Vidal Health Insurance — Claim Rejected after providing all the documents

Hi,

I have hospitalized due to dengue and raise a reimbursement claim of rupees 27K on July 2022. They raised a shortfall and I submitted the short fall document . Again they raise a shortfall without any reason and follow up on the claim. But it is of no use and they rejected it stating that short fall is not received. then I connected with the toll free number they told me that the system is not updated and they not even responding properly
