I had taken laser treatment for lower face at adyar center. After completion of about 10 sessions, i dint find any improvement and hence reported this to the center's consultants. And they asked me to take a couple of sessions at t. T. K road center. But after i took the very first session there, which i underwent in first week of february 2014 i got serious burns and scars at my chin and lower chin area which i reported to the consultants in the adyar center on the next day of the session itself.

They then told me to apply a cream called momate which if applied will cure the burns. But i never found any changes regarding my problem, that is, healing of those burns. I reported this again, but i was asked to wait for a few months and not to take another session before this heals. After a very long wait of about 7 months, my scars and burns haven't healed yet. It has become a serious issue now. I had faced many problems and criticisms because of these marks at my lower chin area for the past 7 months which had placed me in a completely depressed state now.

I have been repeatedly sending e-mails to them and they never respond. The beauty is that they escape telling that the staff who were there earlier have been transferred/left. They do not maintain any records and never care about their customers. Plzzz. Dont go to the centre. I lost nearly 70k and they told that they cannot give any further treatment. They will pressurise us to pay money saying that the offer that they give expires on the same day and all other bla bla bla

My name is venkateshwarlu from karimnagar, i have paid amount for stem cell treatment in vibes, at hyderabad near alwal branch for rs. 40000/- eight settings havabeen completed, but no result found. Please pay my amount back to me. My mobile no. Is [protected]. I am not satisfied your treatment. Your treatment totally failed. Hence please return my amount.

Went for hair removal lazier treatment after the first siting my face became too dark and they told they are changing the treatment and all but after the second sitting also the same.

Here my question is how to get the money back...

Is i will get any resolution by posting in consumer complaints or is there is any phone number or address so that we can reach out to the consumer complaints in bangalore location

Approached Vibes - Gachibowli for StemCells therapy.
There is not even 1 % result since start/completion for a therapy period of 5 months.
Gone through 3 Doctors who kept changing every month and provides treatment in distinct ways.
At times, no Doctor for couple of weeks, upon inquiry, heard there is a new Doctor arrives after a month.
In 6 months of course which was supposed to be completed in 3 Months, extended...

I had treatment for slimming from Vibes in J. P Nagar 5th Phase Bangalore. They had charged me a sum of Rs 13500. On the 3rd day they burnt my skin when I spoke to the concerned person and asked her for a refund she said that she can only provide a credit note which wasn't acceptable by me. Till today they have not refunded the money and asked me to do whatever I want. Can u pls help in this regard.

Vibes as an institute doesn't deserve to be in market.

I spend 55000 at vibes gurgaon and got only blank assurance in return.

Fat lady who called herself as doctor, chased me every day like a Girlfriend!! Till the time I submit the whole money in advance.

When it comes to deliver, you just have excuses!!

You can't even hold your doctors and I assume it as strategy to fool customer.

You all made lot of promises at the beginning and never concern about outcome you deliver.

Vibes Koramangala, Bangalore branch has the worst customer service . That manager lady is not fit for her position there and equipments are under maintenance past 2 months and they deny giving appointments . I have paid complete amount for my laser sessions and I have one more pending, but each time I go to their salon they say it is under maintenance and that too with a bad attitude.

Myself Payal from howrah west bengal has paid an amount of Rs 7000. It includes products of 2000 n rest 5000 for laser session. Due to personal prblm i was in delhi reason laser session was not done . But now in phoolbagan brnch nazma is not allowing me for sessions that i hv paid. She is arguing n misbehaving with me. She took another payment of Rs 14000 again. When i am asking for the previous amount she is denying for laser session n saying me that do whatever u can do she will not provide service for d previous amount. So what can i do please help me in this regard.

We are very Old customers of Vibes, Southend circle, Bangalore.
Recently, I shifted to Hyderabad from Bangalore, due to Job.
They always said that we can transfer services from Bangalore to other locations, before we paid the money.
Now, they are telling it is NON- Transferable, Out of 12 months of service, 9 months are still pending.
Pls help to transfer and avail my services in Hyderabad.

