Dear vibgyor group,
I have 2 vibgyor certificate which was matured 2015 but i have not yet received my amount back please arrange to send it back immediately. Maturity unpaid. My policy started on 31/10/2012 for 3 yrs. Already full installment paid up till date no maturity amount paid by vibgyor. Really vibgyor is fraud. They are playing game with ordinary people. Government should be take right action against vibgyor so that they never ever doing that type of works. People trust them but they betrayed to people and hurt them. They must be arrest and never left from jail. Government should be help to peoples to back their money...

I would like to kind inform before your honour that i am jhulan yadav residing at 34/2 dharmdas ganguly lane, shibpur, howrah-711102. I am engaged in my own milk business. I am small trader. Out of my saving fund i have invested my fund into vibgor infracon llp which is the part of vibgyor group. This company hasbeen taken rs. 40000 dated on 28.01.2014 and gave me assurance that after 39 months i. E. 28.04.2017 i would received amounting to rs.60000 from company hand. But with regret inform that the above company not paid any amount to me. My certificate no is chwr96898.

Therefore i humble request to you pkease a prompt action as per as earliest and recover my matured amount.

I am not an investor directly, I booked flat in barasat, but that was never completed anytime, after that we requested to give back money. They convert that into land. Paid 7 lakh for Land in siliguri near gondar more. But documentation process is not completed registration also not done. Total payment made. No representative is contactable to complete registration process. How to getback land/money don't know. Please suggest how to proceed and get back our money.

I invested an amount of Rs.12 lakhs in October, 2010 on interest @13.5% for three years and during this period of 3 years the company paid me interested. After that the company refunded me 5 lakhs and held 7 lakhs for giving me the possession of a flat but till handing over the flat, the company agreed to pay me the interest of 13.5% on Rs.7 lakhs but neither the company is paying me interest nor refunding the money i.e. Rs. 7.00 lacs.

I DONT KNOW WHETHER THEY USED TO PUT BAD COMMENTS ON US OR NOT BUT THEY WERE THE GOODWILL MANAGEMENT COMPANY WORKING FOR VIBGYOR.

I had invested Rs.12 lacs at the interest rate of 13.5% p.a. for three years. The company paid interest regularly for 3 years and after that the company refunded me 5 lacs and the balance of 7 lacs retained by them for providing me a flat Duttapukur, Kolkata on the condition that they will pay interest till the date of handing over possession of the flat. Three years has passed but they have not given me neither possession of flat not making payment of interest.

School denied return of money, after multiple emails and follow up calls for request to re-fund of school and tuition fee paid for the 1st quarter (Rs 42, 500) as my son did not attend or got admitted in the school at all.

They have taken fee of someone who never joined the school and did not attend the orientation as well organized by school.

I have a proof about saying this. Mr. gopal Mondal already transferred near about 70 Lacs to Dubai & a new company formed named Innovative building Contracting. He is a Executive Director of this company. Mr. Tapas Chakraborty was a ex chief financial officer of vibgyor is also in Dubai & looking after this company as a General Manager. i have a full proof about all of this.

I had booked a 2 bhk flat in Baruipur Niketan project in May, 2012 with an advance booking money of Rs.10, 000 and down payment of Rs.1, 80, 000.Now after 3 years not even a inch of construction has started at the site.And Vibgyor is not responding to my queries.The behavior of the staffs are unfriendly and unethical.They are not picking up the phone calls too.My hard earned money is stuck there.Please suggest that shall I go for a legal step. I booked a flat in Vibgyor Niketan Project, Baruipur in Dec, 2012. Since then they were misleading & excusing me about the construction status of the project. Every time I called Vibgyor, they used to say that it will start soon & its due to delay in getting the project plan sanctioned. But now its approx 3 years but not even basement/ pilling work has been started. I visited their Sector-V office (Vibgyor Corp Office) for the cancellation of the flat but they were not readily giving me the cancellation forms & all. They were giving me excuses like concern person in legal department has not come to office today & after some interrogations, that person told me the concern person is out of station for coming few days. After shouting on them, they listened to me & gave me the complain forms with improper instructions. After few days of that incident, I called that concern person & he told me nobody is getting refund now due to financial crisis within the company so it will take time more than 90 days to refund your money. Just see, how they trapped me from day 1 & now also they are not even ready to refund me properly as per the sale agreement clause. Anybody can suggest me how to proceed with this ? I believed that the company is a registered one and i have invested rs 50, 000 on 30/05/2011 which had to mature by 30/05/2014 i.E. Three years.The matured sum with deposit interest had to be rs 75, 000.But still date i.E. 20/07/2014 i have not recieved a single penny from the group.I have submitted my certificate and athe company has given a reciept too.But still no money is given.If this continues i will file a case in the consumer forum.Money...
