I took a package from koramangala branch and haven't taken even one session. I moved to a different city which doesn't have vibe centre. I have already paid 11, 000 and i don't want to pay anymore as i can't avail the service. I contacted the branch and told them my issue. Even after telling that i can't come to centre as i am not in same city, they still insist on asking me to visit centre and are not even listening to my problem. I want to cancel the loan, doesn't want to pay anymore emi and want my money to be refunded back asap.

    I am from bangalore jp nagar branch. I told to your staff ali working in that branch explained me about weight reduction package and i told him i give all documents for loan don't send for approval unless i give my cancelled cheque but he proceeded and sanctioned loan from capital flit but i did not used any services from ur side. Please refund that loan to them. Already i have paid 54000 thousand to riya branch in charge but i did not get satisfactory services. Pls resolve my issue

    I am from jp nagar branch bangalore vibes staff is cheated me as i have instructed them not take approval for loan until and unless i give my cheque but they have taken approval from capitalflot. I did not used any of your services for loan amount pls cancell loan i don't want your services. Please refund loan amount to capitalflot. Dont cheat customers your branch staff is cheating customers. Rame

      Hi i m a regular customer of vibes rashbehari branch. My name tanusree bhowmick chakraborty but my experience with vibes is horrible.in an evening i went vibes before 4 or 5 months one of my know employee of vibes (Named deepa) told me to take a serial hair spa session which can make my hair smooth which monthly cost around rs 3800, so i agree to took it and haven't confirmed any thing from my end, just to check how the spa session would work i took 2 sessions and on the 1st day i told to deepa that after confirmation only you process. So she took my adhar card number and got a sign in a feedback form. And she told me that 'mam i will making things easy for further proceduers'. But they process the finance part with capital float in that evening only without my knowledge and misguided me (May be they have some sales target).
      After 2 sessions and lack of times and also poor service which took only 20 mnts which worth rs 3800 (Actually huge amount) i discountinue the service. Even after that whole story i went there 2 or 3 times and they don't brother me to informed me that my loan has started and i have to pay every month 3800 with out taking services. Also they provide wrong number and mail id to capital float after given all information in very 1st day in there feed back form. So capital float could not able to reach to me.
      So, i received a loan repayment letter from cf which i also informed the same to vibes rashbehari branch. But they forced me to take different service but vibes took entire amount from capital float which was very unethical practice for a regular customer side.
      I told to vibes rashbehari that you take 2 services charge from me if you want i can give you extra money and refund me the balance amount so i can paid to capital float.
      I have not taken the services and vibes took entire payment which is made me feel very disappointed. So i will not take any further service or product from vibes and also i will suggest my know person to do not go vibes who makes miscomitments with client s. And vibes unethical activity has effected my civil score.

      Kindly refund my balance amount which service i have not taken.
      Or settled all the issues with capital float.

          I am availing weight loss facility at kankurgachi center. I have taken a package of approx 28000 in sept 2017 and paying the emi since then. I could avail the service for 1 month regularly and couldn't go to vibes after that because of my job timing. I could only manage to go once a month which is of no use. I have already paid 15, 000 and can't pay anymore as i am unable to go to vibes. I don't want to continue with further processes of treatment and payment. I request you to refund the lien amount to capital float as i won't be paying anymore emi. I am your regular customer since 2013 and i am looking forward to hearing from you asap.

            I would like to inform you in the month of june 2017 i did an enquiry thru facebook ad for vibes weight loose program. And very next day i received a call for consultation. Vibes rep called me back to back with different numbers till i did not show up. At last at around 9 pm i visited vibes thippasandra bangalore. Where they offered me of tekkar therapy which will cost inr36000 (Includes 18% gst). I was telling them i am not ready and they said just pay inr500 and remaining will be paid thru emi without interest. At last i agreed and i paid inr 35500 thru capital float finance. Once they received the fund no phone calls when to start the therapy as i was informed i have to come twice a week and total duration for treatment was 6 weeks at last i called and took appointment in mid july and day 1 some therapy started for 40 mins second some theraphy for 40 mins third week my first tekar therapy suppose to start but machine was there. 4th week was successful. 5th week tekar therepy gell was not there appointment got cancelled. 6th week they has machine issue. I was very upset suddenly i saw if they donot provide receipt service is free so i claimed for entire money back. I sent email to vibes they requested and they said there will re start the therapy in koramagla branch after 25th nov 2017. I visit the branch and they were not aware of it. Advised me wait. Again contacted corporate spoke with lady name shivani she told me it will be taken care of but till date no response from vibes kindly help to get refund of inr36000