With all false advertising, I approached Vibes for weight loss services and initially paid 20, 000 and underwent their ruthless services, as I saw no results for over 4 months, I had raised a compliant. Then they gave the option to convert weight loss package to beauty package, and asked me to pay more 15, 000. I had taken a beauty service with Vibes namely PRP. I really had worst experience and skin got totally burnt out and left black scar for over 3 months. It almost took 3 months for me to heal from that scar. And now when I asked for refund or correction of the issue, the attitude of the vibes representative is outrageous and denied to do any proper compensation worth the money.
This kind of false advertising and having inefficient doctors to treat patient has to be stopped and I would want to file a case against them.

It's a shame that a company cheating so many people with so much amounts of money with fake promises is still running. They are taking advance the whole money with 0 results .They took full payment in advance from me n when I got ill for a month though I informed them I was not allowed to take sessions further and they wanted me to pay more 50% of the session charge again for continuing with them & neither they refunded back me my money which they took from me with false promises . I didn't get services though paid full money..I would be in power then I would shut down such company who is cheating the whole country with false promises .shame on u vibes shame on u ... taking money from consumer and cheating them...shame shame

I was taking a laser treatment in this clinic...but after a few months their treatment was not that good.so I stopped going there after all that they should return our money because the treatment was not good and their resposes towards this was very bad so they did not even give back the money nor gave us the treatment properly...so please give a justice. and I am student and parents trusted me and given me 600000.but this people jus cheated me. please help me.PLEASE.PLEASE.

I had paid rs 10000 for a service which was later changed on my request but they had cut down my service to 50%. Even then i was ready to avail it but now they say it's over and has terminated the service.
I request to take immediate action action against vibes kakurgachi
They have irresponsible staffs who are least bothered about their client satisfaction.

I am also cheated by vibes, i went there for laser hair removal kakurgachi,
I went there for laser hair removal on face, but another was happened ever i hairs are growing more faster and another area i don't hv hair on those area before. A woman named fahrah was treated me they have taken almost 18k from me, there was another women susmita she is receptionist very unprofessional women. They have taken 18k frm me
I want my money back.

I signed up for laser hair removal treatment paying whopping sum which was a one time payment as they would not accept in instalments. The manager is very polite and convincing about the treatment. I usually do not get brainwashed easily but agreed to take it up as i was promised about the effectiveness. Soon after the first sitting, i had to take a long break due to pregnancy and nursing. I resumed the services in feb 2016 and since then trying to get an appointment every 3-4 weeks. Every time i fix an appointment, it got cancelled for one or the other reason and has caused great inconvenience to me. The manager has been doing a great job in being her sweetest best making promises which she never keeps up due to one or the other reason. Perhaps she is helpless too. I have had about 4 full sitting only in last 7 months and have seen no improvement in reduction of hair growth. I feel cheated and i want to refund of the rs. 73000 i have paid them in 2014. I would have earned interest for almost 2 years if i had put the same amount in fixed deposit!!

I am writting this complaint about Vibes Madhapur which is located beside Karachi bakery, hitech city road.

I have taken a package for laser hair removal. They convinced me to take 10 sessions and promised that 10 sessions are more than sufficient for hair removal on upper lip. If i pay at once, they will give 70% off on the original price.

I paid around 12k and taken the sessions as per their suggestions. But even after the completion of 10 sessions, the hair growth did not stop. When i asked them, they are asking me to take some more sessions and they are not able to say how many sessions i have to take which is ridiculous.

Every time we go they keep on telling that you have tan you have acne go for the treatments etc.,

Even though the customers are not interested to take, they keep on telling us to take treatments, else you will not get results. That too they will ask us to take packages so that they can take more money at a time. When we go after that to take treatment, they will say that season got changed and the old package is not sufficient and pay some more money for new packages.

