Tarlochan singh, complaining that i have deposited 25000 rs in the vibgyor gold limited, in the scheme swarna sanchay, 640720 is the application number. We are not getting the money after the scheme is completed. Kindly guide us to recover our money.

I have given loan of rs. 100000 to vibgyor infracon llp on 26/04/2014 which matured on 26/04/2019. I am supposed to get rs.200000. I didnt got any money returned. My certificate number is adha106452. Like this i have given 4 to 5 loans to the company. I have invested all my retirement money in this. I am not sure how to get the money back. Please help in getting my money back....

My son studied till 2nd grade at vibgyor high kadugodi branch in bangalore.
Due to very valid reasons my son had to leave the school and we admitted him in chikmagalur district of karnataka.

Though i dropped a mail requesting for tc before the deadline they mentioned, i couldn't walk in person to collect it.

School helpdesk is behaving very badly and rude to us, and they are not issuing tc, despite my husband send a written request to the school and also my son's new school also sent a request.

Kindly help me out here and issue tc immediately.

If not as a last option, i have to get ahead legally against the school.

My son was enrolled in vibgyor - magarpatta for 6th grade in apr 2019. Before enrolling i had informed the school/ principal that i will be leaving the country in month of jul or aug, if my visa gets approved. Therefore i said that i will pay just the first quarter fees assuming school starts in jun and the quarter ends in aug. Based on formal email communication and meeting the principal - vijay parihar i paid rs.65, 700 i. E. 33, 000 as annual fees and 32, 700 as first term fees. Also, i paid 11, 000 as bus transport fees for six months.

My visa got approved in jun and i informed the school for my son's school leaving certificate after 31-jul-2019. I was under the impression that my first term fees is good from 03-jun-2019 to 31-aug-2019 i. E. For 3 months. To my surprise i was asked to pay another rs.32, 700 if i want my son to continue from 01-jul to 30-sep 2019. That time i learnt that school has collected first term fees from 01-apr to 30-jun when the school was infact closed for 2 months in apr and may and they want second quarter fees from jul to sep 2019.

Now i have been asked to stop sending my son to school because i am not ready to pay rs.32, 700 for just one month when i know he will be attending school for just 22 working days in jul. Also, the bus fees of rs. 11, 000 that i paid has gone in drain because my son will not be attending school.

This is a daylight robbery and vibgyor is taking advantage of helpless parents by robbing their hard earned money because they know that we will pay the fees at the end of the day. It happened with me in apr 2019 this year when i was asked to pay rs.65, 700 without even considering that my child will be attending school for 2 to 3 months still i agreed to pay rs.33, 000 as annual fees thinking we will at least get the books and have our son study abroad because want to finaly return to india.
Every time i spoke to different people in vibgyor i. E.in apr with mukta, this time with an arrogant silky arora and finally to escalate the matter i spoke to danish shaikh who works in vibgyor mumbai - head office.
I would like all my money back (Rs.76, 700) and infact penalise vibgyor for their money greed so that they will stop this loot from innocent children and their parents.

I booked a flat in Vibgyor Niketan Project, Baruipur in 2012, n they were misleading & excusing me about the construction status of the project. Every time I called Vibgyor, they used to say that it will start soon & its due to delay in getting the project plan sanctioned. Now no one receives call also. How I can get my money refund. Has anyone got refund their money?