              I had taken laser hair removal service from vibes southend circle bangalore branch. They had promised for 100% hair reduction. I have paid 40, 000 for full legs and full hand hair removal. I was given 9 sessions. But result was zero. They say there was a problem in the machine. And gave few sessions more in the new machine. But after 13 sessions my hair reduction is zero.. People ask if i ever had a laser session. Horrible service. I kindly request you to take a major action on these fake promising companies who are minting money without giving any end result. People who are thinking of going to laser treatment. It is an absolute waste of money. Don't waste your money..

                Hi,
                I have taken a package of approx 8500 package for hair removal of the area chin and upper lips. At the end i could not seen any results, the consultant named pretty in gachibowli, hyderabad area have booked my appointment. Now she is asking more money from me to increase my sessions.
                I want to you to take a quick action on this as i am seeing that i have waisted my money here. And also she was abusing the worker who was doing hair removal for me in front of everyone for taking the side of me.

                  I've contacted the vibes customer care for consultation on october 18th 2017, and got an appointment with miss kasthuri in vibes, new thippasandra branch. She asked me to go for "tekar" for my armpit fat. I went for a consultation but they said that before they have to give me advise on the treatment i have to pay full amount of rs. 38055/-. They said it can be converted to emi once i confirm the treatment process. They then took my thumb impression and bank details and she gave me a 5 minutes trial. During the trail treatment my armpit got reddish and swollen and i was experiencing extreme pain. So they asked me to go for axilla ultrasound scanning and consult a doctor. I went to consult doctor. Doctor said i am not supposed to do this treatment since it involves applying heat on the armpits. The doctor in fact suggested that i should go for surgery. I took opinions from three different doctors, all of them confirmed what the first doctor recommended, that i should go for surgery. Then i contacted miss kasthuri to discuss about it on november 3rd and asked her to cancel the emi procedure since the doctors advised me not to go for this treatment. She said she'll cancel it. But after a month, on december 1st i got message from capital float (The finance company which is servicing the loan) saying emi is due on 5th dec 2017. I contacted miss kasthuri in vibes, she said she'll call me back, but never did. Then i went to the vibes centre and another woman named rekha talked to me, she was so aggressive and unpleasant towards me and wasn't ready to cancel it. She said that i have to compulsorily take the treatment and anyways they will cut the amount every month. When i told her i'm on medication for three months for the armpit pain caused from the initial trial treatment, this was her answer. "who asked you to stop the treatment, anyway we are going to cut the amount every month.". I got a call on 6th evening from this number;[protected] and the caller asked "is this reeja madam?" i said yes and within seconds my money got deducted from my account. Since i have not taken any treatment from vibes, i want them to cancel my emis and offer me compensation for the mental and physical agony that i am going through right now and for the medical expenses i am bearing now for after effects of their trail treatment. And i am expecting a permanent solution for this issue.

                    I have paid for hair services long back, and am denied for the service. Every time i call for service the centre manager replies that she will call back with an appointment, however never call backs this is happening from last couple of months.

                      Hi, this is jayanti singh and i m alomost a regular customer visiting your branch since 2013 for laser treatment for my facial hair removal.
                      Way back in 2013, when i decided to go with your service, ms. Reena (Who was in charge for the centre that time) explained me the lifetime service scheme and convinced me to take the offer paying an amount of around 20k (See the receipt attached with the offer details as well).
                      That time i was informed that the service validity will b unlimited and i can use it as and when it is required. I trusted the promise made by her (As the bill says the same too) and paid the amount.
                      Though i never needed to avail treatment frequently, still i continued getting it till my last visit in september 2017. This time i was informed by the centre incharge that there are no such offer which can be availed by me any further. I was shocked to hear it rather in a very rude manner.
                      As u can find from the attached receipt that i actually can't b denied from further services, i would like to know from vibes how can they ask me to stop providing the service.