Finally i want to say to everybody that Vibes is a total Fake. Even road side saloons are far better than this. They just need money and they do not care about customer satisfaction. Every one is a marketing person there and the so called "dermatologists" sit there are quite useless.

Please read my review as this will for sure save you from getting cheated... Vibes is the cheapest service saloon i have ever come across. It is worst than the road side parlour i must say. Cheating customers. I went to vibes jp nagar branch in bangalore trust me they are the worst. My friend had a prepaid membership with them and asked me to use the services from her account as she was unable to utilise it due to her pregnancy and then her baby. I booked an o3 facial, aroma manicure, aroma pedicure, loreal hair spa with them. I was given an appointment for 12.30pm. I reached there at 12.10pm they made me sit till 12.45pm and suddenly told me that your facial room is ready. When i stepped inside i was shocked looking at the creams kept in tiny bowls and cleansing milk kept in vibes bottle. As i have always been doing these things on regular basis i had complete knowledge about the procedures and material used. O3 facial kit comes in a single use pack where in all the products used are of o3. O3 facial are of available as per the skin types. When i asked that lady which facial is this? She replied o3. I asked which one in o3? She said whitening. I was surprised that it was not asked to me that which one i would prefer and by their own they decided. I then met another customer care lady who was trying to mislead me by saying that o3 comes in a bulk order that's how they refill in their own bottles. I was more than sure that they were fooling me so i cancelled the appointment for facial and headed towards aroma pedicure and aroma manicure and then the lady at the reception (Asha) comes and tell me that aroma is not available and i had to go for normal one.in which they just had one broken filer which was used one by one by the therapist who were doing it. I mean this is complete nonsense how can a saloon like vibes have just one nail filer? Then i wanted to get the loreal hair spa done and the guy made me sit for 30 mins and after that took me for hair wash and used some random shampoo and told me that it was a herbal shampoo and they use that only. Really a herbal shampoo? Herbal shampoos are never used for color treated hair they don't even know that much? Also loreal has it's own spa shampoo. Btw i was suppose to pay for this separately as they told me it will not be covered under her membership and i was ok with paying the amount. But still they kept fooling me. My hair became thick and dry like a rope after the hairwash with stupid shampoo. I cancelled that too and asked him to apply a serum to my hair as it has gone dry and then this guy comes with a livon serum. Shocked livon serum? I told him not to apply anything to my hair as i always used loreal serum. I asked for chocolate wax they said they don't have they use only normal wax. Vibes please stop fooling customers. You are the biggest cheaters in the market i have ever come across. Vibes is worst than a road side saloon.

Its a acting company which do act well in front of customers. I requested for a transfer from hyderabad gachibowli branch to kormanagala bangalore branch still no update. Everytime I go for have my session they use to eat my brain to take some new package. Like that they made my package for 1 lac 50 thousand. Now when I asked for transfer they are showing response. Bloody liars. I will give a bad rating on social networks. They don't have any time for appointments too.

I had taken a slimming program and paid 15000+2800(for kit) .When i joined for consulation they said i will see result in 5 sessions .But as the sessions increase i have not seen any result, so i complained so many times but they ignored.Staff are well trained to grab money from customers.I am totally disappointed and disheartened for this. So i am kindly requesting all please dont go to such center especially for skin whitening, laser therapy, B_line increment, hair fall treatment etc... Still i am continuing as i have no options because aldy paid a big amount...

I received a discount voucher online for some free service. Then i was tricked to take a bigger package for laser and slimming sessions. I paid approx 1 lakhs ruppees for 5 sessions of slimming, which was useless. Neither a inch got reduced nor i became slim. Laser is much more worse - its painfull and useless. Inspite of numerous complains to vibes no one replies back. Vibes wellness center money grabbers and should be closed. They r cheating people with fraud services which doesnt help. Please note the employees use fake name in the center.
