gachibowli. First the karkhana branch has been delaying it for more than 2 months now. And then they finally spoke they said il have some deductions to which i was fine with. Later this lady called pranita shes the one who gave me the package. She was terribly rude stating i did a favour by giving retises peel in karkhana now that u wanto goto gachibowli i will not will retises. I will only give normal peel. Then wen i dint agree she blackmailed me that she wont transfer anything n i can do watever i want about it. I paid my entire amount for peeling. Now it has come to being a gunda to customers. Such reputed company like vibes? I really need an action to be taken for my package transfer and also against this lady called pranita. This is not done!! Please respond back asap!!!

Hi. I bought a package of full body laser treatment of 8 sessions. All my 8 sessions have been completed, but now i see that there is hair growth on the half part of the legs and also a few other places. But the bill carries a message saying "the laser package will give you guaranteed results within the sessions, if required one or two sessions will be given if their is any growth" the photocopy of the bill is enclosed with this email.
I did have one extra session for my arm but since i had an allergy i was told to wait for a few months and come back,. When i came back they told that i must pay extra and get more treatment. But clearly that is not fair as the bill guarantees me no hair on my body and you are responsible for it. The next they told me that the validity of the two sessions is outdated but the guarantee para doesn't give any validity. So i think i should have free 1-2 more sessions.
Please look into this and let me know.

Please refund our money we dint taken services. But we paid 25 thousand for crayon in ur branch... But your staff are not worried about our many..in trail session i got so much of pain.. Got skin allergies and in that place i got green colour i told to your staff but they dint mind it... Please refund my money what ever after deducting.. Dont fool customers like this.. No one not ready to ask our problem...

Dear sir, with reference to the above subject, i susmita singh a resident of 13 balaram bose ghat road. Kolkata-700025 had booked few service at the rashbehari branch, kolkata. Since the commencement of the booked services, it was found that the services are extravagantly over priced and did not fulfill my requirements. prior to the inception of the services i was misled by your staff, and influenced to book the services by making an advance payment of the lot. The payment against the services was made by bajaj finserv acting as an intermediate financial institution, on my behalf. After a few sessions of the booked services i found them unfit for my needs and overpriced in general. I request an immediate cancellation of the services, a detailed summary of the booked services and most importantly a refund of the payment. since i did not receive any customer service from the rashbehari branch's end i am compelled to bring this situation under your attention. This is affecting my cibil score and my long time relationship, with bajaj finserv as i had to stop the payment of the promised installments, all of which are unacceptable. kindly take immediate action to avoid further legal litigation from my end for the financial and social harassment. Furthermore, i request a compensation for the same.

I’m using corporate privilege card of vibes health care.
Wn i checked with keerthi she told i can’t use it for any purpose it’s waste card n some non sense and all.
But when i checked online it says i can take up treatments.
When i consulted her for my weight loss she told so many stories and quoted me 25000 and stating i can’t use this card.

Why do u want to make such a business to make money?
Why can’t you give a right information?
Lack of knowledge lack of communication?

It’s better not to run this show.

Very poor executives your handling

I was the client for vibes from past 4 years i renewed my base pack after the completion of my old package. Before registering for the new package only i told them that i will not be the regular client as i was not physically well and i was pregnant also by that time so i told them i will not be able to come frequently they agreed at that point saying that mam we will serve you whenever you come but when i visited them for the service they refused to continue my service saying that mam this time you take the service but if you want to continue for the next time you need to pay rupees 5000 extra as your service pack has expired, i never signed anything agreeing that i have to complete the package within 2 years otherwise i need to pay rupees 5000 extra for the continuation. They don't have the constant serving staff sometime the staff members are very less experienced, once staff member nearly burnt my skin during facial that too when i specifically told her that only use diamond facial but she used something else and when i reported it to the front desk they said sorry ma'am we will treat your irritation and we will give you a new facial pack, this this is to justify that they have very less/no experienced team. Many a time when i call them for service they refused saying that mam there is no one free for the service you can come on different day. Every time when i visit them there are certain services which are always pending because they don't have the specific person for that service. My requests: 1. Refund the amount for the remaining services which i have not taken. 2. Refund the amount for the pending services which was due when i visited them. 3. Refund the amount for the last service which was not up to the mark as they said that mam those all things are for advanced package not for this package which earlier i used to get.

This is to inform you that sunday i have visited vibes healthcare sadashiv nagar bangalore for slimming treatment for my daughter and they said emi option available from idfc and i checked earlier and i had 75000 limits and vibes team forced me to make the downpayment and asked for sign the nach.