                      I believe i will get a clarification for my doubts and a proper reply from you.

                      Please let me know if you need anything else from me on the same, as based on your reply i need to decide my further action.

                        I went to vibes southern avenue kolkata on 21st oct for my hairspa and facial.. The person deepa done facial and was successful in washing my brain. And i agree to pay 17k for my advanced 3 sittings of hair removal.. My concern is that i agreed cos they mention that once i wil tk the treatment thn nly i nd to pay emis... And. Aftr 1 mnth i m getting to know that my emiwill be deducted from 5th dec.. Bdw between these days i didn't got any messages about deduction of emi.. Though i didn't took the services from then i need to pay emi n need to take the services from them... I had a conversation with 'll of them,, no solution.. I just requst the vibes group to look aftr the matter and pay my refund to capital float..

                          I am availing weight loss programm in kankurgachi center... If i need to cancel any appounment then i prefer to call my dieticien but she perhap recievs the call,, there are so many things regarding our daily diet we need to discuss with my dieticien but she never recieve my call or even never call me back... Thats awful... Staffs should be more proffessional and responsible towards their clients... Its becoming very problematic that im not getting properly contacted by u ppl... If i need to contact u,, its ringing... No one rcvs the call...

                            In bangalore j p nagar branch mgr lady cosmetic charges 40k but i saw dat bill it was 75k, they were manipulated me for apply loan against weight loss through bajaj finserv, but on that time ti told them i m unable to pay emi every month but she n her assistant forced to do apply for loan, they were committed if any issues we ll manage, but r8now they were hiding. Bajaj finserv sent threating letter regarding arrest warrant, i ll go for consumer...

                            After taking two treatments from vibes sadashivnagar my skin is completely damaged. So i dont want to continue with further processes of treatment. I request you to refund the lian amount to capital float.
                            I approached vibes sadashivnagar for treatment on skin pigmentation and acne marks removal. No one teated my skin condition. The lady there told me to do derma rol and retisis for 5 sessions. First was a derma rol session which was done by one doctor nidhi who wounded my skin and bleeding happened on my skin. These have caused new marks on my face. The doctor gave prescription of creams etc on a white paper and not on her letter pad.
                            The next session was after 15 days for retisis but instead the same doctor did pimple treatment. But my skin got severely damaged after that treatment and lot of pimples erupted newly on my face.
                            I dont want anymore treatment from vibes in this regard.
                            I have to be compensated for the damages done to my skin
                            I demand 10 lakhs compensation from vibes for this poor and deficiency of service

                            I want them to stop this treatment and refund the loan amount to capital float.
                            Failing this i wil be approaching consumer court for damages and compensation of 10 lakhs for my skin damage done by vibes

                            I went to Vibes Sadashivnagar to treat my skin problm of pimples and pigmentation. I was suggested to do derma rol and retisis for 5 sessions on a charge of 23000.The amount was financed by Capital float.
                            No testing of my skin type was done by any one in vibes. My first session was derma rol. A doctor Nidhi performed that . In the process my face was wounded and bleeding happened. This caused more new marks on my face
                            The next session I said my skin was getting damaged so I was not intrested to proceed. But the doctor suggested pimple treatment and insta glow. After that treatment my skin severely damaged. lot of new pimples erupted and the marks were more.
                            I now dont want to proceed with any more sessions and refund of the entire amount is demanded by me.
                            The service is very damaging and poor.
                            I need compensation for the severe damage to my skin.
                            They are refusing to refund. In that case I wil be approaching Consumer court and Criminal court Dont know the credentials of the so called doctor Nidhi who did the process on my skin. Mustbe fake.
                            I want a suitable reply and action be taken against Vibes sadashivnagar.And compensation for my skin damage. Also they need to refund to the capital float loan.

