Vichare Courier — complaint against vichare awb# mh[protected]. not delivered

This is to Inform you that my document MH[protected]. Has not been delivered till today. This document has been dispatched on 14th aug 2018 from PAPER BOX MAHAKALI caves road Andheri East to Tunga Village Saki vihar road (Distance 6 Km) and still lying on sakinaka branch, from last four days. And their Branch head is giving some silly excuses that there is no staff to delivery.


If vachare is shortage of staff then why customer has to survive, today on 18th Aug 2018 we are continuously making follow up with them in sakinaka banch head and still they are giving excuses. that does not having delivery boys,

If vichare is having problems with the Agents why they are making fool to the customers.