The same day late evening i have decided not to take treatment and immediately i have asked them to stop...

Hi sir. I went for an enquiry in vibes at tkk road Chennai . They gave me a package worth 90 thousand which I can't afford .so they suggested me to go with Bajaj Emi I said not interested later I agreed to go only for eligibility check . They got me approved for one lakhs but Emi is 9300 and down payment is 18000 I said sorry I can't.then I left the place with empty handed from there.later without even my knowledge they processed my loan and took one lakhs from Bajaj . If someone reads please help me to resolve this .I want my money back

Hi I went to vibes for enquiry they said the package is one lakhs I said I'm not having any money so they called a person from Bajaj and said to sir please check your eligibility and pay your amount in Emi I said I don't even have money to pay down payment they said first we will check the eligibility .then they asked my adhar I sent through WhatsApp then they asked pancard I said I won't give proff then they said ok sir spell your pan no orally then I did .after they asked account no I said only account no.then I left the place empty handed . with out my knowledge they processed the loan took my money from Bajaj

I have not received any services from vibes for loan amount, and my financial condition is not so to pay the for which i have already contacted the patna vibes center but they have not refunded loan to bajaj finance as this is financial company provided loan for the treatment. I have informed to bajaj finance also that I have not taken services from vibes please get back loan from them .Please help me to refund loan amount for which no treatment has been taken on behalf of me .

This is regrading the above laser hair reduction treatment. I have faced severe first degree burns due to high radiation. No necessary actions and assurance have been provided by the branch and they are least interested in forwarding our case to the higher levels.

For 1st session i got pimples very badly and marked have not gone yet, for 2nd session i got cut so i stopped the treatment there and talked about it and management didn't do anything about it so when i went for 2nd session again i got burns.

To be specific when spoken multiple times to the higher head here the manager of banjara hills miss babita she was too arrogant and the only answer i get is i am not responsible to provide you with any answer and i'm not that free to come and talk to you as i have other works out of india 15 days i don't be in india.

Can you get back to me on this and a procedure to lodge a complaint where actionable measures are provided to me.

I am vibes client. I have paid a whole amount for my treatment in vibes, chennai.

They were following me till the time i pay.

After the payment, i am fine till i receive the first sitting treatment. The next time when i was trying to book slot.

They were saying their machine is not working. More than a month they are saying this. I asked them to inform me when the machine returns. And asked them to call and update me too even if the machine is not received within a specific day.

But, completely dissatisfied with them. They are not ready to follow up.

They dont need their existing customer. That's how they are behaving.

They focus on new customer not the existing.

Feel like i am lossed.

Please dont believe in vibes as they will offer huge discounts to attract people. Once if v step into vibes for any treatment they will bang, loot and cheat customers by collecting money.

I paid one lakh for hair growth treatment in one shot. After one sitting there is no followup and there is no proper response for my calls to book a slot, and again they are demanding money by naming better plan.

Please be careful

My mother who is 75 years of age had an accident at banjara hills, vibes healthcare. She sustained injury to right hip and left ankle and underwent two surgeries. My mother was the carer for my father who is 82 years of age. They are now in nursing home. We sent emails and called up the centre so many time. We sent the documents which they have requested. I spoke to sumeeta, she was not only rude but she did not respond until now.
Could you please help and resolve this matter as soon as possible

Refusal of refund which im not availaling as if i shifting the city due to personal issues and as of now i paid 38, 850 and done laser treatment for one sitting and as of now im shifting to my native place due to personal reasons they are refusing to refund the remaing bad and very bad behaviour and negligent behaviour towards customers and not even taken proper care during the session!! I need my refund back

I visited vibes gurgaon (Golf course road) dr. Minisha told me that they are using the best lazer services in the market, that time i was not aware that this is the oldest lazer technology and after that a lot of new and painless lazer hair removal technologies came in the market, she gave me fake comments i requested her can i come back after cheking next day but she says this 70% offer is for today only and i trusted her and paid the whole money for 7 sittings for full body lazer rs.59, 000/- and next day i checked all those things on net and found i am cheated, the same day i asked minisha to refund my money, as i have not availed any services yet only paid the full amount on the trust.
She said it is not possible, once paid, but even one when going to the malls or any other shops, if the product is not used and undamaged they refund the whole money, and i have not even took any sitting, my 1st sitting will be on 21st july which she gave me.
I want my refund, i am not going to take the services from these fake people on such old machine and not going to damage my skin.