                              I have pigmentation on face wanted to go for a laser treatment to attend for a scheduled function on 2nd feb and approached vibes on 28th jan 2017. Vibes rep convinced me to undergo laser photofacial, advanced retisee, skin brightening treatment & international treatment lines - eye care which actually costs 75k but she offered it to 46k only. She convinced that she would be taking the pictures now of my face and after the treatment and show me the results as well and everything shall be taken care etc. Convinced me to make the advance payment although i said i will do it in instalment. Unfortunately i made the payment for 46k as advance. Vibes rep took me to one of the treatment rooms, made me to lie down on bed and a doctor came and checked and said i should undergo as suggested by vibes rep, they made me to sign the invoice then & there and over & above she is likely to give me injections in every sitting of some oxygen (Not sure of medical term), then i immediately got up from the bed and said, i am not ready to take any injections as i do not have habit of going to a doctor also and i will have to ask my family members on this part. By then unfortunately i already paid advance & invoice was signed by me. After which my family members didn't allow me to go for the treatment and i followed up for refund of payment. Vibes said they will have to talk to their management etc. And they reverted that the payment once made shall not refunded and its written in the invoice and i have to refer any from my friends circle for the payment made or i can take different treatment instead of suggested treatment by them. I said, in the invoice its also written that it is not transferable how come they asked me offer it to any of my friends and if that is possible, even refund should be allowed and i argued on this point. They said it is not possible. I clearly said i do not want to come to vibes any more and i do not want to refer any of friends also due to such inconvenience to me. I requested atleast to refund a discounted amount but no one bothered to do it. I also asked how they are account this amount into their books of accounts. They said it is none of my business. I said it is my business, as i am not going to take the treatment and i paid i need to know how is it treated in their books of accounts. They said they will record it under unavailed service and i can come any time down the line after 6 months to take the treatment. Even now i am scared of their option injections. They actually tried convincing that is one of the best treatment that their doctor suggested. I am even now not convinced and not at all interested to go for vibes treatment and i will not recommend them to any of circle.

                                I had opted for skin and hair treatment for which i have selected emi as the payment mode on 30sep at vibes madhapur, hyderabad.
                                On 1st oct i have informed the center head to cancel this as i am not ready to take the treatment and not in a position to pay the amount.
                                The centre head said she will initiate the process however not heard anything till now.
                                The total amount was 33000 approx. Which is a big amount for me. Hence, i informed the next day that i want to cancel this. The service has not yet started.
                                The capital float had disbursed the amount yesterday but the area head misguided me stating the loan was disbursed on the same day.
                                Also, the sales representative pushes hard to customer to ho fir the treatment they don't even give time to think.
                                Even after this amount the representative was pushing me to take 2 more sessions which is very annoying.
                                I understand the policy however there are genuine cases which should be considered when the customer is saying that we cannot afford the treatment and the sessions have not started yet.

                                Please consider this request at earliest.

                                  Sir i purchased jeans of black colour in fresh on 3 september 2017 for 2099 from gip mall, noida. Found that the jeans pockets are not of same material as jeans is made of. It had faded in one wash ie. Black has turned into light white colour. Even jeans has become lose in single wash. I request you to please change that jeans or to refund my money as it in not cheap its costlier.

                                    M customer of vibes from last 5years, taking laser hair removal face, ears, (In a year i go 3-4times only
                                    0 i have paid almost 25-30k for unlimited session
                                    Yesterday when i visited manger in koramangal unit said that my unlimited session are finished!!!
                                    Need to what does unlimited session mean???
                                    One more important thins 3year back in the same unit my skin was damaged because of this treatment which is not cured that time lady manger requested not file a complaint for compensation other wise her job will get lose, so i didnt file any complaint.
                                    So in need file a case against them in customer court
                                    Today when i called koramangal office, manger sudha has spoken very rudely
                                    This is the way u people treat after amount is paid
